Jim with High Performance is very professional. He pays attention to the small details and is very thorough. He doesn't end the job until it is done to his high expectations and the customer's approval. As a general contractor he seems to employ the best people / subcontractors to do the job. However, Jim gets right in there and will do a lot of the work himself. He is also very knowledgeable in handling insurance claims. I highly recommend Jim with High Performance Construction for any of your house projects. I know that I would use him again in the future.

High Performance Construction is the real deal! They did siding repair and house painting for me in the last few years and I just had that project done again. Communication, explanation and attention to detail IS HPC. Jim is wonderful and patient. It is SO nice to find someone honest and trustworthy. The team was great and hardworking. Jim has even offered me assistance in finding help with some other non-related projects I need help with. Trust HPC, you won’t be disappointed! I appreciate you all!

5 Stars for High Performance Construction! They just did a roof replacement and full exterior paint job, and I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were on time, very professional, and did a fabulous job. The owner, Jim Lancaster, was involved from the beginning to the end. He checked up on the workers, kept us in the loop with all the work timelines, submitted all the insurance paperwork, and took the time to explain everything. His personal attention to the job was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to use HPC again!

Jim is absolutely fantastic to work with. We had our roof replaced along with a number of painting jobs that needed to be done after some storm damage. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive in every interaction I had with him. All the work done, was done to the highest level of quality, he even went above and beyond what was expected. Jim worked with my insurance company to ensure there were no surprises for anyone throughout the process. Jim will be my first call if I ever need any construction work in the future.

Prior owner used High Performance for hail damage, it logical to use this company again because of the job well done. My house had the shingles, gutters, and exterior paint done. Did a great job.

Jim went above and beyond to seal up some flashing from when the house was built, being we are selling our home. He's good guy, great company highly recommend him. Thanks again Jim!

High Performance Construction did a roof replacement, gutter replacement, and full exterior paint job, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Mr. Jim (owner) made the entire process with our insurance so easy with his attention to detail, dedication to the job, and full understanding. We chose our roof color, paint color, and gutter color and within the week each project was done. The workers were on time, very professional, and cleaned up well after each job. Mr. Jim was there for each project to ensure we understood what was going on and sent multiple picture updates. Straight forwardness and honesty go a long way in this world and Mr. Jim portrays both! Sanderson Quality Construction is definitely a Quality Construction Company. Will give them a high recommendation.
They did Quality work on the house foundation repairs. They were on schedule and met their estimated finish schedule.
They explained the work that was going to be done and how it was going to be done.

Being in the construction business around the world for 55 years I have seen the best and the worst of contractors big and small. SQC is finest of the finest. If you need foundation repair or other services they offer, you cannot go wrong. One clear and complete estimate, started project as stated and completed as scheduled. Outstanding quality. I thought I was the only one left that delivered the best. But good to know I am not. Hire them. Today.

Luke and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Prior to beginning my project, I had several companies come out to see my situation, provide their recommendations on how to tackle the project, and give me an estimate on the overall cost. Furthermore, as they executed the project, they checked in with us at critical junctures to ensure that they were meeting all of our expectations. Our retaining wall was damaged by tree roots. The stucco that was there was cracked and breaking off and the cinder blocks were separating. Sanderson Quality Construction evaluated the problem, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. The newly repaired retaining wall looks fantastic and matches the existing brick planter wall perfectly. Thank you, Luke, and crew.
