Jonathon O and Felippe were workhorses!; thorough and very respectful of my home as they were in every room of my house cleaning my ductwork. George G. did an amazing job. He was very cheery, personable, and I was completely comfortable having him work in my home. I've been using RBuck and Parkey's (the previous company) since the late 1970's and have never had a complaint with their work or workers and today was no exception. RBuck sent out David to perform annual maintenance on our heating system. He was both professional and personable. He knew what he was doing and did it quickly. I've been through these inspections every year and know what they're supposed to do and he covered all the bases. It's experiences like these that keep me coming back to them.

Jack was fantastic! He resolved the issue quickly and was accurate with his initial estimate. He was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to complete any "upgrades" or spend additional money. I plan to use them again.

It would have been fun to have them here all day. While they were were more professional, they clearly enjoyed their jobs. That says a lot for the company.

Justin fixed some problems with our boiler that were hard to pinpoint. Daniel took care of the back yard motion detector light. So good to have it back to light my way. And he installed three pendant lights--one had broken.

Remove existing pump and replace with new, comparable pump (Taco 009 or similar)
Turn off water feed, remove existing pressure reducing valve and backflow prevention device.
Provide and install new, calibrated pressure reducing valve and backflow prevention device.
Test for leaks, re-pressurize system.
Remove existing air venting device and install new.
Remove expansion tank and install new tank sized for application and set to appropriate pressure.
Drain hydronic system for boiler or piping repair, pressurize and purge air to provide proper operation.
Inspect for leaks.
Pick up, supply, and install an OEM hot surface Igniter
Replace failed zone valve assembly.

My service tech was Mychal Urenda he was amazing. Not only did he arrive on time came in and fixed and apologize for the previous tech.Which don't get me wrong?The previous tech did not do anything wrong.He just did not set the water temperature Mr Urenda got right to work fixing everything that needed to be adjusted. And then advised us on the companies, loyalty plan was not pushy, was not demanding. Just gave us a couple or overviews of what the plan provided. We said we would look at it, and he said, okay, again did not try to sell us anything. He just mentioned some key points that reminded us of things that we needed to get fixed around the house. So we ended up getting the plan right away. With no questions asked, he started on all the inspections in jobs that the plan stated that we get for free. Once a year again, he was amazing.
And we are truly glad to start a new partnership with this company.

Tyler is currently finishing up- but I couldn’t wait to leave a review. Had a heating/ furnace problems- and a different company had insisted we needed a new system. I went with my guts and got a second opinion with R Buck! Versus having to pay around 12k for a new system- we only paid around $600 in repairs! I couldn’t thank Tyler enough. He was quick to explain and showing me everything that had to be done! Definitely would recommend this company WITHOUT A DOUBT

These guys were so nice, communicative, helpful, and professional. Our heater went out in 30 degree weather and they came right away. They gave us a temporary blower for the night and a new heater installed.the next day. Upon installation, they came across a leak in our water heater gas line connection. They pointed it out and tightened it up. Our family is warm, grateful, and safer bexause of them. Highly recommend!

Hollis was professional and courteous during the entire visit, and not only did an excellent job, but did it efficiently and thoroughly. He also taught me a fair bit about how to troubleshoot issues on my own in the future which I greatly appreciated!

He was profession, did clean work and was able to get the part and fix it in the same day and provided us with the best possible prices. I will not hesitate to recommend and use these guys again!

By far, the best service I have ever gotten From an HVAC company!! Tyler You know exactly what needed to be done didn’t try and over diagnose the problem or sell me things that I didn’t need - He was diligent about recommending maintenance that was probably coming up soon or would benefit in the near future.

I'm very pleased with the service we received when our water heater started leaking a couple of days before we had several family members arriving for the holiday. Gavin was terrific with walking us through the options and timeline, then Gavin and Hollis installed new equipment quickly the next day. They were very respectful and made sure we were happy before they departed. Great job!
