I can’t say enough positive things about Comfort Restorations! We needed mold remediation to complete the sale of our house, but had already left the state. They were so fast and efficient and helped relieve our stress about this part of our sale. Toni was so helpful in getting everything arranged and James was quick to get the problem taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Karl was a pleasure to work with. Our home had hail/storm damage to our roof, gutters, paint and siding. He was very responsive, on time and returned our calls promptly. We are very pleased with the final work.

I highly recommend Karl and his professional team of workers. This company went above and beyond our expectations. They are extremely fair and will work with you and inform you the entire way. They do not cheap out on materials and bought the best quality flooring money can buy and still past savings onto us, and it did not cost us an arm and a leg. I used Comfort Restorations to complete various projects on the exterior of our property, including the total replacement of our roof along with the gutters and cannot be more pleased with the results! They showed up on time, did the work as agreed-upon, and made sure that the repair was seamless and matched with any existing materials, such as the color of paint. They were also very flexible in meeting a tight schedule for the repairs to support us as we were going through the process of selling our home. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and highly responsive to questions, and they went so far as to work with our insurance provider directly to ensure the proper estimate was generated for the roof replacement.

We are so pleased with everything from Comfort Restorations. The team was friendly and efficient. My kids loved watching them work! We are very happy with all the work they did as well as the companies they contract with for garage doors and stucco work. Excellent! So happy to have our house fixed up again. ☺️

I had water damage in an upstairs bathroom extending into my ground floor ceiling. Before finding Comfort Restorations, I was ghosted for months by two different companies who came out to look, but then didn’t seem to want to bother with my project. Comfort Restorations took care of me immediately. Toni answered all my questions, explained the claims process, sent someone out and got me a quote back all within 48 hours.

Toni is a customer service machine. I can’t imagine what kind of spreadsheets she has going - but she returns calls immediately, knows all the details of your project without being reminded, and emails to update you at every stage. She is professional, friendly, helpful, communicative, and gets the job done.

The team at comfort construction did a very good job on a major repair to my home. I was really worried and concerned when I first found the damage. But comfort construction came in and did a really good job of fixing the problem and it didn’t cost too much either. From the first consultation to all the workers finishing up the job they were very professional and helpful.

Initially I had bought the flooring I needed, with the intent of replacing the flooring myself. I quickly realized that I could not move the heavy furniture on my own, and that while possessing many skills, I did not possess skills in woodworking. Having seen the commercials on TV for Comfort Karl, I called Comfort restorations along with several other companies. Firstly, I was impressed by Karl's understanding of the job at hand, and his kindness while he evaluated what would be needed to complete the job. He went through everything clearly with me, and was methodical as he explained what would be needed (to include biohazard removal, which I already knew would be part of the job when hiring it out). They were able to get me scheduled in within a reasonable time (which allowed me to pick up additional material, as it was determined during initial walk through with the job superintendent, that I was short a couple boxes of flooring), and they started on the day they said they would, and started early. The first day, they had 4 guys to pack and move furniture out of the room (wish I could remember everyone's name), and were quick and efficient at it. Jakoby was the first to arrive, as he was the guy who removed the portion of carpet that was a biohazard. Like the other guys, he was quick and efficient... he came in, got suited up, and had the affected area removed in short order. As the guys packed and moved everything into my garage so they could start work on replacing the flooring, they were conscientious about moving items. Every single guy they sent, I had utmost trust and confidence in....you can tell whether a person is a good person, and trustworthy or not, and every single on of the guys working, were the kind of people I would trust my kids with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Comfort Restoration, and I cannot recommend them enough. When a water pipe burst and flooded our home, we were devastated and overwhelmed by the damage. However, Karl and his team stepped in and made the entire restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

The level of customer service from Comfort Restorations was exceptional.
We felt that Karl Honsalek listened and was able to provide us with realistic expectations, and he met them all.
He helped us plan and guided us through the whole project.
At the beginning we chose to have new laminate installed because that is what we were used to, and we thought it would save us money.
As the estimates came in for the laminate, we became frustrated that the cost was escalating.
Karl informed us that because of the cost of production for the laminate, granite was not outside our budget.
That was a game changer for us.
The demo team had to remove a short wall and make it level for the installation of the new island. They did a fantastic job, matching the height of the cabinets.
The dry wall installers matched the wall texture flawlessly. The finish carpenter did an excellent job installing the trim, patching the wall and painting.
The plumber re-installed our garbage disposal and dishwasher, making changes to the original configurations, saving us space and making it more efficient.
The team from Granite Accents were very patient with us, holding our hand through the whole process.
From the time we went to the showroom to select, offering us advice about the color and type of stone that would match our kitchen.
We were a little over-whelmed when we chose our granite, when were informed it had to be transported from out of state. We had already started the ball rolling on the demo, so it ended up taking longer than originally planned.
It wasn’t fun living without a kitchen for a month, but it was worth it! We are thrilled with the way it all turned out!

Exceptional! Karl and his team of pros are amazing. Our 1970's era master bath needed a total remodel. We were constantly kept informed on timelines. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They showed up when they said they would. The office manager is amazing as well. We will definitely hire Comfort Restorations again.

Comfort did some painting and remodeled our kitchen with new counters, backsplash, sink, and painted cabinets. It wasn’t a restoration project, and I would work with Karl and team again. Everyone was very professional and kind to our family, even the smallest detail was taken care of, and they made sure we were 100% happy with the final product. It came out great!! Definitely a company worth working with.

The unfortunate circumstance that we had allowed us to meet and work with the best team in the Colorado Springs area with Comfort Restoration. From Toni keeping me updated, to the framing, to stucco, to garage door and finally fencing the contractors and subcontractors were amazing.
