Called Blue Star Carpet Care. Took about a week to get him in but it was worth it! We bought a home and the carpets were trashed! We don't have enough money to replace the carpet until tax returns. Honestly, I think we're going to wait on that because after they left the carpets look brand new besides where the last owners cat tore it up in a few corners. So thank flu we got a hold of the right company! Will be working with them again

I had an appointment scheduled with another company, I spoke with the guy that morning and confirmed my appointment so I could prepare by moving my furniture and vacuum. The time came and went and the guy no called no showed me! I called him, no answer. So I started calling around at 515 pm and got Chad he was booked into the next week and I told him I had been no showed and he decided to come out and clean my carpets. He was at my house within 30 minutes, he was very knowledgable and respectful and did a great job at a very affordable price especially considering it was a last minute job. I would not recommend wasting your time with other companies call Blue Star and you will not regret it.

After using a GroupOn for carpet cleaning and getting what I paid for… I found Blue Star Carpet Care and realized the difference between getting a ok deal and getting a great company with amazing experience and knowledge. They did such a great job on my home that I got my employer to have them out, to try to get a balsamic vinegar stain out of the main walk way and clean the main traffic areas at work. Chad was not only able to get the stain out, but offered to come back if the stain reappeared. To this day the stain is gone! I have set up a 6 month plan with Blue Stare Carpet Care to keep my carpets clean and help with my sons asthma. If you are looking for carpet cleaning this is a great company to contact.

I had hired Blue Star Carpet Care to clean the carpets in our family home. We had stains from many family dinners that included red wine that did not come out with prior attempts . We were so thankful we decide to hire them after many referrals from friends. They saved the carpet and we saved on having to replace the carpets. We hired Blue Star Carpet Care to clean our sofa and carpets. What an incredible job they did. I was surprised, not just to see the stains removed from our carpets but also deep stains in our sofa. Some of the stains were years old and set in and within minutes chad was able to remove them. Amazing job guys! I am forever a client of yours.

We were in a time crunch to get our carpets cleaned. A few friends gave me referrals, but they were all booked. I called 7Twenty and talked to Chad about our time crunch. He was able to work with our short time frame. They showed up on time, told us how long it would take and did a fantastic cleaning job. The carpets look great and we couldn't be happier. I also like 7Twenty's cleaning process that does not leave soap residue in your carpet when finished. We highly recommend 7Twenty.

Called Chad to clean my office carpets.... they did an amazing job! To the point that I was following the crew around taking pictures I was so amazed! Hands down the best carpet cleaning company!
