Lucas is awesome. He installed new lights in our kitchen and basement and replaced all our switches. He did a great job, was super friendly, and really fair on price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and he doesn’t try to rip you off. I’d trust him with anything electrical.

Lucas did an amazing job upgrading our electrical for our new wall oven. It was a hot mess and he made it functional as it should have been to start with. He was clean as one could be with electrical stuff and drilling holes etc. We definitely will be using Lucas for all our future electrical needs! I highly recommend and it makes me happy to be able to support local small businesses and not use big corporations!

Lucas is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable. I contacted him and he responded same day. We set up an assessment and he was back within a week to complete the work, and this was during the holiday season. His pricing is extremely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me the final cost. I'm keeping him in my homeowner's Rolodex as my go-to electrician. He is professional, knows his trade in and out, timely, and fast. Look no further - if you need electrical work done in the Colorado Springs area, Lucas is the man to call. Absolutely outstanding in every regard.

Professional and treat their employees better than other non union shops

I had a smoke detector fail, so it was setting them off at random time with no way to shut them off or silence. Encore's employee, Rich came out the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. I will use them for an future electrical needs I may have.

This is an awesome company. Emily was absolutely fantastic. Always kept a positive attitude even though she was dealing with the hell of a situation.I will forever be in her debt.

I don't know if it was this company that blocked my driveway yesterday but if it happens again you're getting towed immediately.

I’m leaving this review because I’m extremely annoyed with this company. One of their employees hit my car in the parking lot of the college I attend (PPSC) last week. He was clearly wearing a hat and shirt with the company name on it, and I spoke to him in person. He admitted what happened, took my number, and said he’d call or text me so we could get the situation handled. It’s now been almost a week; no call, no text, nothing.

So now I’m sitting here with a damaged front bumper and zero accountability from this guy or the company he represents. That’s a hit and run, plain and simple. I have photos of his license plate, and I will be taking this further if I have to.

If this is the type of person you’re hiring — someone who damages other people’s property and then disappears — that says a lot about your company. I hope someone in management sees this and does something about it, because this is beyond unprofessional, and leaves a very bad impression on your company.

Aggressive driver in a company vehicle tailgated me, flashed me multiple times with their headlights, and then sped around me. This happened on a city street and I was driving at the posted speed limit.

Dont lose your time and money with this company they don’t pay, don’t trust them because they are doing business with big boxes like Lowe’s, Home Depot ...

They don't pay their invoices to subcontractors. Now they don't answer their phone, return emails, or attempt to pay us for money owed.

Sunbright LED Systems has been instrumental in helping us apply for, and receive, rebates with Colorado Springs Utilities for two projects at our commercial facility. With the LED conversion, our energy savings are significant with a short (under 2 year) return on investment. They helped with the rebate application, supply of material, and installation making my job much easier.

Update 3/29/2018: Our second project was completed and the invoices paid back in December. The electrical contractor they hired to do the install fried the occupancy sensors in the common halls. After several attempts to get the sensors replaced, Sunbright stopped returning my calls. I was told to work directly with the electrical contractor (which they hired) to resolve the issue. 3 months later and still being given empty promises to complete the work.

Sunbright LED has been an instrumental component in helping customers achieve their energy efficiency goals. I have worked with Bryan Bakel on several projects for our mutual customers and all of my customers have been very pleased with the lighting upgrades Sunbright LED has completed. Although I will no longer be working in the Colorado utility and energy efficiency territory, I wanted to be sure to post positive remarks with the trade partners who have exemplified superior quality and service. Kris and James were diligent in completing the job. They were able to answer all questions and set a standard for the electricians they work beside. If I need anymore electrical work done I will ask for them personally. Thanks a lot for the hardwork gentlemen

Dione and James did a great job installing our recessed lights. They were very helpful and suggested some other things to make the lights in another area in the house function better.

We had Andres come to our house and fix some outlets, he was very efficient and friendly he explained things in a way I was able to understand and helped us with a credit line for major projects. Will definitely be working with them for any electric projects we may have

I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky again. 2nd time having Andrea out to replace a circuit breaker and couldn’t be happier. Service was fast and professional.

Had Andres come out to give me an estimate on installing an EV charger station. He was very friendly and helped me understand my situation. He even installed a new outlet in my office for free. Highly recommend!

Andres, Kris, and their team completed a huge home project for us including modernizing our interior and exterior lighting, replacing all of our outlets and switches, and correcting past electricians’ poor work on our control panel and other wiring. My wife and I are very happy with their work and professionalism, and we will be using them again on future projects.
