I, like many I’m sure, give five star reviews for companies that provide great customer service, and/or, quality products. Today however, I’d like to give a 6 star review for a company that not only provided exceptional service, but did this at an affordable price.
Medical necessity required us to purchase a Whole House 20kW generator. Further, it also provides a level of insurance that any major storm will not affect our home. So, I began a search. It was a month ago that I found a a generator at a very fair price from Smith Plumbing, heating, and electrical. It was a hundred miles from our home in the Denver area to their business, and I was glad to make the trip. Now honestly, I did not think of Smith to do the install due to the miles. Every trip for them would be almost 200 miles. But after checking prices in the Denver area for an HVAC company that was able to do everything; gas lines, electrical, transfer switch, installation, I quickly found out that prices only seemed to escalate. And so, I called Freddy, the GM whom I purchased the Generator from at Smith HVAC to see if they’d be interested in providing a quote. His answer, “Not a problem.”

That evening, and possibly from his home, he provided three quotes. The lowest price, I’d need to do some of the install. The middle price, something more. And their top tier price, which I chose, included everything from showing up with four trucks and the men to do the work. They even provided a company to do the financing!

Smith obtained all permits, made sure their install was according to the requirements of our city, and showed me how to run it. Not only did you provide the best service ever, but your men were professionals. Polite and incredibly knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to hire Smith and these men for any job I have, and equally happy to provide referrals. .
Freddy, you have an amazing crew; Jason, Carp, and others that I’m sad to say I forgot their names -these men are an asset to Smith. I’ve never thought of, or given, a six star review, or even thought of one. Okay, you can't. But I just did. The professionals at Smith? They earn a solid six. Hire them. They are that good.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! They did exactly what I asked for, without any upselling or unnecessary recommendations. Justin, Carlos, and Andy were professional, courteous, and efficient. The installation was quick and seamless, and I even passed the city inspectors on the first try. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and expert HVAC work! If you like supporting small family business that are not pressured by big corporate, Smith is the company to call. Eva the owner, has a great team.

It was a pleasing experience working with Kaden, RaShon, and Caleb. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. These gentlemen determined the source of a sewer line blockage and were able to replace and correct the issue in a timely manner. They kept me updated on what they were doing and answered my questions thoroughly. I was impressed with the teamwork and professionalism they exhibited and won't hesitate to call Smith Plumbing for future needs.

My name is Lauren Few and I had a furnace installed today, the water temperature wasn’t quite right so you sent Damien Smith to help me out. Damien is polite, Friendly and knowledgeable., something that’s very important to is that Damien looks trustworthy, and someone that I feel comfortable with in my home. Not only did he come out the first time to turn the thermostat up when I let him know that it was actually too high for my older pipes. He came back and reduced the temperature for me, now that’s customer service !!!.
Damien made suggestions for having my pipes replaced underneath my crawlspace. The job is about half done so I Will call get an estimate for that again. Damien was just great !

Great first experience, and I will be calling on them again! From the first phone contact, Bri with the booking, courteous and helped me get booked easily. Dre took over and let me know he was on his way. I called for a drain cleaning and Dre was patient and walked me through what it would entail. He was helpful and got the job without any additional cost which we thought might be a problem. Thank you the folks at Smith! Great interaction.

Had a service call today by Zac. Want to say that his take on what was causing my heater to make noises was very professional and it's quite evident that he takes his job seriously. Had me up and running in less than 15 minutes and stayed to ensure that the problem was fixed and not just a bandaid repair. Gave me information on how to improve my airflow as well in the house. Definitely rate his support and service a 10 out of 10 and will be going to Smith for any future needs!

Smith’s Plumbing and Heating has always gone above and beyond their scope of duty, whatever it may entail. Today, Sean Logue did not disappoint. I would like to start by saying what a true gentleman Sean was. Very polite, fantastic manners with a great attitude. Taking our entire situation into consideration he understood and truly, truly cared about us. As people and not clients. Carlos and Ray did an outstanding job installing a new furnace (replacing our 23 year old unit). They arrived on time, were respectful and courteous. and explained the operation and maintenance of the unit. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly when the job was completed. We chose Smith due to their excellent reputation and fair pricing (beating a competitor's bid by nearly $1000. We were happy with the entire process and anticipate working with this company in the future.

For peace of mind with having to get a complete HVAC system for the house, I highly recommend Smith Plumbing and Heating!!
Justin was the one who provided our estimate and took the time to explain in detail what Carrier equipment we're receiving and their maintenance services we'll receive after installation.
The technicians/installers were John and Ramon. They were the best when it came to prepping the house for removal of our old HVAC equipment and the installation of the new Carrier furnace/air conditioner systems. They explained every component and how it works plus they demonstrated how our new systems will work.

The service was great from everyone involved. Jakob explained everything about the repairs needed in easy to understand terms and was friendly and professional. Kelly and Jason did a fantastic job on the sewer repair in spite my yard having difficult terrain to work with. The guy who did the heating system check was also very professional and efficient.

Excellent finish work by Larry and Ray. The ceiling looks absolutely perfect after an area of the ceiling was removed to adjust our gas line for the stove. My husband and I are very happy with Smith plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical professional, and skilled service technicians. We will definitely use Smith’s services again. Look for the pink van!

Amazing service. Super quick to come out in an after-hours crisis with our heater on a cold night. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything up front. Shawn made sure everything was working smoothly before he left and left things even better than he found it. Thanks Shawn!

Jeremy and Josiah were astounding to work with. They came to replace my outdated water heater and brought it up to code I'm about a hour and a half. They were fun to talk to and answered all of my questions about the process and how to improve the longevity of my new water heater moving forward. Shawn Bedell from Smith Plumbing & Heating was an absolute lifesaver. When he arrived, he discovered that the entire radiant heating system in our home—the one newly installed before we bought the house—had been done completely wrong. The piping layout, connections, and setup were not to code, yet somehow it had passed inspection.

Shawn took the time to walk me through everything, explaining each issue clearly and patiently. His honesty and professionalism stood out right away. He completely rebuilt the system the right way—rerouting piping, correcting major installation errors, and updating everything so it now runs safely and efficiently.

What really impressed me was his integrity. I actually asked him what else I could improve while he was already working, expecting the usual “laundry list” that most technicians love to hand out. Instead, he just smiled and said, “Honestly, I’d only recommend upgrading your zone valves.” That kind of straightforward honesty is rare, and it’s exactly why I trusted him enough to go ahead and make that upgrade.

Smith Plumbing and Heating has always been awesome! They’ve installed our HVAC 3 years ago and it runs perfectly. They also repaired a leaking main water line and replaced the main shutoff valve to my house (the old one was 50+ years old). On top of that they also fixed my leaking shower. Whether we’re needing upgrades or a last minute repair call they’ve been professional, punctual, and great to work with. Lastly, Kaden did a great job at explaining everything to me and his workmanship is top notch.
