The tech was very thorough and explained everything that was wrong with our 12 year old builders grade (off brand) furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace installed with Family Heating and Cooling. We are very happy with the service we received through all of this. We now have a very quiet new furnace. They can't change the price of a new unit but, they did help us secure financing for it.

Ken and crew are awesome! We have had our water heater, and ac and furnace units serviced with them for years. When they bid on a new system, Ken gave us all the options and the install was professionally done on time and with very courteous and helpful staff. We are happy to refer Family Heating to friends as the need arises. Family Heating is very responsive as needs arise . . . calling back almost immediately. A+ in our book!

Add my dads 35 You old furnace go out and head several quotes for replacing Family plumbing and heating give me the best rate. Hello. So I recommend this company. I was quoted an inspection price and sadly they had no openings for today Wednesday so we scheduled for Friday. I said to myself, well if it gets cold and the heater can’t come back on, I’ll use lots of blankets. Anyway, I get a call from the office and told Ken didn’t want me to be without heat before thanksgiving day so he may come today. I was not happy that my motor was yucky looking but I was given the choice to clean or replace it. I figured new May be better and last longer. Thank you so much for coming out to help me today. Then I am glad I prayed before choosing this company as I can see you guys care. So many conquers out there that care more about filling their pocket than the customers. I see this company is family oriented as I even go to meet Ruben as he didn’t want to leave Ken by himself so he came over. That’s awesome! Thanks again and I will surely tell others to call for any heating needs as so polite, honest and professional. Thanks so much!

My wife and I are moving out of town and the week before we leave, the pilot light goes out on our ancient furnace. Just to be safe we had someone come out to check on it, on a Saturday. Ken was informative and polite, and discovered a crack in the unit which warranted a replacement. We were able have the new furnace up and heating by Monday afternoon, in a snowstorm and single digits temps. Throughout this process Ken maintained top shelf customer service, answering questions and being informative about the furnace. I've already verbally recommended Family Heating and Cooling and will continue to do so!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail when I contacted Family Heating and Cooling. Cheryl kept me informed on the scheduling of my project.
They installed a mini-split in my Primary Bedroom so I can sleep well in a well-cooled environment without using the A/C to cool down the entire house. They showed up when promised, and cleaned up.after themselves. I appreciated getting answers to all of my many questions.

Ken is a very personable rep, as he took his time and explained our options. We went with Family as their price was very competitive and they installed the same brand as our old furnace. Removal and installation took about 5 hours and they did a great job. They scheduled the city inspection for us and it passed with flying colors. We would definitely recommend Family to anyone replacing or fixing a furnace.

Family Heating and Cooling recently came to do a yearly service call on the furnace and AC. There were multiple issues with the furnace and Ken was very willing to repair the current furnace and contrasted that against the cost of a new furnace. The current furnace was more than 20 years old and it seemed most reasonable to get a new one. The final decision was entirely mine and there was no pressure to replace the furnace. The job was completed in a timely manner and everything was neat when the install was finished. Ken worked at maintaining the existing AC so that additional expense could be avoided. I would strongly recommend this business. The business operates with the highest integrity and honesty.

Holy Moly this is a great company. Ken came to our house several times to bail our project out. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and the quality of work is fantastic. Everyone we had contact with at this company is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend.

We have used Family Heating and Cooling 3-4 times in the last few years for repair or maintenance. Each time we were very pleased with their thoroughness, honesty and dependability. Two weeks ago we had them replaced our HVAC since both units were 18 yrs old, getting to a point that they could go bad anytime. We were completely happy with their work. They were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. A very trustworthy company that one can confidently rely on when in need. Highly recommended.

This company was recommended by our plumber a couple of years ago and we have been very pleased with them. They are very professional, courteous, on time and diligent with ensuring we are 100% satisfied with their service. Ken has been all of the above and is also very kind and explains what they need to do. Their prices are not cheap, but in this case you get what you pay for. Also, when we have had an urgent problem, they have been as responsive as they can be, which is much appreciated.

cannot recommend Family Heating & Cooling highly enough. we used the big names here in town and they cannot compete with the quality of service or professionalism of Family Heating & Cooling. we had two heating emergencies over the years. each time Ken and his team were prompt to respond and be on site to resolve our issue. the quality of their work is second to none, they’ve corrected non-code compliant mistakes made by a big name company that installed our a/c system. highly recommend signing up for their maintenance plan. for the service you receive, there is no better value for your money for having peace of mind that your equipment is kept in great working order

We have had Family heating and Cooling service the furnaces, in our rental properties and in our personal home, for about ten years now. We have also had them install water heaters, etc. They do excellent work, have quick response times and are extremely courteous. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ken and the crew at Family Heating & Cooling. I have had issues with my AC cooling properly for years and frankly, they are the fourth company to have looked at my AC system, and the only one to have offered a reasonable and affordable solution to my problems.

Furthermore, no other company really explained to me what was going on during the process, but Ken was very thoughtful and let me know what they were doing, and why, like making sure the interior coil temperature was in the expected operating range (it was freezing up pretty consistently before).

We'll see how it holds up over time, but I have more trust in my system now than I have in years, so I'm not particularly worried.

We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Family Friendly. Our old ones were over 25 years old. The owner took the time to listen to our needs and responded with what would work best for us. No pressure. No hustle just friendly talk - just like family. They installed the units and made sure we were comfortable. Do not hesitate to contact them for your HVAC needs. Follow up as been outstanding. No problems just personal care!

don’t think I can recommend your company to ANYONE at all, I was expecting a response from your company after the fiasco that occurred last Thursday, but I’m still waiting. The service call could not have gone worse than it did. I’m willing to discuss this with executive leadership at this point. I’ve documented the entire sequence of events, and have no desire to place any company into a position of negative light, but only want to discuss an equitable agreement of closure

Had a great experience with Calibrating Air. Tom came out for the initial estimate for the AC and HVAC upgrade. He was on time and very personable. Calibrating Air stayed in good communication up to the installation day so we knew exactly what was happening. Tom, Ryan, and Deion came for the install. They were very respectful in my home, and the installation is clean. I am happy to have hired Calibrating Air for this project and would absolutely recommend them.
