Back in May I had a pipe burst in my basement, on a Sunday of all days. I found Priority Heating and Plumbing, and they sent out the excellent David to save my basement. And he did! David was great! Very quickly he had the burst pipe fixed, saving my basement from the nightmare of water damage. Fantastic service, great conversation. I am completely satisfied, and also very impressed by David's work. I will use Priority Plumbing and Heating in the future.

I recently had my shower valve replaced by Priority Plumbing and Heating, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. The plumber, Austin, was punctual, courteous, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the process before starting. The replacement was done quickly and professionally, and he left the work area clean afterward. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating for any plumbing work—you’ll be in good hands!

Tate helped us! He was able to urgently come save my broken shower pipe right before i got off work. Coming home to a clean hot shower is all that i needed this week thank you!!

Tate from Priority Plumbing arrived at our house on Fountain Blvd, introduced himself. And we explained what was wrong. And after looking at the problem he let us know exactly what needed to be repaired. Within 10 minutes, he got us an exact estimate and after our approval, started to repair the problem. I can say it was a pleasure to work with him and we look forward to working with him again. He was a true professional and was great at this job. We are very pleased with the results. David was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He could have easily up-charged me by stating I needed a new sink faucet. But instead he thoroughly troubleshooted the issue and was able to effectively get the faucet working again. Very transparent and honest. Hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company. Had the unfortunate experience to have our water heater start leaking. Thankfully, we were able to get David soon after calling it in. A true professional, courteous and friendly. The water heater was troubleshot and expertly replaced by the next afternoon. I would definitely recommend this company and if you get David, just know you're in good hands.

I've used Priority Plumbing out of CO Springs several times for my residence as well as for my rentals. I highly recommend this company for quality service, as well as fair pricing. The past two times, David has come to our house and done a wonderful job.

Great service, David Fowler was great at communicating all the issues and keeping me updated. The tricky to find leak was found and fixed the same day and He came back to double check afterwards. He even gave me some tips on an unrelated issue to avoid more problems. Above and beyond

Highly recommend these guys for swift and excellent repairs for broken AC on our hot summer days. David was awesome- prompt, clear and professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home as he and his team were trouble shooting my situation, providing estimates and getting my ac back up and running. Caleb and also excellent ensuring the electrical and refrigerant were functioning properly.

Emergency water leak -- customer service was over the top great. They went out of their way to give me same day service even for a Saturday. Ken and Sophia were extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly throughout the service. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt more confident preventing and/or addressing the issue if it were to occur again.

Ken came out to our house for a sewer drain issue and was very communicative, professional, friendly and knowledgable. He was able to diagnose our problem efficiently and layout the different options. Would definitely recommend using these guys for their reliable service.

Paul was excellent. I had a new sump pump and alarm installed because my original one was constantly going off and was very loud. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or pressure me into going for the more expensive option. He gave me several options and I am highly satisfied with the end product and my overall experience with Priority Plumbing and Heating was great.

We are extremely satisfied with our recent experience having a new Lennox furnace and air conditioning system installed. Blake came out to our home, carefully checked over our old HVAC setup, and walked us through different replacement options. He made sure to answer all of our questions and provided a clear and detailed estimate for the job. The equipment was ordered quickly, and they were able to fit us into their schedule much sooner than expected, which was fantastic since our old furnace was struggling in the cold Colorado weather. The installation team arrived right on time in the morning and immediately got to work. More technicians joined later, and by late afternoon, they had removed our old furnace and air conditioner and finished the installation of the new systems. Everything was running smoothly before they left. The crew was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They were also careful and respectful in our home, making sure to clean up thoroughly both inside and outside after the job was done.
