I am a self professed moron at plumbing and had my bathroom sink drain go to pot. I had no idea the parts and what I needed to do to put it together...then I was introduced to Gary in Plumbing. This dude looked at my old contraption (I brought it with) grabbed some bags of parts cut them open, put it all together for me and told me I may need to cut the one pipe to fit.

I got home and installed it in about 4 minutes...had to take it off and cut the pipe (as Gary said), put it back together in another 2 minutes and Wallah...works like a champ and no leaks. Oh yea...the cost of the materials was a whopping $8.30.

It makes my day to have been helped by Gary...by the way he has to be in his 70's...dude rocks!!

Thank you Gary for your help, kindness, and mad skills in helping an inept wanna be plumber.

Worst experience buying cabinets. They absolutely dropped the ball a handful of times by not returning my 8 calls with messages over a period of 2 weeks. After purchasing my cabinets, there was an issue when they submitted the order to the vendor, which caused a significant delay, however I was never informed of that issue/delay. While trying to obtain a delivery date, I was promised information 4 times and was never informed until I called them again. Requested a price quote for additional product and didn't receive the information after leaving 4 messages and speaking with the AGM and designer personally. Funny part is that 'out of the blue" I received a call from the distribution center (3rd party) on 6/3 for a 6/4 delivery date, however I never knew they came from a 3rd party, and couldn't receive 20 boxes with less than 24 hour notice, especially since i tried to find out the delivery date since 5/16. You'd think after spending $8k (just on these items) that they would call you back so that i could plan for the installation. Of all the stores, vendors, contractors, inspectors, etc.. that I dealt with during this full remodel, they are By Far the worst performing AND least apologetic. Pathetic.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Went to order a door. 30 minute wait. Had the "measurer" show up. Cost $50.00. Door needs to be special ordered. Go back to store. 45 minute wait. Order door. Pay for it. 2 weeks later receive a call requiring more money to install the door. We pay (fools that we are), two more weeks, door comes in. Installer shows up. Door has cosmetic damage AND has a vinyl door jam which we could not hang our security door on. Yes we got a full refund. No we do not have a door and this crappy business no longer has us as a customer. If I could rate less than a 1 star I would. Good luck with this crappy place. NEVER go there.

Don’t. Fridge compressor died after 2.5 yrs Under warranty but brand source was our warranty repair people, we didn’t have another option.
Said part would be available in 3 days—took 13. Repair done but never worked. Called and left message about failed repair and Brand Source NEVER called us back. Cut our losses and bought a new fridge. Brand Source are shady. Again, don’t!!

I will use JRC again if the need arises. They are very responsive via test messages and arrive on time. Juan responded to my home, was very courteous and fixed my problem.

JRC is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with! Cedric runs a very loose ship and is unorganized, with no set schedule or commitment for project completion. The work that his staff did for me was good, especially Richie, but was very drawn out and sporadic. Several no show, no contact, excuse after excuse. The work was never completed by the promise date.

We hired JRC to build a new bathroom in our basement. While the quality of the actual construction work has been great, working with Cedric and the company has been frustrating to say the least. Cedric is more focused on upselling his projects than getting what he’s been contracted for done.

We were told the daily work schedule would be Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. The workers either didn’t show up or didn’t arrive until the afternoon with no warning or any communication for most of the days. We were told it would be a 2 week project at most, it’s now going into the third week and the project is still unfinished. We also initially agreed that I would pay an initial deposit and then pay the balance once the project was completed, only to then be asked for another payment before the job was complete

Highly recommend! Mark did an amazing job for us. He went above and beyond. Won’t hesitate to use again, and recommend to others

I am a retired woman and had a budget in mind. Cedric and Cortez came over and we went over my budget as well as what I would like done. We went over the different options available within my budget. They painted my entire house as well as helped me move some furniture that I could not move myself (I had resigned to having that crowded room NOT painted because of the furniture). They moved my furniture for me which was a blessing. The kitchen work consisted of painting my cabinets. They carefully sanded the cabinets, primed and painted them. They also replaced my countertop. I could not be happier. My home feels lighter and brighter and happier. I also recommended them to one of my neighbors who are also very happy with their new deck.

My kitchen remodel was amazing and came out beautiful and it was affordable with JCR..... I had all my cabinets replaced, backsplash, drywall, venting for microwave over my stove, light moved and electrical.
I've been waiting for years to have this upgrade to my home. I don't like dealing with interruptions to my life nor strangers in my home. But, JCR's entire crew made us feel comfortable and safe. Thank you JCR you made me and my family very happy 😊
