Plumbing repairs are never fun but I had an awesome experience with Affordable. We had an older toilet that quit quit working and they came out and replaced it at a good price. Will be using them in the future.

I'm very pleased with my experience using Affordable. Initially I called for a service on my tankless water heater. Ultimately the water heater ended up being replaced. Gage P performed the majority of the work at my residence. There were some hiccups due to some DIY that I attempted and Gage not only corrected them but taught me where I fell short so I not only had my problem fixed but I learned what not to do next time. I feel confident if I had a plumbing issue again that these guys would make it right.

Gage, Ben, Robbie, Matt, and Brandon are to be commended for their professionalism and their work ethic. I would gladly recommend to anyone on the receiving end of a water heater problem.

Steven provided excellent service on my furnace today. He was on time, polite and explained everything he found. He was able to fix a problem I was having with no heat right away. I will definitely call Affordable Plumbing and Heating in future.

Patrick came out to my house on a last minute call from the housing company very late at night to fix a pretty serious plumbing issue. It took him hours to get to the root of a pretty complicated problem but he nailed it. He was constantly giving me updates throughout the entire encounter and smiled through the job with quality customer service even while he was working in the rain!! Patrick would also make sure I knew exactly where his line of thinking was so we were always on the same page. He certainly made a great impression on me for Affordable Plumbing and I am extremely grateful for the diligence, quality service, and work ethic Patrick demonstrated throughout the encounter. You are in good hands with these guys! I would highly recommend!

Another company canceled my appointment (twice!) and left me in a bad place. I had to get the work done that day. Affordable Plumbing was able to schedule me same day on a Saturday. Paul was fantastic! He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely use them for all my needs in the future.

Affordable plumbing was fantastic. Fixed the hot water to my tub after I had jumped through all the hoops myself trying to fix it. Joe A was in and out within an hour and even gave a couple of tricks while he was here.

We had Shawn come out today to fix some plumbing under the kitchen sink for a new dishwasher install, and replace an old toilet. He was beyond professional, Friendly, he worked quickly, and his customer service was the best customer service I have had from a plumber in years. I cannot recommend this company enough, but especially Shawn. I won’t be using anyone else.

I have use affordable plumbing for years and never knew you had an HVAC arm to the company. I called Affordable looking for a plumber after my current HVAC provider told me that I would need a plumber to fix the leak from my AC condensation vent. Not only did they come out to fix it, they went above and beyond just the repair. Steve Wilson was the original tech and he mentioned after looking at it that my HVAC system was a mess. We made plans to fix the leak the next day. Steve showed up and Cory Knapp was with him. Together they realized the issues I had and offered to repair it so that my two year old furnace would work properly for years to come. I am very thankful for both of these gentlemen! Your team did an outstanding job and I will continue to refer my friends to you. Thank you Steve and Cory, my AC works like a charm and the leak is gone.

Do not use this company. Had a main water line break around 27-JUN-2025. Affordable gave me a quote of $18,500 then next day they tried to increase to $25,000. Paid the deposit of $9,500. On July 2nd they outsourced to another company for trenchless line install but due to location the company had to dig a trench. Not a problem. The third-party company started early that morning and had the line ready to be connected by noon. Affordable was aware that this was an escalation due to rental property and tenant had no water. Affordable made no effort to connect the water line, they at first told me they were at the property working on it, but when I went out there no one was there. I called they said they were at the distributor picking up the parts but never came back out to the property. I called the next day 3rd Jul, and they told me the parts were not available and they had to order, and they would overnight the part. This was on 3rd Jul and due to the holiday parts would not come until 07-JUL-2025 ( days). When the part came, I went, and I meet with contractor on sight the part the order was the wrong part. When they finally got the part and had the water connected and inspector came out and said this was one of the worst jobs they have seen, and inspector failed the inspection. It took Affordable 4 times to finally fix the problem and each time they never showed for the inspections, so I had to take 8 different trips to the property to ensure work was completed. Again, this started in early July, and they finally finished early September. I would call numerous times and went out to the property countless times during my normal working hours. They would schedule repairs and inspections without me even knowing and out the blue I would get a call that either they were in 15 minutes, or the way or inspector was on the way. Again, no warning or heads just a phone call which I was unable to make those last-minute calls. I spoke with 3-4 different Managers and neither one had a clue what was going on. Again, don’t ever use Affordable Plumbing, Heating, and Electric. They have no clue on how a business should be ran, they will just take you money and could care less as long as they get paid.

We had Joe come to our home to do a tune up on our heater. He is very professional, honest and did an amazing job looking everything over and recommending what we could do to improve our system and make it more efficient. He explained everything in a way that we could understand what the problems were. It’s hard to feel comfortable with anyone in the service industry because you feel like they are just trying to find problems to make a quick buck. We felt very comfortable and no pressure.

