Never using them again, I've lost total faith in anything they do because of this nonsense, and trying to charge me $1100 to replace something that worked just fine in the first place.... I had them do a backflow test at my property, and the guy didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. He had to call someone else to verify how to complete part of the test. In the end, he failed the backflow assembly. I had a feeling he didn't know what he was doing, plus after Bullseye sent me an estimate for $1100 to replace the entire backflow assembly, I decided to have SOMEONE ELSE test it before I threw down that much money... AND OF COURSE IT PASSED! Thank God I didn't have them do the $1100 repair, but I'm still out $105 for the initial test, plus my time they wasted.

Poor customer service. I will say the guy that came out was very nice and professional. But what I was charged for what service was done was ASTRONOMICAL. $205 for the technician to come in and put plumbing tape and glue on a piece of pipe and put on a valve cap that costs no more than $10. I was told the service fee of $68 would be waved if work was agreed to that day, then told by the technician that the service fee still stands. I then called the office spoke to the manager and her only answer was you agreed to the price, when I asked for her to just break down the invoice as to why I paid SO MUCH MONEY for a tape, glue, and a $10 pipe stop, she could not break it down and kept insisting I agreed to the price. Im sorry I dont want to haggle or argue with a stranger in my house about what I was told when I called to book the apt. I never asked for money back, I just wanted a justification as to why so little work (less than an hour) was $205. I will not be using this company again.

We had a clogged shower drain and bullseye was able to get us an appointment same day! Maya was the technician and she was super professional and knowledgeable did a great job and got us back up and running quickly and even cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend

Zack came to diagnose my tankless water heater that was not igniting. Not only did he get it running again, but he also made sure it was running in tip top condition. I will be using Bullseye Plumbing in the future for all my preventative maintenance.

Had a clogged basement shower/tub drain that would not budge. I was able to get them out within an hour of calling. Caleb was on time and got the drain back open within 30 minutes. They just earned a new customer. Highly recommend BullsEye Plumbing and Heating!

I have been a resident in Colorado Springs for over 30-years and have used other companies. Bullseye is clearly the best in town! Highly recommend.

It took awhile for the plumber to arrive and deal with my emergency leak but when Chris arrived, he went right work diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was very thorough, thoughtful and efficient. I couldn’t ask for more in a plumber. Price was very fair and reasonable. I will keep in touch with Bullseye for all my plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Bullseye Plumbing Heating and Air. I had a flood in my home, and from the moment I called, they responded incredibly fast, which made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

Nic and Sean were outstanding professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. Nic showed up quickly, got straight to work, and took the time to explain what happened and how they were fixing it. He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was handled properly without cutting corners. Sean has stayed in touch with me throughout the process has emailed me my quotes and any information I need.

Everyone was very professional and knew what they were talking about because I am abreast of how plumbing works as I’ve done my own for years. Caleb came out was right on time and was excellent. David was very respectful and honest, and answered every question we had (which was ALOT!). He was really thorough in his quest to find that nasty leak. He showed us the damaged section of pipe and explained each step of the repair. He recommended a new part for the water heater and how it would help, even took us through the test of how to know it's giving out. But he wasn't pushy at all! He was here for a long time and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

Alex is amazing! He saved us thousands of dollars when we needed a new sewer line. He is very good at explaining the issue, answering all questions and providing options to solve your problem. Their quote came in $20k less than other companies, and I was able to get a whole new sewer line vs a liner. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Tate was an amazing technician! He was super helpful in answering all my questions and came out the same day I made the request! I highly recommend this company and if you have the opportunity to ask for Tate I definitely recommend him!

Had to call in a service order for a widespread leaking faucet. That was leaking in the master bathroom. Her property management sent out priority. We had Austin show up give a diagnosis and was able to resolve the issue same day he had great customer service and explained everything properly would highly recommend. Tate and David were Super efficient very nice happy to have them in my home. I had an I had a Frost free hose bib replaced and it’s beautiful, much nicer than what was originally on the house. I love that they can do same-day service if needed. I will keep them as my regular on-call plumber's.

Best service and best pricing around. After searching through many companies we decided on Priority plumbing. Absolute best decision. Their prices are more affordable than any other quote we received. The service technician David was Absolutely awesome. He was very thorough and attentive in handling our plumbing problem.He did not try to upsell us. He was very friendly and communicated well about our problem and showed us every step of the process. Absolute best service we have received. Whenever we need a plumber we will be using Priority plumbing without a doubt.

My husband found out that one of the hoses on the water heater was leaking and water was shooting out of the leak. David quickly came to our rescue (even though it was Sunday). He identified the issue, went to Home Depot immediately for the parts he needed, came back and fixed it all within a couple of hours! I submitted a request for a mystery leak in my basement around 2:30pm yesterday (Sunday) and in under 24 hours, Ken was able to come out and take a look at the issue. He was very helpful and personable, and helped to identify the issue. Would highly recommend the company and Ken specifically!

It's June now. We had another leak, from a dish washer that wasn't working right. Priority came out, Ken F. and Alex, real nice dudes. They got every thing fixed and working right! Again, super satisfied with this place and the work they do.

November ish of 2024 - We had an emergency plumbing situation, real icky sink stuff. David was great! He worked quickly and efficiently the resolve the problem. 10/10 would recommend for other plumbing issues!
