Afraid we were going to have to get a new A/C unit. Terrell was very personable and professional. He figured out the problem, solved it, and our A/C is running like new!! Did not charge us for anything we didn't really need. Thankful for a company that is honest, reliable, & professional. Thanks, Terrell!!

Calibrating Air is an exceptional company. I have used them for years, for dervice and maintenance. So when our Furnace went our of course they were my first call. They came quickly and had our furnace up and running in now time.

Our family has used Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling Inc for over 20 years. The company has a great team of people on board. They are a very Honest company . Tom has been servicing our equipment the last few years he is AMAZING. We hope to continue to use Calibrating Air for the next 20 years

From the point of first contact to equipment installation, we were very happy with the service provided by Calibrating Air. Communication was excellent from the office and Kody and CJ were courteous and professional during the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. The installation was completed in exactly the time estimated and all seems to be working great.

I got three quotes for a new AC recently. All were about the same price. I went with Calibrating because Charles was very thorough in his evaluation, and didn't use any pressure tactics. A competitor did my furnace install recently, and Charles identified that the filter size was too small, and that the unit should be propped up. He offered to fix these problems as part of the AC install, which I appreciated, as other contractors hadn't pointed that out.

Charles and Tom did a clean and thorough job installing the new AC. I would highly recommend them as someone who has tried many other HVAC contractors in the area.

I highly recommend Calibrating Air! Everyone from reception, schedulers, technicians, and management are exceptional! I had a complicated job that also came with complicated scheduling. It was not an issue! Everyone was very understanding, accommodating and courteous. The job was done through a Veterans Administration grant that came with its own difficulties. Other companies (including veteran owned companies) would not touch the job or simply ghosted me after learning that it was not “easy money”. Charles, took the job without a concern and stayed on top of everything over the span of 6+ months. His dedication was outstanding! On install day Charles, Ryan and Deion did an amazing job! They were punctual, courteous, efficient, and respectful. If you are a veteran, your service will be appreciated. If you are not a veteran and just need a company to do a job right the first time with the utmost professionalism than Calibrating Air is the right company for you!

Calibrating Air has been great to work with through multiple situations for us. Most recently, Brandon quickly fixed an issue with our furnace and provided incredible customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us out.

When I first moved into my house and wanted to install AC, I called this company and had them come out to assess the project. Turns out my furnace was a DIWwwhyyy project in that it was not a residential unit but rather a commercial grade heater. They did a great job with the install and removal, and they've been coming out to do the servicing of both new units since that time frame.

Every tech has always been great to work with! They've also been helpful identifying issues that might cause problems down the line and offering solutions and giving advice if something is more critical and what can wait. Seriously love working with them and I really appreciate their honesty!

Had a great experience! Finding that your furnace isn't working in the middle of a snow storm can be stressful and unexpected. The receptionist told me the cost of a visit and said I would have help same day. Charles was there in about an hour (was not expecting that quick). He was kind, professional, and very thorough. No hidden fees and was told to call back if I had any more issues. Had a nice cozy 70 degrees within the hour. Would definitely call again!

Charles came on time and walked me through everything that was going to happen. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He and the other technician, Devin, even played with my large dogs while they worked. They made sure that everything was cleaned up after the install.

This is my 4th time using them: 5 stars again!
My AC unit was short cycling and I knew this could be bad . They had Terrell come out the next day and he ran several tests and diagnosed the problem very quickly. The price to fix it was very fair and Terrell did a great job fixing it! This is the second time Terrell has come out and he is a great guy who knows his stuff. For the last year, I have been a customer with Calibrating Air for annual AC/furnace maintenance. I've previously left them 5 stars because they are a wonderful company with fair pricing, great service and an excellent, friendly team. Yesterday, however, I met Tom and while everyone in the past has been great, I needed to update my review. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Tom is extremely knowledgeable and informative about what he is doing, but most of all, he's a delightful human being and it was such a treat for me to meet him! I hope to work with him again in the future!

Working with Brandon and everyone at Calibrating Air Heating & Cooling was a breeze! My 1991 furnace gave out, they sent a tech out quickly on little notice, and worked with haste to get a new furnace installed despite the snowy weather conditions! All in all, inspection to new installation WITH BAD WEATHER took about a week. Lori made sure to offer space heaters to keep me warm before the installation. 10/10 experience! I highly recommend.

We've been with Calibrating Air for over 15 years. They installed our furnace and humidifiers, and service our systems twice per year. They've always been responsive with prompt service, friendly people, and accommodating to our schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent products and services. We have never been disappointed. They installed our new heating and cooling system in 2019 and visit for routine checks each summer and fall. Every technician and office personnel have been 5 star. If in doubt… don’t! Just call them… you will be pleased.

This is our 2nd time using them as our Furnace went out. They gave me space heaters to use until my heater could be installed. They were Very Courteous and they cleaned everything up after they were done. We were updated on everything as they were installing it. Overall Great Job. We will definitely use them in the future.

Terrell, Lori and Kendall were all wonderful and very helpful. I was quickly scheduled for service and Terrell found the issue with my air conditioner quickly and made the repair. I will be reaching out to have my furnace checked before winter.

With so many HVAC companies to choose from, it's nice to find someone you can count on to repair your furnace and not clean out your bank account. Calibrating answered all my questions and did all the repairs and furnace tune-up without any issues. I was able to ask questions about maintenance and replacement costs. When my furnace finally needs replacing, I will definitely reach out to Calibration to schedule. GREAT SERVICE!!

Have been using Calibrating since 2018 and have had excellent service. One word I can definitely use to describe them: Integrity. They won't try to sell you something you don't need or fix something that doesn't need fixing. Kudos to Lori who scheduled the appointment (always friendly and accommodating) and Terrell who came by today to do a checkup on the furnace.