Issue: Need new furnace installed before winter. Objective: Find a company the will provide the best service and the best price. Test: Called a few heating companies. Decided to contract with APH&E. (Should have just called APH&E first as I had used them in the past to repipe the plumbing for the entire house and the quality of work and service was excellent). Result: A professional experience at an excellent price! Props to Nigel, tech who diagnosed the issue. Mat and Travis, furnace installers. Kristen major help getting furnace warranty established with Carrier. Corey, reached out to make sure the furnace is operating satisfactorily. And Roy, HAVC manager who called to ensure the warranty with Carrier was established. APH&E is an excellent company. The have top notch technicians who are experts in their fields and they are polite and considerate. The scheduling staff are friendly and listen to the customer to ensure the company understands what the customer needs. Supervisors and managers maintained contact throughout the project. I highly recommend APH&E for all your heating and plumbing needs. We will be reaching out soon for electrical services.

Very disappointed, called in for service. Apparently a call center for several companies. Was told since during regular business hours no trip fee, cool. Tech arrives in appt. window, THEN I AM INFORMED ABOUT A 309.00$ DIAGNOSTIC FEE, BEFORE HE CAN START, could be 179.00 if not to complicated. Feels like bait and switch. Nothing against tech he was professional, courteous. But I declined service. A lie of ommission, is still a lie.

This is a great plumbing company. You really want to go with these guys. Their prioritization of customer loyalty is off the charts.

I've been suspicious of plumbing issues and anxious about potential leaks since our house had two major incidents in the past two years. Jeff Long came out with Affordable Plumbing and gave my house a comprehensive plumbing inspection. He explained how everything worked and what to do about certain smells. He recommended a natural drain cleaner. He casually checked the overflows on all the sinks and noted the age of the water heater. I was concerned about the sewage line to the street, so we dug up the outside access point and gave it a good camera scoping.

Overall, my anxiety about weird noises, weird smells, and potential leaks is gone and my general plumbing knowledge has more than doubled. After spending 45 minutes on my property, Jeff said it was a free diagnostic visit and wouldn't let me pay him for the best service I've ever seen.

Why yes, I will also be calling them for heating and cooling services.

Affordable was willing to work with us to fix a clogged sewer line. We had financial hardship and they helped us get the best price. Their workers were polite and professional and our yard looks great, you can't even notice the 8 ft deep hole was ever there. Finished just in time fir Christmas. Thank you Jeff and Chris for helping us out.

Affordable Plumbing was great! Our water heater went out and flooded downstairs a little. They sent out John and Colton, who were very professional, polite, quick and courteous. They removed the old one and put in a new one. Everything seems to be in working order, so the installation they did of the new unit appears to be perfect at the moment. It's always nice to get experts sent to your house when something goes wrong. You never know who you are going to get with some companies today, but Affordable Plumbing sent out great professionals. They didn't damage anything, were very clean, and the installation looks high-tier. John and Colton were knowledgeable and helped me understand how to manage and upkeep the new water heater.

It's not cheap to replace a water heater I imagine... I'm not sure what other places price out at...but this was $1500, and we had a warranty on the previous Water Heater for a replacement, so we didn't pay for that atleast, which couldve been a few thousand more dollars I guess.

Make sure you are filtering/draining it every year to extend your water heater's lifespan. It helps to have a warranty to reduce the price of replacing one. There is also a new kind of tank they have to install next to your water heater that regulates your water system somehow, by law. So, that cost money, along with labor, and the pipes/fittings that they change out.

I had a water Heater leak on 23 Dec, wasn’t home all day- it was a late evening disaster. I called Affordable Plumbing, Heat & Electrical as I’ve used them in the past. Robby was my technician & he did a great job installing a new water heater. Robby was very professional & very polite, I highly recommend using this company.

I had my furnace serviced by Cory and his customer service was amazing. He pointed out I need to use a different filter, cleaned the furnace, made sure everything was working, got the replacement motor fast, and even worked on the humidifier. Very experience tech and provided a lot of information. His attention to detail was amazing. Highly recommend Affordable and highly recommend Cory.

Steven Wilson arrived cheerfully and on time for a furnace tuneup. Our furnace was installed in the early nineties and we were aware that we would soon need a new furnace. Steve did his inspection and showed me all the needed replacements. We decided that since the flex connector was leaking gas it would be best to install a new carrier furnace. He and the techs who installed the new furnace did a stellar job. They were cheerful, professional and efficient in their work. I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Affordable Pluming and heating for a couple of emergency type issues. They manage to get to our jobs within 24 hours (so as to not have to charge emergency fees) and they always send very competent and professional techs to take care of the problem. This time we had just arrived from two weeks on the road to have our garbage disposal stop up. Affordable sent Colton, a friendly, professional who took care of our issue in a short time. We appreciated his thorough examination of the problem and the speedy resolution.

In the times we’ve had to rely on a plumber to rescue us from a stressful plumbing situation, the result has always been the same - Friendly, competent professionals who are both knowledgeable, expedient and keep in mind our budget. When we have plumbing, heating or AC issues, Affordable are the ones upon which we rely.

Very pleased with the fast response in having our furnace evaluated. Service began at 9 am the next day and was complete by 2 pm. Adrian and Jamie were very friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to refer this company to anyone needing service and will call them first in the future if necessary.
