Comfort by design installed a new Goodman funace to replace my 19 year old furnace ,they went over several options on different brands also lined me up with financing for the furnace and install ,all the staff and technicians are very nice and friendly people to work with they did a great job I highly recommend comfort by design

Comfort by Design got me an appt in just a couple days. Julian arrived early & was very helpful & explained what he was doing as he worked. Very knowledgeable, efficient, mindful, & friendly (paid attention to my dog too!) I got the service membership for preventative maintenance & look forward to continuing great service. Thanks Julian & team for getting me running cool again at a reasonable price.

I recently had my AC unit repaired by Comfort By Design, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The technician, Julian Martinez, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained the repair process to me. The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now running perfectly. Julian was honest about the parts that we would need and not need and ended up saving us a lot of money on the repair. I appreciate the honesty. What he saved us with his honesty, this time, will come back to support future dollars for the company as we continue to use them for our ongoing needs. I highly recommend Comfort By Design for anyone needing reliable and high-quality AC service!

We had a cold kitchen and family room in our 70 year old house. Joe came up with a solution to add vents in the kitchen, a fraction of the cost compared to the 2 mini splits proposed by another company. Waiting for it to get cold to see if it's solved the problem, and if not he's got a couple other ideas.

The workers did great work and got an electrician out when they nicked an electrical line that had been fished through our basement ceiling.

Honest, depenable, quality work, and quick to get out to do the job. What more could we ask for?

Total Comfort and their Technicians are great. Highly recommend them. They take the time to educate you on your furnace AC system. No gimmicks, or hidden costs. I did have a total system clean and service $$. But all work is warranted.

I had an overnight boiler problems that shut down my heat in the house. Thank you Joe for scheduling Jeremy Witty to replace the boiler parts and repaired the busted boiler water line beneath the crawlspace of my house. Thank you Joe to set an appointment in such a short notice this early morning, and I appreciate it very much. A very good experience was had this week with Jeremy from Comfort By Design. A very respectful young man with years of experience. He troubleshot the issues quickly, realizing the boiler pressure tank went out & the ignition switch needed to be changed. He had to come back with parts a few days later, but the fix was completed within a few hrs.

Great service! Showed up early. Very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me advice on how to keep my furnace in good working order.and helped me figure out a plan for when it needs to be replaced. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.

I recently had my furnace and water heater replaced by Comfort By Design. Initially Joe came out to my house in extremely rural Colorado to take a look at existing components and work up a price. He was personable and professional, demonstrating exemplary customer service. The price he gave to replace the existing equipment with state-of-the-art high efficiency equipment was lower than any other competitor's estimate and was too hard to pass up. He scheduled the work just two business days from his visit.

Jeremy and Mike came out promptly as scheduled and began the work. These guys took professionalism, courtesy and customer service to a whole new level. They were friendly and hard working from start to finish. They treated my wife, myself and our home with the utmost respect. Despite a few obstacles, they pushed through and completed all of the work in one day without complaint, displaying craftsmanship and a work ethic that is rarely seen these days.

If you want to be treated right, I would highly recommend Comfort By Design for any mechanical or HVAC project that you may need. Great work team!

Comfort By Design came out quickly on a Sunday morning. They repaired my furnace. They were honest and didn't try to overcharge me unnecessarily. I will definitely use them again with no hesitation. I appreciate that the charge for coming out would have been applied towards the labor and parts.

This was the best experience I’ve had with hvac Repair. When I called, the phone was promptly answered, and I got to speak to Joe, a real person!. My furnace had quit working at the beginning of a cold spell, and within an hour, Julian arrived to check out my heating system. He did a full assessment of my furnace, including running CO tests and checking the rusty roof cap, and unfortunately, there were a number of problems because it was an older model. He quickly put together an estimate for repairs and replacement, and after thoroughly going over all options and explaining the issues in the photos he had taken, I opted to replace the system. After securing financing with the help of Samantha in their office, I was put on the schedule immediately for the next day.

