We have been dying to get 3 trees for our bare backyard and front yard! This place was awesome and they let me know about a 20% off earth day sale over the weekend! I saved so much money and the trees are beautiful! We planted them on Saturday and hoping they turn out wonderful!

We had the best experience at Phelan Gardens. We’ve been to many nurseries around town but this one is the best! Jen helped us fill a couple of plants to fill our indoor pots and was incredibly knowledgeable in finding plants that would fit our space and light. Thanks Mark and team!

First time there today such a beautiful place with so much variety . I found a scotch bonnet plant for my hubby he's excited. This store is going to be a regular problem for me lol. Special shout out to Hayley the cashier she was very sweet and accommodating.

What a great place! So many different varieties of house plants. Very knowledgeable staff was able to answer my questions about an issue that I am having with one of my plants. It is a new favorite for sure.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL nursery! Plants are so gorgeous and healthy. A huge variety of indoor and outdoor plants to choose from. A neat "air plant" is available as well. A nice sized succulent section included! Inside they have some colorful flower pots and plenty of potting soil to choose from. There is a large outdoor area that includes trees, shrubs, HUGE chickens and a butterfly habitat. The employees were kind and helpful. Pet friendly which is a plus.

A great place to find indoor and outdoor plants! They have plenty of pot options, including cute decorative options. They have all your soil, mulch, and planting needs. Their outdoor section includes trees, vegetable plants, and more. Carts and boxes are provided for easy transport of items in the store. The staff is also always friendly and helpful

I really loved this place until one single tree died out of the maybe dozen plants we bought from here in the past year. They claim they have a warranty on it but I worked with Corey for two months over a dwarf Alberta who is still dying in my backyard. I finally said with all due respect I cannot diagnose this plant as an expert because I am not one, if I was I guess it wouldn’t be dying. They never offered a refund or even store credit for one single little tree. Not sure the big deal, I’ve never asked for a credit before. All my other plants are thriving and doing great but just requested help with this one. I guess - don’t trust the warranty IF the plant does go down, but luckily most of their plants have done us well so far.

This place is really the best quality, most consistent, high variety plants I have ever come across in CO. I have bought an outdoor bush, and over 50 houseplants from them and I have never had a pest problem or anytime of plant sickness come home with me over time. I am a very proud plant owner and if youre like me, you will find just walking around this place gives the soul some nourishment. Also very kid friendly!

Phelan Gardens is my top spot to shop for all things plants. The staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer pretty much any question plant related. They have a very large plant selection, especially in the spring planting season. I highly recommend.

Amazing garden!! We frequent here, almost every week we go! So many beautiful plants for affordable prices!! I have bought a couple plants here including philodendrons, syngonium, and even a dragon scale alocasia. I also appreciated the brochures they have for pet safe plants, it made my plant shopping easier when I needed pet safe plants specifically. They are all well cared for here and I never had issues with pests from the plants I got here compared to big box stores.

Sumac is already dying after 2 weeks. Did everything according to instructions. $70 wasted. Great. All the branches fell off the Tiger Eye Sumac. So now you get a one star rating. Unless you can give me a refund.
Even the Licacs aren't even growing at all. So what the hell do you people do there? Just sell garbage plants that don't grow?

The staff is so helpful. My Monstera was out of control and the staff I spoke with helped me problem solve. Their permanent resident "Sue" The Monstera is a great example of how I needed to support my plants at home. Phelan Gardens is my favorite local garden center. The events they host are very fun.

We've had nothing but fantastic experiences here. Recently we came back in to get three plants repotted, two of which are big snake plants which have thrived since we bought them from Phelan about 5 years ago. We also bought a new big plant for an empty low light corner of our house. We had exceptional help and guidance from Barb, Hunter, and Jen in both the reporting of our old plants, and guidance in selecting and caring for our new plant. Can't imagine going anywhere else for plant needs, thank you all!

The technician was a very professional young man with a very professional approach with his job. The treatment was put down on the lawn and thanked me and left the backup paperwork that recapped my latest service.

I am very disappointed with the service from TruGreen. I had a whole package that I had completed in October of 2023 and I was told that someone would reach out to me once March came around to schedule the next services that were needed. Nobody ever reached out and so when I called, I spoke to someone that had no idea what I was talking about and then asked if I wanted to set up services. I told the woman that I had spent over an hour on the phone with the gentleman in October and had set up all of my services at that point. Not a good company and I will be sticking with local companies from now on.

Even though it was John's first time to do an application at my property, he was attentive and courteous. He explained the process of what was being applied to the rock areas around our house and how it would help keep any weeds from forming until next spring. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to keep weeds away from their landscape areas!

Horrible horrible company! The sales agent James was extremely pushy calling everyday sometimes multiple times a day to get me to sign up for service. I finally caved in and signed up for aeration, seeding and fertilizer he even offered to throw in spraying for some kind of mites for free even though he claimed that service was hundreds of dollars. He guaranteed me everything would be done on the first visit. The techs showed up and did the worst job possible, they did not fully aerate our front yard was half down with about a 5 ft gap between passes and our back yard was even worse. They put a very light sprinkle of fertilizer and no more spray and no seeding. They left without saying anything. I went out to look at the yards and immediately called the sales agent James and told him what they did. He said he was sorry and that they didn't seed because they ran out at their last job and the "free mite spray" didn't get added to the work order. That is not an excuse if they knew the work they were to do it's their responsibility to make sure they have the stuff they need before showing up. I told James this is exactly why I was hesitant to agree to service in the first place and that I'm done and to cancel the service. After him trying to convince me to keep it he agreed to cancel and assured me I would not be charged a dime since they didn't do even half the work they were supposed to. I thought everything was over until the techs showed up a couple weeks later to do another service. I went out and told them I had cancelled and not to do anything and they left. I called James again and he again gave his im sorry speech and assured me again he cleared any balance and cancelled the service. Thought everything was finally over once again until I get a notification that I have a balance of almost $300 in collections for tru green. No billing statements mailed no calls nothing. I reached out to James about the balance and have been completely ghosted no response from texts no returned voicemails. I have saved all texts between myself and the sales agent Incase legal action will be necessary as no one has been willing to fix this at the company.

Miguel arrived promptly at 0730 this morning. He greeted me and discussed the issue we were having with our lawn. He immediately treated our lawn for grub and webworms. Miguel was very professional, provided excellent service, and answered any questions that I had!
