We recently had some major plumbing and HVAC work done. Our experience with Smith was excellent. All the people that showed up were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like we were being "sold" on things. They showed us all the work that needed done before and after, and we're willing to work with us on payments. Larry, the drywall guy, was especially pleasant. Had his music going and was singing to my chihuahua the whole time. Very well done, clean work, good music. We are very pleased with Smith and will recommend them! Thank you Smith!

Sean came 30 minutes early (!) which helped my schedule a ton. He also walked me through the process of maintenance to my old furnace and made sure he was doing everything correctly. I highly recommend Sean and Smtih, they were helpful and came the same day.

Great Service, pricing, and outstanding work.Their installers were very professional and answered all questions. I had a new Payne furnace and air conditioner installed. They laid down protection on my floors from front door all the way to furnace. They cleaned up everything and asked when I wanted the final inspection. They scheduled everything. They are a great company. No scams or hidden fees everything is up front out the door pricing. My total price for everything was $7,841.81. That couldn't be matched by other companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner.

I am so impressed with Smith! My hot water heater sounded like it was going to explode which needless to say was rather alarming. Smith had Kaden come out to look at it. Kaden put my mind to rest by explaining the what, why and how since the tank needed to be replaced. The following day Carlos and Ray were able to replace the water heater. Once again I was so impressed. Carlos and Ray explained everything they'd be doing, let me know what to expect along the way (such as not to be alarmed if I smelled natural gas) and took extra care of my home even covering my floors so they wouldn't get scratched. Kaden, Carlos and Ray grew my faith in customer service since all 3 put me and my home first in all they did. Thank you Smith!

Jacob was my technician. He's professional, proficient and ensures his work is perfect before leaving. He told me exactly what was going on with my toilet and the plumbing. He worked on my problem for hours to ensure it was correct and didn't leak.

Carlos and Morgan installed my new water heater, toilet and knobs. They were outstanding and professional and accomplished the tasks beautifully despite the odd plumbing installation by previous plumbers.

SMITH SHOULD BE EVERYONES FIRST GO TO. I am a new homeowner and today I received the best home service experience anyone can ask for. Our heating system for our house had gone out for the second time. The first time I called a random handyman service to fix the system for it to work once and then have it go out again. I found smith online and it showed to be the top provider for this issue we were experiencing. I then scheduled an online appointment with Smith which was extremely easy to do and I received a message right away confirming the appointment. I even received a notification the day before reminding me of my appointment and when the technician was on his way. Our appointment was set between 8-10AM. Sean Logue was extremely punctual and was pulling into the driveway 5 minutes prior to our appointment. Sean’s customer service couldn’t have been more on Point. He was extremely knowledgeable about his work and was so nice. He talked to me about everything he was doing and educated me on a lot when it comes to my home heating system. I was blown away finding out from Sean about all the services that Smith could provide us. Smith, you made the right decision going with Sean Logue. I would give him five stars any day and he deserves a raise. He is our hero today saving us from the cold. I am definitely considering the gold membership thanks to him. My furnace was 35 years old so I decided to replace it before it left my family cold on a winter's day. I saw Smith plumbing and heating on Fox's Living Local program a few weeks ago and found them to be an honest company. I then received a flyer in the mail where they were running a special for a new furnace and air conditioning unit so decided to give them a try. They were very professional from start to the completion of my new equipment. A special thanks to my installers, Carlos and Elliot. They really know their business and were a joy to talk with why they were installing my equipment.

Out of 5 companies my wife and I had out to provide us an hvac system replacement estimate , I am choosing Smith’s for several reasons. I was fortunate to have them send Thayne out. Thayne did several things that none of the other companies did. First thing , he explained to my wife and I about his and smiths process , and what it looked like , and also made sure we were comfortable with what he was doing. Then he took pictures , made drawings and recorded videos for the installers so they knew a bit about the overall scope of the install. He then measured my duct system , took out these probe things and put them in my duct system to measure air flow, and even knew which rooms were the problem rooms. He measured my doors , windows , and rooms , as well as went up into the attic to calculate attic insulation, and got on roof to inspect pipes, and did other measurements so he could accurately size my equipment as well. He educated my wife and I on all the equipment and specials available , and helped us build the system that was right for us. I’ve never had an experience purchasing hvac equipment quite like this, and I hope you give that young man a raise! We can’t wait to have them install our new system tailored for our needs.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the way we were treated and the services we received from Smith. From start to finish, we were treated fairly and with respect. From the initial contact with Mike R. who helped create several options within our budget to meet our wants and needs. I am sure I drove him crazy with my many questions and configurations but Mike was not pushy or aggressive in his dealings with me. He provided a detailed and concise estimate which was amazing (no other company we talked to did that).

Once we agreed to a package, I was handed off to John K. who kept us updated of each step from the status of the equipment that was ordered to the scheduling of the installation team that was going to complete the order. And once the furnace and AC was received, I had the install team of Jonathan Z. and Ramon E. come to my house to complete the job. These guys were great! Jonathan performed a preliminary assessment before the installation started, ensured that everything was up to code and safe for our use, then had electricians from Smith fix what was deficient to ensure a quality installation. Ramon was focused and diligent in everything he was doing making sure no leaks or hazards. Both Jonathan and Ramon also answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) throughout the installation process.

As a consumer, this is such a large purchase and you just don't want to mess it up. But the Smith company is PROFESSIONAL, PARTICULAR, and PROUD in what they do and the quality of their work. I really can not say enough good things about this experience. From start to finish they went above and beyond and made us feel taken care of and valued. I have dealt with some other HVAC companies in the past, and the great treatment and attention to detail we received is so lacking in this industry. I will certainly recommend Smith and use them again for my HVAC needs. Thank you!

After an incident with the water shutoff valve the week before that left 3 separate holes in our wall, Larry was able to come out the following week and patch everything up in under an hour. He was extremely polite and friendly and did an excellent job patching up the wall so we can finally put all this maintenance to bed.

My wife and I received a flyer postcard in the mail from Herman's Plumbing and Drains celebrating their 75th anniversary sale. It just so happened that our shower was leaking so we called... the rest is history the shower is fixed we have new ball valves in place our old turn valves gone. The plumber even adjusted my spray nozzle on the sink. We had a three way electrical switch that needed fixing, done and the dry wall expert did a great job patching the hole that the plumber went through instead of removing all the shower tile, saved us lots of money. We signed up for the Gold package for the year and had our first sewer line snaked, they found some small roots and gave us some real good advise and we will have our second snake done six months from now. All in all the workers and office staff were quite professional, with the scheduling of times with us and the workers. Thank you, and may God continue to bless your business. We hope to sign up for another year of maintenance in the future.

We discovered issues with our boiler for our radiant heating system and hot water tank. Shawn did a thorough inspection of our system, and explained what needed to be repaired and why. He returned the next day to make the repairs. When he was done, he showed us what he had done, including making improvements to the piping so that future repairs and maintenance will be easier.
