Applied half the fertilizer that they quoted us and had the nerve to only offer a 10% discount. 50% ≠ 10%.

I am beyond pleased with Tru Green. After first noticing my lawn was beginning to die, I gave Tru Green a call and they were prompt on coming out to the property and trying to revive the affected area. To no avail, unfortunately due to a grub infestation, Tru Green continued to offer complimentary services throughout the remainder of the season to help with the regrowth of the lawn next year. I am more than grateful to have received those services and will definitely continue to use Tru Green in the future.

Our specialist, Brian, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained in detail the service he was going to perform. He sought out all rock bed areas to treat, which our previous provider did not do. He offered information in regard to our front lawn and possible ways to improve it. Overall I’m very satisfied with TruGreen!

Waste of money. I initially met with them one year ago and they told me they guaranteed they could revive my backyard. 1 year later and almost $1,000 out of my pocket, and this is what my "yard" looks like. I reached out to them recently and told them I'm not happy as I've spent all this money and have gotten no results. They sent someone to my house who said "Yeah you need to till this up and then plant a whole bunch of grass seed and then bring in a whole bunch of topsoil." And I said well, your guys a year ago told me they could revive this. I wish they would have had an honest conversation with me initially and told me that this is what I need to do, before I dropped nearly $1,000 with you guys. Would be nice to get that $1,000 back to use to till, plant grass seed and bring in topsoil. But now I'm back at ground zero a year later, out nearly $1,000. Would be nice if they would reimburse me a little bit of that but I know that's not going to happen.
Are they really ever did over the past year was spend 5 minutes applying fertilizer about once a month, then grass seed a couple times and one aeration. I think I could have done all that myself for about $200 bucks or less.

Mike with TruGreen came out and talked a big game. I signed up and I’ve had two services done, haven’t noticed any improvement. I spoke to Mike about my concerns and he first left me hanging for 5 days on my questions. I texted him again and he apologized and said he get me another appointment and get back to me the same day. He never called back and now 4 days later no one has come out. Truly hard to believe they can treat their customers this poorly.

TruGreen in Colorado Springs is the worst. Lack consistency and do not recommend any additional services if your lawn needs it. All they do is come out, spray liquid, and leave. Definitely go with a local company who actually cares about its customers!!

Brandon did a fantastic job on our yard. Our lawn looks great. He was very prompt and courteous. We’re very happy.

Trugreen has absolutely 0 % reguard for their customers. 8 weeks ago they sprayed and killed 60% of my grass.ive tried multiple times to contact their management and have got no response. They will not stand up to their mistakes or take any responsibility whatsoever for their action. Here's a before and after their handywork

$750 for TruGreen to take care of my lawn this year and this is what it looks like. Interestingly enough this is what it looked like last year and the main reason I contacted them. No one talks to me about how to make it look better. No one tells me what’s wrong with it. Contactless service is probably not the best idea for a service that actually depends on contact with the customer. I also called to cancel my remaining service since it’s clearly a waste of money and they promised someone would come out to talk to me. Never happened. Will never ever use them again and will make sure to tell everyone I know that they did nothing to help me figure out how to make my lawn pretty again. All for the low price of $750.

Update: TruGreen came out after this post to talk with me about my lawn. They said this problem is caused by grubs in the soil and easily treatable. Sure would have been nice if they had mentioned it in their lawn reports over the last few months.

The tech came and sprayed the left over bush that has not fallen off. I told the Tech to remove those burned out bush - but said it will fall off give 1 week of 10 days more, as we both are Snrs and with health issues , cannot pull out those bushes , given the fact they are easy to come out , as it’s already dead, but still hanging out. If they dont fall out on its own , he will come and remove if not after 10 more days , so in totality 4 weeks from the 1st treatment. Thanks , he was kind and courteous 👌

We started off having a great experience with Trugreen. The techs that came out were great and told us what was wrong with out trees trees they could help us save. Since we did the prepay for our services, everything has gone down hill. We have about 6 acres with multiple rows of trees and when Trugreen comes out for our monthly services, they are here for about 5-10 minutes. When we call and ask how they completed our services so quick, we are told it should take 30-40 minutes with the amount of trees we have. They always send someone back to to redo it. Today I was home when they came and was eager to see this process. Jennifer pulled in our side driveway, sat there for a few minutes, sprayed 5 trees and left. Mind you, we have over 30 trees on our property that are to be treated. When I called in to speak to someone about our services, the representative on the phone hung up on me. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. I have now lost more trees than was expected due to beetle burrow. We are now looking at having to replace 25ish trees because they did not do what they said they would do.

TruGreen Lawn Care is a quality lawn care company that will make a real difference in your yard. They give real advice that can be trusted and they will give you quality reliable service. You don't have to wonder if they were by when you were not home because you will see the difference in the health of your lawn.

They are very nice people no matter who comes and helps. They took care of me today and it was seamless and uou dont necessarily have to present at time of service. They will call you if you aren't home before doing anything. Great service!

Preston provides me with excellent lawn service! he is knowledgeable and professional. He also helped me select and set up full aeration and bluegrass overseeding.

I have used TruGreen for multiple years. Overall they are good, however I still have a brown spot in my yard which I have stated was a concern for over a year with no resolution. This is why I gave a rating of 4 stars. Please see the photo of the brown spot which has been there for multiple years.

This is the first year we have used TruGreen. Our lawn has never looked better! The best part…no weeds! Not in our lawn and not in the zero escaped areas of our property. The staff are professional, polite, and very responsive to questions and concerns. We are very satisfied!
