I would definitely use Advantage Heating and Cooling. Omar was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so I could understand....Kudos to Omar!!

So we decided to replace our furnace and air conditioner...they were 28 years old..Briana gave us a great quote..we had a crew here on Friday to do the work and I tell you...these guys were very professional, polite and hard working. They even liked our dogs!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Omar was super knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. He explained why our new thermostats needed replacement due to issues that Carrier had with this release. He also helped set up the app, great technician and person!

Omar came out today only a day after I put in a maintenance request. Respectful and personable from the start, he was incredibly easy to get along with and understand. He quickly identified many significant issues with my apartment's heater that has been more or less useless in these colder temperatures.

Disassembly was swift, but not careless. During his work, he happily shared with me his findings and answered any question I could think of. Midway through, a significant part was discovered that needed replacement. He communicated quickly with his team and myself, got a new one picked up, and had it assembled. Following his work, he cleaned his work area spotless.

Having shivered away the frigid weekend we just had, it's now shorts and t-shirt weather in here only 30 minutes later. Give these guys a call and ask for Omar; you'll be glad you did.

Vlad, Brandon, and Paul did an outstanding job on our mini split installation. They were professional, clean, and took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly.

Advantage Heating and Cooling just installed a new dual stage furnace and Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier. All of the guys have been incredible to work with. From the beginning, Paul was awesome about checking in on how the install went and anything they could do to ensure we were happy. James and Josh did great with the install. These units are so much more powerful than we are used to, so it took some time to calibrate everything to our liking. Taylor came out and made sure we were dialed in on our new ecobee thermostat. Omar helped get the humidifier where it needed to be to perfectly suit our needs. And Travis was a rockstar to help dial in the perfect fan speeds to ensure the right air flow, while still keeping the unit quiet. Chris gave us a call making sure we got what we needed as well. I can’t speak highly enough of Paul, who has been incredible at checking in as often as we needed, and ensuring that we are 100% satisfied with our investment. I’m not sure I’ve ever had this kind of customer service from anyone, and I’m in the real estate industry where I come across contractors on a daily basis. That’s why Advantage Heating and Cooling is my go-to HVAC company to refer to my clients. We purchased our system with them two years ago and couldn't be happier!!! Our installation was done with a gentleman by the name James and he did an incredible job installing our new furnace and ac especially on one of the coldest days of February. Fast forward to today with our yearly maintenance due, Taylor came in an got everything up to par and very clear in communacting everything on our system and how it was functioning. He is absolutely awesome at what he does and has perfect customer service!!!!! I recommend them to all my family and friends!!!!

I will start by saying I am very demanding customer, and before hiring a company do extensive research. We are in the process of adding solar panels to our house, and decided to convert to a dual fuel system. This is comprised of our existing gas furnaces, and the addition of 2 heat pumps for cooling and supplemental heat. I took estimates for the heat pumps from 5 different companies, and Advantage provided the most competitive bid, as well as demonstrating complete understanding of our project. In fact, their bid was 57% less than our highest quote.

The work was completed quickly, with each member of the crew polite and professional. We are completely satisfied, and highly recommend Ben and Team.

I was signed up for an annual maintenance plan with another company and recently switched to Advantage Heating and Cooling. This company is by far, much, much better from start to finish! Carol fields the incoming calls and quickly becomes your most trusted office ally!

I had my first HVAC service today and my furnace and AC unit were not only inspected, they were thoroughly cleaned (something my previous HVAC company charged extra for). The water heater was also inspected and while in the crawl space, Omar noticed a leaky pipe and brought it to my attention. Omar is now my most trusted HVAC maintenance ally! I feel like this company has my back and I look forward to having their assistance maintaining this expensive equipment.

Omar came out to access our heat pump, furnace, back up heat, thermostat, and fan speed. He tackled each item one by one. He was professional and a good listener and explained each item of concern. He was knowledgeable and had no problem calling his supervision to double check and confirm on one specific item. Which communicated to me that when you call Advantage there is a back up team of people that come out with the technician that arrives at your door. There is no question Advantage Heating and Cooling will be the first people we call for any of our heating and cooling needs.

I needed a furnace replacement and received estimates from a few HVAC companies. I chose Advantage for a couple of reasons. First, I wanted a Carrier furnace, and they are a Carrier authorized dealer. When I got an estimate, the price beat everyone else - substantially. From sales, service, scheduling, and installation, everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual! I was extremely happy. Here's a photo of one installer "Vladimir" fishing a new thermostat line. He crawled into the joist work to avoid having to cut a hole in my drywall upstairs - talk about going above and beyond!

This past week, I hired the Advantage team to install a mini-split system at our cabin in the Wet Mountain Valley of Colorado, a good hour and a half from Colorado Springs. Even though it is February and really cold, the installation team was incredible and worked hard to deal with some significant challenges at our property to get the job completed. Led by James, the crew (Dom, Josh, Cory, Joseph, and Branden) worked all day AND returned the following day to get the job done. Outstanding crew. Salesman Paul was also very professional, promptly returning my calls to answer whatever dumb question I had in the lead up to installation. Finally, supervisor Tyler made several well-timed appearances to our property to make sure the project was on track. If you have a heating / cooling need within an hour or two of Colorado Springs, I strongly recommend the Advantage team.

This company is in a league of its own. As a small business owner, I understand how customers appreciate great service and quality. I saw these guys working around my facility the same day we were in extreme need of repairs. I didn't expect such a fast turn around and high quality service. They gave us a quote and had everything installed within days. Took care of the old units and gave us exactly what we needed. No hidden cost or haggle. From the initial inspection to the total replacement of our heating system the people at Advantage Heating and Cooling were excellent to work with. Josh and John who did the installation were fast, thorough and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the work was finished and followed up with two issues in a prompt manner. Following a flood in our home, Advantage got us on the schedule quickly and did a fantastic job walking us through the investigation of our furnace. Travis, our tech, was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. In fact, while checking our hot water heater, he discovered what likely caused the flood in the first place (which our plumber, who came by earlier in the day, missed). Their prices are the best around for the quality of work that you get, these guys are top notch and they don't charge you an arm and a leg.
