DePaul electric has always been there for me. We used a different company to hook up our basement, but when we needed more work they ignored our calls. DePaul has been hired repeatedly by us for multiple projects and never lets me down. They brought my basement bathroom up to code and they wired my ac unit across my house through the basement using existing holes so as to not destroy my drywall (light mounts n such).

This company is beyond awesome. Had them do some work today, they were professional and did the work right. They made sure to show me their work and show me it was working properly. Will use them again in the future! Honest people will always get my business!

Angel and his team did the install on our new home. Angel came out once before and was on time, professional and informative. He gave me his personal number in case I had any other issues.

Fast forward a month or so, I had an issue today and texted Angel directly. It was after 5pm, so I figured he would get back to me the following day. Not the case, he was in my house less than 30 minutes later! Turns out this issue was caused by me and my DIY follies. Angel found and fixed the problem in minutes. Although this was 100% my mistake, Angel made the repair free of charge. That’s the kind of customer service that’s missing from many businesses today! I will be using De Paul exclusively moving forward and highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have used the services of DePaul electric twice now and they have shown a tendency to be excellent. From the customer service on the phone, the upfront pricing, to scheduling, everything is a pleasant experience. The electricians themselves are straightforward and provide you with options to resolve your issues. They illicit feedback from you and ensure to involve you as a customer in the entire process.

TLDR, they are prompt, courteous and fix your issues on the first attempt. True professionals. If you need something electrical fixed, call these guys and support a local business.

I called De Paul Electric because a few of the rooms in our house lost power. Misty was the one to answer the call. Before sending someone out to take a look, she walked me through what was happening and guided my husband and I on the fix. Her advice worked & we did not need them after all. I really appreciate that she took the time to advise us, free of charge, first. Thank you, thank you. We’ll definitely use De Paul in the future if the occasion arises.

We hired Angel to do some electrical work at our house. He's extremely profession, i.e., returns calls promptly, shows up on time, does good work and is reasonable. A part broke during our installation and he let me know about it, apologized, and took full responsibility getting the part re-ordered and installed. We are very pleased and would heartily recommend his service.
