I live in an apartment complex and frequently have to deal with rude techs and shoddy work just because we're renters and "it's good enough" for the people not living here. Well, David came out to the complex on 5/4 because the whole building had no hot water for over 2 days. He was very polite, found the issue, fixed it quickly, and even came back by the unit asking for me to check the water to make sure it was running hot before he left. His consideration and courteous manner meant so much.

Spectacular service! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, arrived when they said they would, and Tate (who came out) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He talked me through various ways of taking care of my issue, and didn't try to up-sell or push anything. I also wasn't charged a "service fee."

Tate was also extremely fast, efficient and thorough with his work. I am VERY pleased with the results, and was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I will definitely be using PPH again in the future!

Part two: Tate and Dave came by to move the valve that turns the house water off from under my house to into the kitchen. Per usual, they were fast, professional and friendly. A pleasure to work with!

We have used Priority Plumbing for a few years and have always been happy with their service. Tate came over to fix a leak in the crawl space and explained why it would be beneficial to replace the remaining copper piping. In the meantime time our hot water heater went out. Tate was very accommodating and changed the schedule to replace the hot water heater first and then work on replacing the remaining copper piping. He is a knowledgeable and hard worker and was willing to explain everything that we had questions on. I was very impressed with his work and we will be requesting Tate in the future.

Paul and David are always very professional when completing work at our community. We have been using their services for a few years, and never receive any concerns from our residents while they are in their homes. Thanks guys!!

Arrived same day, great app that tells you exactly when your tech will arrive. David provided options, fixed my issue. Would definitely keep this company as my go-to for plumbing issues!!

Priority Plumbing was so easy to work with, so pleasant on the phone and understanding of our dilemma with the bathroom! They were so kind to get us in the very next day and when Paul came out, he advised on parts he’d need, ran out to get them and had us all fixed up in no time! We greatly appreciate the prompt, thorough and friendly service!

Update Review : The company was able to send a technician out the same night. My husband said he was knowledgeable and very kind. We have confirmed that we will need a full replacement. We did not end up going through Priority Plumbing for this repair because their pricing was a little bit higher than other companies for a full replacement. However, I am thankful that they did what they could to help us out after a bit of initial stress.

Update: Manager did reach out to me an apologized for the technician canceling. They offered to send a different tech and I have called and left a message to see if it is still possible as another company who did come out, was no help.. Will continue to update, but I did appreciate the manager reaching out either way.

No hot water due to the water heater glitching. Made an appointment because of good reviews, confirmed appointment several times for 2-4pm because my husband had to take off work to be home for it. Called AGAIN to confirm at 2:10pm and was told the technician said he would be heading to our house in an hour. Technician called at 3:40pm to cancel the entire service (not just delay, cancel for the day) because he was stuck on a "difficult" project..

David was amazing. Every problem I had was solved in one visit and he made sure to do the best job without breaking our pockets! He was very knowledgeable and professional! 10 out of 10!

David from Priority Plumbing and heating came in to service our kitchen drain issue and was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. Very knowledgeable and courteous and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and kept me informed throughout the process. Ken F. was very helpful in quickly finding a phantom leak we’ve been trying to identify the source of (coming from holes in our shower tile grout). He has great customer service skills, answered all my questions with patience, and my kids even enjoyed his visit. We are still waiting on estimates, but will update when we get work done.

Man, Tate and Dan did an awesome job clearing out my shower drain. We had a plumber here prior who told us it was good to go (it wasn’t). Tate’s customer service was awesome and they got the job done quick and easy! Highly recommend!

To start, I had a consultation with David Fowler to replace an old water heater. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough he was before discussing options and the process involved. During installation, David and Paul Rachal took the time to ensure the job was done well. Before leaving, they showed me how everything worked and took the time to answer all of my questions. It's been a week since the installation and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Our water heater popped at our apartment and our complex sent these gentlemen from Priority plumbing. They did great! Paul and Tate were so informative. I knew 0 things about water heaters but continued to keep me in the loop on where they were at. They were very professional and had great customer service. Took longer than I was expecting but like I said I don't know much about it so glad to have my hot water back on! Thank you Paul and Tate!

We had reduced water flow if any 2 devices were used simultaneously, but a pressure gauge told me our water pressure was too high. Called Priority and got an appointment for first thing next morning. Kenneth was friendly and knowledgeable—diagnosed a faulty Pressure Reducing Valve and replaced it. He also quickly addressed a couple of other minor plumbing issues for us. My sister had recommended Priority to us, and am happy to recommend them to others. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Had some plumbing issues resolved quickly, same day, by Priority. First time going with them since we have moved to the Springs and it was a great choice. Absolutely reccommend David , as he was friendly, efficient, and effective and really made us feel at ease after the service! Thank you!

Tate is our go to plumber for any of our plumbing needs. He has completed many plumbing projects for us from installing a new hot water heater to replacing all the copper piping in the crawl space. He has earned our trust by the great job he has done on these jobs. This last visit he repiped our laundry room so our washing machine drain pipe was up to code and our new washing machine drainage hose would not backup and overflow. He is very thorough and knowledgeable when he is assessing an issue. He is also very patient answering all the questions my husband and I always have. Paul was fantastic—spent nearly 40 min discussing the pros/cons of replacing my water heater for an estimate. Very direct/honest, and would 100% work with him/this company again!

My faucet started spraying out water at the base. I put in a call and David came out the next day. He was very thorough and showed me there was a leak under the sink as well. He quickly installed a new faucet, then asked if I was having any other plumbing issues. I told him my toilet was having some trouble, he looked at it and then also replaced my toilet seat, because I had bought a new one but was having difficulty putting it on. David was great, very friendly and super helpful! I would recommend his services to everyone!

Great experience with David. He made sure the job was completed with minimal distruption to our life. He problem solved a difficult drainage problem and came up with a solution.
