De Paul worked on the electric in our custom home build and did an outstanding job!

They were great. He came the same day to check out our problem despite being fully booked. He joked about ways other companies over charge and I felt he was down to earth and charged a very fair price when it was done. Misty also proactively updated me throughout the day while we waited.

This was my first opportunity to use De Paul Electric. They provided excellent customer service, Misty tried to fix my GFI issue over the phone. That was nice. However, we scheduled a visit. Zak and Angel came on time and expeditiously fixed my issue. I definitely recommend this company if you have any electrical issues. Thanks guys.

I had the pleasure of working with Angel from DePaul Electric, Inc. here in Colorado Springs, and I could not be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Angel was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done safely and efficiently. What stood out most was his attention to detail and the care he showed while working in my home. The only reason I’m leaving a star at all for this Google Review is because I have to pick a star to leave a review. Actually, they shouldn’t get any stars at all. They never showed up for “free estimate” (as they advertise on their site). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Another contractor that knows them initially said to call De Paul (Misty and Angel) and Angel will come out and give me a free estimate. I initially called them and they said they were going to come out on a certain day and they never showed up and never contacted me. I called again. Nobody answered the phone. I kept getting voicemail. Then I called again from my backup cell phone and then someone answered and scheduled me in for another free estimate. Again no one showed up or contacted me to cancel or if there was some problem. Ironically, when I first called them, I asked if my address location was in an area they served, they looked it up and they said yes. If I would’ve ever done this to a client or a potential customer in all the jobs I’ve had in my life I would’ve gotten fired on the spot for this type of unprofessional behavior. Too bad for them cause I had two big projects and they would’ve made some good, easy money. Oh well, their loss. Hire them at your own risk.

Terry Conrad is excellent! I've had him install several electric panels on different homes.

Terry was hired to update wiring and replace meters. He was not responsive to communication, failed several inspections and ultimately did not complete the project despite spending nearly six weeks more than expected on the job. He left us and our other subcontractors without power or a plan to fix his mistakes.

Empire is a fantastic contracted electrician team. If you’re looking for a project’s completion or planning for work on your electrical system, contact this efficient team. We’ve had work done on our home by Terry and his team where they’ve stopped possible burn out issues with our breaker panel. I highly recommend this team.

Terry did some work where we were renting a while back, totally professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I just came across his business card and wanted to leave a long overdue business review. Support local business that is dependable and reliable!!!

Travis is extremely meticulous, detailed, and methodical. He will solve "the problem" rather than treat the symptom. Highly recommended using 1 Call Electric for any/all of your electrical needs.

Have used Travis many times, he does decent work and his prices are very fair. Like many small businesses, the downfall is not the lack of knowledge in the trades, but rather the poor business practices. Calls or emails are not returned timely if at all. I have had to call him weeks after a job was completed to request an invoice. In my opinion some office help would make all the difference. One call is a good choice if you can wait and are willing to be persistent.

We bought an older house with electric that had never been updated. Lucas was able to get in right away to make it safe and functional. He completed the whole job by the day and for the price he said he would. When we are ready for more updates, he is absolutely who we will be calling.

Gotta give Lucas 5 stars. He moved his schedule to accommodate mine, he uninstalled my 50 amp breaker and 220 outlet for my Tesla at one house, then drove to my new house and reinstalled it. Very professional and courteous. He gave me a reminder text of our appointment the night before, and was very prompt on his arrival. Got the job done very quickly and tested the circuits to make sure everything was good to go. Super friendly and fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Thank you Lucas!
