DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I called today for a dryer repair and they said they could send someone out between 4 and 7 pm. I signed up for their membership service and they charged my card. After 7, nobody showed up or called to say they would be late. I called the company and they said "Henry" would call when he was on his way. After 8 with no one showing up or calling, I called back. They could not get in touch with dispatch or the tech. This company is a SCAM. The reviews are most likely fake accounts. Reporting to my bank since they refused to refund me.