Prior to their arrival, I received background information on professional qualifications and photos of the two people that would be doing my installation. Steven and Malik arrived promptly at 9 AM, introduced themselves, answered a couple of questions that I had and went right to work. They insured that my house remained clean, even though an old furnace had to be removed. They were very respectful of the things they had to work around in my home and very knowledgeable about the furnace installation. (They both like dogs, which is also a huge plus!)

It was a pleasure to work with Joe, Julien, Steven and Malik. I highly recommend this business, you will be very glad you chose them for your HVAC needs.

Furnace went out on a Saturday night, called Comfort by Design on Sunday Morning, John was there by noon, and had the issue diagnosed within minutes. I explained all the issues we've had with our HVAC, and all the repairs to it in the short amount of time. John was very professional, dug into the issues and spent over an hour on the phone with the manufacture to come up with a good solution. No other HVAC repair told us we had an undersized furnace, they just kept coming out and charging us for the repairs. Now we have options thanks to John. Will definitely use them again for all our furnace needs. (and they do a military discount)

The furnace in our cabin up in Park County at 9,500 ft. gave out at the end of November without warning when we were up for the weekend. The Saturday afternoon we called Comfort Design they came out immediately despite it being a considerable drive from the Springs, and provided cost estimates for different work options. We chose to go with a new furnace, so Tuesday Tony and Mike came out and installed a new furnace in about 7 hours. They worked well together and answered every question and comment we had during the installation. We were VERY PLEASED with the responsiveness and the work of Comfort Design, and recommend them for any HVAC work in the region.

I waited 5 years before I left this review. We had a new furnace and A/C installed in 2020. The first few years it was fine. But without fail, a few times a year now our furnace will just stop heating correctly. Sometimes I can just shut it off for an hour or so and turn it back on and it's fine. But seemingly a couple times a year, I have to call someone out to inspect it and something is almost always wrong. I keep up on all maintenance and replacing filters. So, based on my experience, I do not think I would recommend comfort by design.

Our heater did not kick on all night long on Monday night Tuesday morning my wife called Comfort by Design Tuesday morning at 8 o’clock and by 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, the service technician was at our house to take a look at our thermostat in our heater.
I was impressed with Comfort by Design because, when she called into the service department, the first thing they asked her over the phone, was please check your batteries in your thermostat and it would save us from having have a service call if it was just the batteries in the thermostat. That was very professional to try to troubleshoot it over the phone for us first.
Julie was the service technician that came out and he was very thorough about checking out the furnace and seeing if it would be just a service call to replace the blower motor and the transformer and what the price difference would be vs. what it would be to replace the entire 25 year-old furnace.
After looking at both prices, that were very thorough again we decided to replace the entire furnace. They were able to set us up on Wednesday. The two technicians came out again, very professional and did a beautiful job of installing our new furnace.
I would 100% recommend Comfort by Design For Service calls in for a new furnace or air conditioner.

John was absolutely amazing! He came out last minute to fix my furnace and had everything up and running in less than 2 hours (I had a different company come out 3 previous times and couldn’t figure it out). Not only was he extremely nice and efficient, but he also caught a problem caused by the company that originally installed the furnace—something that could have cost me thousands of dollars down the road. His expertise and attention to detail are outstanding. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service

Proposal was detailed, timely and inclusive of all materials and installation costs. Comfort by Design was responsive, showed up when they said they would to install. Returned when necessary to fill radiant heat system with glycol, fire up our Combi boiler, install thermostats and monitor system to make sure it was functioning properly. Very professional, timely and thorough. Would highly recommend their products and services. We are extremely satisfied.

Comfort By Design did an excellent job from start to finish. Proposal was all inclusive, showed up for installation when promised and returned when required to add glycol to the system, install thermostats and remain on site to insure system working properly. John was very knowledgeable and left no stones unturned to insure system working satisfactorily. Very satisfied and would highly recommend their services and products!
