K&D Development was amazing during the entire duration of my project. Evan, the project manager, was very responsive to all my questions and concerns, and easy to communicate at any time of the day. From the start of the the insurance claim to the final move-in and cleaning, K&D made sure that all the details were covered. I would recommend K&D for any project, whether it is a small update to a full remodel!

I was in a bind in that I went through water damage in my kitchen and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I explained my situation with Nick and he was able to cut me a break on the expenses and got the job done well. The drywallers and cabinet builders did a great job. I would highly recommend K&D for any home remodeling/repair project.

We had allot of issues with our house and the insurance compony that we had. K&D did a amazing job. They helped with the insurance company and everything in between. Their work is great and never question anything you ask. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs anything done with their home. All the photos are before and after.

K&D Development did an amazing job on our remodel! Cesar was always there to make sure things were going well, if there was a problem he solved it quickly and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. Santiago had such great attention to detail with the trim and painting. Honestly can't say enough good things about them, will definitely use them again for any projects.

The whole K&D team were great. Very quick to communicate and easy to get ahold of. Our project manger Cesar was awesome. Would definitely recommend based on their level service and attention to details.

Steve Norblitt and Westec Builders is dishonest and totally unreasonable to settle a dispute. If you can, saty away from doing business with either.

I loved the carport and office space that they built for us, it looks amazing!! They have a great attention to detail, took care of everything, everybody is so friendly and respectful, they answered all my questions and were always honest which I really appreciate. I will recommend them without hesitation!

Steve and Jeff gave me a very beautiful remodel in the kitchen and master bath The estimate was accurate. We added several items during the course of the project with fair pricing for the extra work. They met the original timeline we agreed on with the inclusion of the extra work.

Westec Builders worked with my insurance company and replaced my roof recently. They made the process so simple. It was fast and Steve was great to work with. I would recommend Westec for any type of home improvement project!

Robert and his team helped me finish my basement and create an awesome space for my son and I. They were extremely helpful as I didn’t have an idea of what I wanted. They drew up a plan and let me make changes that worked best for my family and myself. Robert was extremely professional, on time, and creative! We decided to call West-tec Builders based on the reviews we found online and after meeting with Steve we decided to have him build our garage and are we very pleased with the results! Steve and his team did an amazing job, they were all very courteous and friendly. Everything was done exactly how we imagined and how Steve said it would be. They really do outstanding work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeff Noblit is honest and does good work. His man under bid our basement finish job (by a lot), and Jeff honored the quote. He did what he said he would do and delivered quality work. Hire Westec for your job. You'll be glad you did.

Steve and his team did a fabulous job expanding my garage from a one-car to oversized two-car. I’ve had many compliments that it looks meant to be and the brick was matched perfectly. Throughout the process they always answered questions swiftly, even past the completion of the project. Highly recommend!
