absolutely impressed with the service from comfortpros heating & cooling. jermaine was extremely courteous, arrived on time, and showed real professionalism while repairing our heater, which had stopped working when the temperatures dropped. our heating lines are installed along an outside wall and aren't well insulated, but jermaine did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and fixing everything quickly. he kept us informed throughout the repair and answered all our questions. if all their technicians are as skilled and helpful as jermaine, you can count on getting your heater running smoothly again, especially when it gets cold in colorado. highly recommend for anyone needing heater repair!

My old American Standard heat pump needed some service, so I reached out to ComfortPros Heating & Cooling because they specialize in that brand. Lucas came out to check the system and clearly knew his stuff—he made a quick fix to handle my urgent issue right away. After a thorough inspection, he also gave me a detailed estimate for a complete repair. After thinking it over, we decided to have a new American Standard heat pump installed. The team got everything done very quickly, with no hassle or disruption to our daily routine. We also added a humidifier system, which has made our home much more comfortable—especially important here in Colorado where the air can get pretty dry. Throughout the entire process, everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Both the service team and the installers did a fantastic job. I’m extremely happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work or looking to upgrade their home heating and cooling systems.

jermaine and lucas were professional, on time, and did a really thorough job fixing our furnace. they kept everything clean and made sure the work was done right at a fair price. lucas removed our old radiator quickly so we could get some tile work done, and he's also been helping us keep our heating system running smoothly. jermaine did a great job figuring out how to update our old furnace setup without needing any big changes. the company always lets you know when your appointment is and gives you updates when the team is on their way. their communication and quality of work are excellent. we highly recommend their furnace repair services.

This was my first time using their AC repair service in Colorado Springs. I noticed my house was getting warm and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should. I called and spoke with someone who was very friendly and quickly set up an appointment for me. Jermaine, the technician, arrived soon after and was able to figure out that the AC unit was working, but the thermostat was the problem. He reconnected my old thermostat so the cooling would work until I could get a new one. The office staff kept me updated and made sure I understood everything. Jermaine was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running before he left. I highly recommend their AC repair services to anyone in Colorado Springs.

The 2 gentleman that showed up were on-time, introduced themselves an their mission. Very polite, professional appearance an demonstrated skill with issue an means to correct it. Issue was corrected real quick an any messes were cleaned through. Great job, highly recommend, would use again.

Daniel with Bullseye came out the day after my initial call to help with a 20 year old water heater. Daniel gave me a couple of options and I decided to replace the water heater with a new A.O. Smith Proline. This model better fits our hot water needs and was professionally installed. The added expansion tank also brings our system up to code. The install took only 2 hrs and our hot water was up and running in no time.

Bull’s-eye plumbing was absolutely outstanding in every respect. We called at 3:30 and our tech was here by 4 o’clock. We had a major clog in the main line that he was able to diagnose and fix in a fast and efficient manner. Hollis was absolutely an incredible technician. He was informative and extremely courteous. He is a true professional, and we greatly appreciate his service. We most highly recommend bull’s-eye plumbing for your plumbing issues!

We’ve used BullsEye in the past and they’ve done a fine job so we called them to add two new faucets and some new fixtures under the bathroom sink.First BIG thing for me was that the young man was on time that goes a long way in my book. Second the young man was pleasant. Lastly he did a great job he went with my wife and they checked his work. The stopper needed to be tightened a little bit more he did that and all was well. Could not have asked for a better technician.
I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs that you may have.

Had an appointment set, Plumber called and asked if I was available earlier I told him I wasn’t I had to pick up my grandson from school. Next thing you know I get a call from the plumbing company wanting to reschedule me for the next day. I don’t think I should be penalized because I couldn’t let the plumber come earlier because he finished early with another person‘s job. I don’t think it was very professional, I don’t think it was very nice. If you make an appointment you should keep it and not penalize the customer because they can’t accommodate you. Very disappointed

The installation of the new furnace was completed in a very timely manner. The technicians were very courteous and professional.

Have used Bullseye Plumbing twice in the recent weeks. They arrived on time completely the work in a reasonable amount of time and stood by their initial estimate. I would definitely call them again if I have a need for a plumber.

My heater's tank was leaking, so we contacted Bull's eye. Austin came to my apartment this morning and replaced it with a new one . He did a fast and good job! Now i have a brand new tank (The tank brand is Smith!), and also a more cleaner pump connections. I prefer to work with him again! very recommended!
