Chad is the gentleman my husband and I spoke with. He was very helpful, professional, and was able to fit us in at the last minute. He cleaned all of our carpets in the rooms - including our stairs - for a very reasonable price and he did an excellent job! We were very pleased from start to finish and we will definitely using 7twenty carpet cleaning services again.

Chad is amazing! He does a great job and he’s not overly priced. We’ve been hiring him the last 4-5 years. Our carpet is 17 years old with three dogs and he makes them look amazing every time!

These guys are the best in the business. Very professional and thorough! He started by inspecting our carpet with a black light to identify pet urine or anything else not visible to the neget eye - have never seen that before. Our carpet is almost white and it came out great. The best it's looked since we moved it, especially the stairs!! They are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. 👍

Technician did not show up during the scheduled morning timeslot. I called three times throughout the day and was told he would be there shortly each time but he never showed up..Not sure how they are able to stay in business with such poor communication, first time customers only?

This is NOT Impressions Carpet and Hardwoods that has been in business for 30 years!! Don't make the same mistake I did. I thought I was calling IMPRESSIONS CARPET and HARDWOODS when I scheduled. Not only did they arrive HOURS later than expected, the work performed was something I could have done with a rented carpet cleaner. So thankful that Tom at IMPRESSIONS CARPET AND HARDWOODS was able to get me in tomorrow and do the job as it should have been done.

I called to have my carpets dyed. I asked them if they can change a color and how long it will last. They over the phone told they could and that it would, so then they had me schedule an appointment to have them do an estimate on my home. I asked if they could do it that same day, theybsaid yes. Saturday came, to young men showed up. They told me they could do it. We asked again if the color would fade, they said "no". So then I expected them to do it that same day. They told me that they are not the onrs that can. " only the manager and owner (Richard and Manie) can do it." But they would shedule me for Monday between 10 to 12. I made the appointment. Monday is here and I'm waiting 10 mins to 12, no one is here. I call and they told me that I wasn't on the schedule but they have my paperwork. They said sorry that they would give me 20% off my bill if I was willing to wait till 3:00. I even asked again if he would be able to do the work, they said yes again. So I said okay. Manie got to my place and then tells me that the carpet dye will not last and he does not recommend it. I waited 2 days and 5 hours for him to tell me I shouldnt do it!!!!! Never trying to use them again!

This is an AWESOME COMPANY! My carpet looks brand new. Very professional! Give them a try for your next cleaning!

I moved into a new apartment this weekend, where Impression Carpet Cleaning cleans the apartments being turned over. Not only had they done a great job, but since some pet odor had revealed itself after the initial cleaning, our apartment office contacted them. They responded immediately and came out promptly the following day to remedy the situation. Nahum personally lifted the carpet from the cushioning, cleaned both sides and odor treated it. Our home is good as new now! Thank you ICC and Nahum!

Impression was brought in to my apartment to clean up after a flood. They destroyed thousands of dollars in personal property and ransacked drawers and other personal effects. They opened private journals and tore pages from them. They stacked wet clothes and boxes into our bed and destroyed that as well.

Their workers assumed I did not speak Spanish and openly disparaged me in front of my face. They also took personal calls and flirted with apartment staff while they were supposed to be working.

Then they set up fans and dehumidifiers, but blew the fuses so nothing got dried. They left them all weekend and did not check in them, so the carpet ended up ruined.

Finally they took no responsibility for the situation. Terrible carpet cleaners and terrible service. Do not hire these clowns.

I manage a community in Denver and I cannot express how unbelievably amazing their team is. Always so detail oriented, communication is amazing and you can smell how clean the home is when they’re done. Would recommend over and over again

I’ve used Impressions for about 5 years at a few different properties and they’ve also cleaned my house’s carpet. I have also used the other major carpet cleaners and Impressions have always proved to be the best at what they do. Other than the great job they do at cleaning, they are also the best as far as scheduling. We have never had to deal with them missing scheduled dates which is rare when it comes to Carpet Cleaning companies. In Denver(which is the only city I’ve hired a carpet cleaner) , there is not a better Carpet Cleaner.

From my first contact with Impression Carpet Cleaning, the company was professional, honest, well priced for services and courteous. They repaired a bleach stain on our carpeting by using dye. The dye used was almost a perfect match to our carpeting and visually the carpet looks great. You would never know there had been a bleach stain. The technician arrived on time, was honest about the service he was going to provide, was efficient and professional I would definitely recommend this company.

I have worked in property management for 11 years and have never had a vendor (same category or not) be as reliable as Impressions. Their staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Making it feel like less of a job and more like dealing with family. Their pricing is beyond affordable, and well worth every penny and then some. They are accurate in billing and are prompt in uploading their invoices to Ops, which makes my job so much easier. There are not enough words to express the gratitude myself, my team, and my residents have for this company.

Outstanding!!! So glad I got ahold of this company on short notice..had a tenet move out only to find out that they stunk up the place by smoking cigarettes.. they arrived two days later and after a deep cleaning and ozone treatment, a few days later the stench was completely eliminated!.. thank you so much for your prompt professional service!
