Samuel was efficient, informative, professional and punctual. Best of all, he knew how to pivot, on the spot, when problems arose and communicated clearly throughout. He was easy to work with AND he cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. Will definitely call on him whenever we need a plumber!

Tyler Zong did an excellent job informing us of all the different options we could look into for the various projects in our home. We just moved into this house and weren’t familiar with boilers or mini splits and he made us feel much more comfortable with our situation. Highly recommend.

We are very impressed with the plumbing services we received from RBuck. We had a toilet reset due to poor installation by the previous owner of the the house and Rbuck did a wonderful job resetting it. We then realized that the toilet had been leaking for multiple months prior into our ceiling from that previous poor job (NOT Rbuck, but by the previous owner). Rbuck connected us with a water and mold mitigation company that was wonderful and then came back at the end and reset the toilet once again, free of charge!!! We had multiple plumbers from Rbuck in our house throughout this process and all were very professional, kind, and helpful. They were also very detailed oriented to make sure our toilet was set & sealed properly to prevent future leaks! Thank you!

Tyler Zong is friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things so you can get a better understanding of how the appliances work but also still managing to be quick about it. We would be happy to have him be our technician again.

Our furnace stopped working, I called R Buck at 8am and they sent Justin out by 11. Justin was polite and respectful.
He showed me the issues I had with the furnace. Performed the service for less than the original quote. He was thorough and left no mess! Furnace was up and running in just a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend R Buck to anyone needing furnace work.

Technician was very professional and knowledgable. He gather all necessary information, quickly investigated, cleaned a few censors and restarted the unit. He also tested the thermostat for proper functioning and settings. He also offered me some education on restarting the unit myself and offered some upgrades that i may be interested in the future. R Buck saved the day! I had a gas leak in my HVAC system and was without heat and hot water. Thankfully they were able to get someone out within the hour of calling and diagnosed and fixed the issue. My technician David was great! They are extremely professional, courteous, honest, with a high level of customer service. I would 100% recommend!

Tyler was amazing. He was dispatched to our house after hours due to our furnace going out. He showed up within 30 mins of the call. He found the problem right away. He took the time to educate me on the furnace. When he was getting ready to leave he noticed a small drop of water from a pipe. He investigated the problem for me and found out we had a giant hole in our duct due to a leak in a pipe. He notified his dispatch to get a plumber out to fix the leak. Tyler came by the next morning and fixed the hole. We will be requesting Tyler for all of our future HVAC maintenance/repairs

i can't say enough good things about the professionalism, honesty, and quick service we got from the team when they installed our new ac unit. our old air conditioner had stopped working, and we really needed a replacement. thanks to scott, the technician, we now come home to a cool house at 75 degrees, even when it’s blazing hot outside. our old unit never got below 80 degrees and just kept running all day. scott is super friendly and made sure we got the best ac system for our home. he even came back later in the week to check that everything was working right and gave us tips on keeping our house cooler. we are really happy with the fair price and how well the new unit works. overall, we feel lucky to have had such great help with our ac repair and installation.

Recently, I woke up to cold air blowing from my heat vents. I quickly called Unified Heating & Cooling, as they installed my furnace and handle my annual maintenance. Todd was the technician who came out that afternoon. He found that the heat exchanger was not functioning properly, and after conducting a carbon monoxide test, he shut everything down for safety. Luckily, I had a radiant heater and an oil-filled heater, so I could keep my home comfortable. I was informed that a replacement furnace was located not too far away and would be installed soon. The installation went smoothly and only took a couple of hours, with great attention to clean-up afterward. Since the heat exchanger's location made it necessary, the manufacturer decided to replace the entire furnace instead of just the part.
