Shawn Bedell is very courteous and friendly. He came during a snow storm and didn't leave until he was able to repair our heat at almost 6:30. He gave us multiple options for various levels of repairs and improvements (upgrades). He was also extremely good with our dogs since they needed to be inside due to the weather. Would highly recommend him for any work you need done.

I can see now why this company has sooooo many positive reviews. What kind and professional employees - wow. This review is for Larry who was amazing! Such a pro and so thoughtful. I really enjoyed Larry a lot. He worked fast and got our drywall done in no time going over and above. He sang the company’s praises (when he didn’t have to). Very impressed by his kindness and character. Thank you, Larry and thank you our new favorite plumbing and AC company! Very highly recommended!

Billy & Ryan were ver professional, respectful, and patient with my many questions and over the sholder observations. Expert knowledge of the system and appreciated the OJT and walk-through. I feel confident that this job was done right, and the system will keep our family warm in the winter and cool the summer. Our family thanks you Billy & Ryan & off course all the supporting team members who popped by during this project. They had a quick response time and a competent professional plumber, but the most outrageous quote I’ve ever gotten for a 5 minute job and <$10 of materials.

*Edit 2: Raised up to 4 stars after speaking with Mike to arrive at what we believed a fair price was for both parties. It seems like there was an error in the quoting system that skewed the price a bit. Errors happen, so no hard feelings. They made things right which is very meaningful as a customer.

For anyone that comes across this review that may be in a similar boat, don’t hesitate to call. They’re very kind, professional, and more than willing to work with you to arrive at what’s fair.

I had Smith Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning do a complete replacement of my Carrier AC and Furnace System. The entire experience with Justin the sales representative, the duct and air vent cleaning team (Sofia and Cam), the two electricians and the system installers (Billy and Ryan) was excellent. All the work done was very high quality and each of the individuals were professional, courteous and always on time. The required city mechanical and electrical inspections were completed in less than 5 minutes each. This is the first time I've used this company and I will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

Jason and Kelly were a perfect team. They were thorough and answered my questions with patience. They had the attention to detail that you want from someone working on your I’ll be requesting them specifically next time I need work done. Professional, quick, thorough and friendly. I just had him replacing some light fixtures, but despite this Daniel was very thorough and gave me quotes for multiple services so I can plan for the future. He brought a vaccuum and cleaned up after himself, and was "pet-friendly."

I had the best experience with Tyler Zong. I wasn't looking forward to having to " deal" with service to have a new thermostat installed but Tyler was so professional and so informed he was able to answer every question I had. If there is anything in need in the future I will not hesitateto call.

Mychal came in for a quick diagnostics to check my plumbing after a leak caused by my dishwasher. He was kind and informative about the issue. He was quick and the services provided by RBuck were seamless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs household repairs.

Jordan did great, they showed up to my house within 30 minutes, gave me a quote on a new water heater I should definitely get, but at the same time point out that my leak wasn't from my water heater. It's always great, and rare, to have a contractor that will actually help solve your problem and not just try to push unnecessary "fixes" on you. I will definitely replace my water heater with them when I can.

Had Justin F. come out on short notice to help us with our HVAC not working. Justin was quick and thorough with his work, but I especially appreciated him explaining what he was doing and completely answering questions that I had about how the system works and common faults. Additionally, he identified that the problem was minor and didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't necessary like some shady businesses might.

I've had RBuck come out several times, this was the best experience I've had thanks to Justin!

I needed plumbing service, which only reasonable to contact R Buck since I have had success with R Buck electrical. Once again they did not fail me. Mariah contacted me on the way…dogs to be rounded up.
She was able to figure out the problem within a few minutes. Resolved just a fast! I appreciate her honesty on the simple issue. As well as professional and friendly! Thank you Mariah!!!!!

Tyler was very nice and knowledgeable and took time to explain all of our furnace needs and priced a few choices. Our furnace was beyond repair and we purchased a new furnace and humidifier from RBuck and they can install tomorrow
Revising this review to add that after the installation there was damage to our floors and Tyler was nowhere to be found. No phone call. No answer to our request for him to come out. Very disappointed in this company. BEWARE of their sales pitches and below standard post purchasing lack of customer service.

Awesome dependable company with competent polite technicians. I had a furnace go out (original 2015 construction furnace) diagnosed and replaced in just over 24 hours. I won’t use any other company in the future. Thanks fellas!

Appreciate professionalism with job, job was complete Matt D. was very professional and did a great job with the Boiler. He explained everything, and how it worked and what he did, and why. He came back twice to make sure everything was complete and done right and make the necessary adjustments to make sure our heat was working correctly. He took the time to explain each step. I appreciate all of his effort and I appreciate the time he took to explain how everything works. He was great and he definitely knew how everything worked well informed about how our boiler worked. Thank you for coming out and explaining how it worked and what to look for, I appreciate it. This person really understands Boilers.

Had Daniel come out today to look at something electrical, old smoke alarm, as usual....all my questions were answered, and was given a few different quotes. i just like working with RBuck, everyone is always professional n knowledgeable.

Had Daniel come out again, this time to put in a whole house surge protector. as always, very professional, prompt and got the job done!! Cleaned up afterwards and was on his way! not only do i appreciate RBuck as a whole, but its great getting to know the people that make the company what it is. im really big on family n personal connections with others, RBuck definitely hires the right people!!

I've called R Buck for electrical and cooling work (I have a swamp cooler) and every time they come out, they do great and honest work! Prices are up front and reasonable, and each tech I've interacted with has been open and honest about the work needed/work they would recommend.
