I read good Google reviews on this company and decided to try them out. In total, I had 3 furnaces serviced. My technician was Charles, and I thought he was great. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was super nice. They were a little more expensive that other companies that I have used, but they seemed more extensive in their service. Also, Lori, who works in the office, was super nice and easy to work with. As I prepaid for the A/C service (which brings the cost down some), I will be using them again. So...as of now, I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. 🙂

Review #2: I just used this company for the 2nd time (before for furnace servicing, this time for A/C servicing) Charles was my technician both times and I found him knowledgeable and very personable. He was right on time, answered all questions, and does things like change to the protection booties each time he enters the house...all with a non-complaining and great disposition! I plan on using Calibrating more in the future. It's not easy finding an HVAC company to trust, but I do feel as if I can trust them. Very nice company. 😉

I purchased a Lennox furnace and brand new AC unit. With the brand new AC unit there was some electrical work that was done flawlessly. The heater came out within only a couple of hours. And my beautiful New Lennox furnace went in along with the AC unit all that afternoon. I was able to comfortably heat my home that afternoon. The next day they finished hooking up the condenser which only took a couple more hours. So it was a two-day install but it was done quickly and very professionally. I can't be happier with my brand new equipment. Bart being a veteran himself makes me feel a little bit better. As a veteran I understand that vets tend to hold themselves to higher standards. Bart definitely holds his business to a higher standard. One thing's for sure, if you hire Calibrating Air, you cannot go wrong.

I cannot recommend Calibrating Air highly enough! They recently replaced my old furnace and air conditioner, and the entire experience from start to finish was excellent.

When I purchased my home in 2020, there was a business card for Calibrating Air Heating and Cooling taped to my furnace. So I figured it would be an easy transition to use the same company already familiar with the equipment. After looking them up online, I also appreciated that they’re family owned and operated. My experience has been great, for 4 years now. I live in a different state and my son lives in the home and they’re always helpful coordinating my service appointments. I use their program that provides a discount to pay in advance for the next season’s service, which is an appreciated value and a great convenience. Just had everything checked out by Deion who was punctual, friendly and mindful of my wood floors (used shoe coverings) which I really appreciate. Thanks for such quality service and a great team.

I recently had two thermostats replaced by Calibrating Air. Kendall came out to do the install, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the work quickly. I had no questions after he was done. He thanked us for choosing Calibrating Air. I was very appreciative of his work! I would definitely recommend Calibrating Air! This is a wonderful family owned company that I have used for many years.

Excellent company. I was arranging a furnace replacement for my son, while he was on vacation, as a surprise. As I was on a tight schedule. They got someone out within one day of when I called to give me a quote. They arranged for the furnace replacement to occur just a few days later. From the people I talked to on the phone, to the quote appointment, to the installation - everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and, above all, very professional. They pulled the permit and scheduled my inspection with Regional Building. I highly recommend using this company. I am sure all the other services they offer are done with the same level of care and diligence.

Kendall was knowledgeable of everything HVAC. Service cost ($119) way is lower than Allright plumbing ($165) by far.

****Edit...When Brandon saw the review that I was not completely happy with the look left behind after my AC was installed, he came right out and fixed it making it look significantly better. I appreciate the wonderful customer service.

I had a great experience with Calibrating Air, they had a competitive quote and were quick to set an appointment for install. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is that I’m not overly happy with the location the refrigerant lines come out of my house and connect to the condenser. It’s almost 5’ up the side of my outside wall and then goes down and connects to the condenser. The hole is just filled in with a large amount of caulk and doesn’t look great. I would have much preferred the hole be in a different spot so it’s not nearly as noticeable.

The responding tech Kendall was awesome and tried to help troubleshoot over the phone. We ended up needing him to make a service call during some of the coldest and nastiest weather. Kendall

When our A/C thermostat was reading higher than the actual temperature, so I contacted Calibrating Air. Lori in scheduling was very prompt and arranged for a technician to visit our business property the very next day.
Terrell, the technician was professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and recommended regularly cleaning the furnace room coils, changing the filter and maintaining the outdoor A/C Units. Great Service and highly recommended!

Charles was on time, knowledgeable, processional, and very approachable with questions.
Calibration is DEFINITELY my HVAC go to going forward.

Technician Terrell is amazing! This should be the go-to company for any and everything HVAC in COS. They showed up, they diagnosed the problem, and returned to repair it. The only reason they couldn't fix it on the first visit was because I have an older heating system. Parts aren't readily available. They even offered to bring me space heaters until the parts came in.

I called another company but they threw parts at it and couldn't figure it out. I should have called Calibrating Air first. I had a company have to replace my old A/C because a siding company damaged it and because its old (25years) they couldn't find repair parts. So, they replaced my A/C. I called them first because I thought it would be a warranty repair. Nope!

Calibrating Air will forever be my first call from here on out. They should be yours too! You won't regret it.

Purchased a new high efficiency heat unit, air conditioner and humidifier from Calibrating Air. It's my second time with this HVAC company as in 2020 we were in a different house. I can't recommend enough. They are fair and do great work on the installation. Everything they do is precise. (And they service what they sell.) In this house the unit was 21 years old and even then - there were no high pressure sales. Can't recommend enough.

Calibrating Air was great! My AC broke during one of the heat waves and we got a service call within hours of our request. The service tech diagnosed the problem immediately. Now it is working great. And, Calibrating Air did not try to sell us a new AC unit, like others we've had.
This is actually the 4th or 5th service call from Calibrating Air for us. We are repeat customers for a reason--Calibrating Air is excellent! Prompt, timely service at a reasonable cost. We will continue to be a repeat customer.

Calibrating was a great company to work with. They were on time, quick precise and made sure we were happy with their service. They communicated very well which is rare these days...it was really appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Kendall came out on short notice to help me troubleshoot a "sweet" smell I noticed after the furnace turned on for a while. To me it smelled like bananas/bubble gum and a dryer sheet mixed together.

He couldn't smell what I smelled, which honestly made me feel better about still being in the house.

After checking the furnace itself he tested different ideas of what it could be with both hot and cold air (which required some rewiring). He checked carbon monoxide and that looked fine as well. He was there maybe an hour brainstorming with me and asking questions/testing things.

His thought process ended up leaning toward the ducts possibly needing a cleaning.. and i'd honestly agree with pursuing that after my process of elimination of smells around the house - (I moved the fridge in the garage to see if the smell followed it, cleaned under sinks for mold, removed any and all cleaning and/or laundry and dryer liquids/sheets, went around with a black light and looked/cleaned animal pee or spills, lastly I had a painting mask sitting in the garage.. and when I wear it the smell isn't there strongly pointing to the ducts as well).

While we didn't find the exact source of the smell, it made me feel okay about removing the furnace itself from my list of possible smell sources, and feeling okay about still being in the house

I would recommend Kendall. Straight to the point and willing to listen and apply his expertise as we went along checking things off.

It was on the weekend of Thanksgiving and my furnace had stopped working. I called Calibrating Air and Heating that morning and Brandon was able to come fix my heater in a few hours. This company is amazing, professional, and reasonable priced. Thank You for getting to me so quickly, it could have been a very cold night for my family if not for you. Thank You!!!
