Carlos and Kona Solutions are our go to when we need work done on our house.

Carlos and crew made everything easy and we’re very communicative the entire process. We had Kona help us with replacing 9 windows, hang new drywall, skim coat our walls and ceiling in a large space.

We could not be happier with the finished job. Juan knew a lot about the work needed and was able to help with making sure that the final product would look good and last. The timeline was very reasonable and Juan did a great job of getting everything done fast without cutting corners.

We will continue to use Kona Solutions when we have more projects.

I cannot say enough great things about Kona Solutions and their team. Carlos did an amazing job at realizing our vision for our outdoor patio & kitchen! This was a big job, and like any other remodel; it came with it’s hiccups. Having worked with other contractors before, Carlos has done the best job at coming up with solutions and pivoting to solve any issues that arose. His communication was outstanding and was very patient with us as we defined our finished materials. This job involved a few different trades and Carlos did a great job at scheduling the different crews to work efficiently. I would definitely recommend Kona Solutions for your projects and we cannot wait to enjoy our new patio with friends & family! I am very grateful for the work and will continue to use him for our future projects

I live in a 90+ year old house that used to have a scary, ugly looking basement. I hired Carlos of Kona Solutions to finish my basement. Carlos and his crew provided expert knowledge and skills to accomplish turning my ugly basement into a beautiful living space that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE and all within my price range. Carlos and his crew were incredibly easy to work with and brought their ideas as well as mine to bring everything to fruition in the completion of the basement. They were prompt everyday to work but could be flexible as well if needed. I highly recommend Kona Solutions and I’m over-the-top happy with my new basement!

Carlos is honestly the only contractor I trust with my home. I know that he will do a good job, because his integrity is bar none. Having had several jobs done by him and his team at Kona Solutions LLC, they have ALWAYS been communicative, efficient with their time and transparent with cost of service. If you go with Kona Solutions, you will NEVER experience hidden costs or shady excuses as to why the job cannot be completed when promised. Carlos and his team will treat you and your home with the utmost respect; as if it were their own homes. Don't waste your time shopping around for other quotes - I guarantee you won't find a better company to work on your home projects!

Over the last 3 years, we've had Kona Solutions put a hood over our stove, paint the exterior of our home and put in an underground pipe to fix our drainage issue. This drainage fix was the biggest present - we had countless contractors ghost us or give us ridiculous "solutions" on how to fix our drainage issue. We talk with Carlos, he and his team came back with a sound solution and very reasonable quote the next day...work was completed in less than a week. Amazing. We can actually walk on the sidewalk without fear of slipping and falling on the algae that grew because of the runoff from our lawn.

With so many slimy contractors out there - Carlos is one of the few good ones. He is one of the most honest and hardworking people I know - you will not regret hiring him and his team to work on your home projects!

Worst customer service ever. There subcontractors are disrespectful. I will officially be boycotting Home Depot! After years of disappointment after disappointment, and plenty of failed opportunities.

I called to see if I could get a replacement handle for an E60 electric mower. I talked to a friendly someone who told me he would send me info on how to order the part. I never received it, so I still don't have a replacement.

There was really nice stuff and also great deals but the employees are horrible they act like there Bussy and all I see them do is walk around. I asked 4 ppl for help and they all ignore me. I asked this senior lady for help and she said and I quote “not now hun” ??? Well excuse me I thought that was your job. I just hope they find better employees because I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t get help.

The home Depot is horrible. . They say what they don't mean they quoted me over the phone a price I would get charged and I get there and they changed and charge me full amount and for what I didn't want. Never gonna shop here again and you shouldn't either.

Ordered a custom slider door from this location 6/23. I received a call 2weeks later, stating they had forgotten to charge for installation, meaning my door had yet to be ordered. They finally ordered the door, and i was called mid july to schedule the installation, at what point I was advised by the Window "specialist" that my door had been in store for the prior 4days....and it took them 4 days to call to schedule install. Frustrating, but its ok because my door is getting installed....2weeks down the road. DAY OF INSTALL....i get a call from the installer asking me questions about how my door should open, turns out they did in fact manufacture my door, BUT they manufactured the door with the handle on the wrong side, the stationary piece of glass was on the right side and NOT the left side. Trying to get a hold of any sort of manager is pretty useless, i have barely received an apology for all of the inconveniences I have dealt with. I will never deal with Home Depot for any big home remodel issues after this ordeal.

Worst experience ever getting vinyl floor installed. The errors started with our floor measurements and continued. The project was measured wrong which led to incorrect amount of product ordered. Then they "lost" our ordered product it in there store. We are still waiting for product to be delivered and the floor is half done. We have spent more time tracking down our stuff that we pre-paid for and the Home Depot associates and managers don't care.

I went into Home Depot on Saturday was there over an hour trying to get measurements scheduled for carpet then they come out today and they measure I go back into the store just now I'm there for 45 minutes this time they're telling me that I need to have my vinyl tested for asbestos. First of all I don't have vinyl I have peel and stick tiles by my front door secondly Home Depot initially installed the carpet that is in there currently. If there was asbestos would that not have been a concern when I got the carpet initially? This was absolutely the worst experience I ever had trying to buy Carpet!

Well its been four months since I signed a contract to do 10 windows, I have paid 3 months on these windows. Initial measurement, (done by salesman), was wrong, Oct. 18th 2014.. The second & final measurement done, ( after I called seven weeks later), completed. Called to get an installation date, after waiting the two weeks. They would call back with a completion date on windows. Windows would be here last of Nov., called again windows were ordered with wrong measurements from salesman not final measurements from 2nd measurement done by INSTALLATION MANAGER. Would have to reorder ALL windows. Delivery date on second order Dec. 29th. Installation Jan. 16th.Home Depot crew came on Jan. 16th, after husband & I spent six hours moving furniture and window treatments, frew manager said this would be a easy & fast job. Measurement take inside again, went to trailer, measured again, windows wrong measurement. Home Depot has never reordered new windows. Crew left, called Sat. 17th , Elizabeth said she would have Max call me with a new schedule. I now sit here waiting three days later with no news, no phone calls and 3 months paid for and no windows. I would never employ Home Depot services again.
