Beware! This company lied about mold remediation, built over contaminated floors and covered up mold covered walls. They left our building filthy and in need of a complete re-do.

Working with Bella Restoration was extremely taxing and ended up causing more water damage and boiler issues to my property. I sued them in small claims court and am currently work with them to get the funds I am owed via this lawsuit.

I would not work with Bella Resortoration if you value communication and commitment to finishing a job.

Bella quickly responded to our basement flooding and got everything taken care of professionally. Their staff is very courteous and informative. I highly recommend this company.

This is the first review I have ever written online for anything. That is how deeply negative my experience has been with Bella.

First mistake: we paid them in full upfront for all the work to be finished. DO NOT DO THAT.

Genuinely the most frustrating experience my wife and I have ever had. Three small rooms in our home flooded in December of 2022, and after 11 weeks of working with Bella, work is STILL NOT FINISHED. Worse yet, almost every time they have declared something to be done, it is incorrect with glaring and significant flaws.

On top of that, the subcontractors they used repeatedly disrespected our home, leaving paint trails throughout our home, filling our toilet that does not flush with urine and leaving it unflushed for weeks, leaving trash and food on the floor, trash throughout our backyard and nails and debris in our home and more. Truly a horrible experience.

We were patient at the beginning and they continued to take advantage of us. They promised timelines that were never kept. They declared work to be done to a professional standard when it clearly was not.

No accountability has been taken for our home. We feel like we are pulling teeth just to get them to answer the phone or respond to our texts/emails.

Again, first online review I have ever written, and I hate that it has come to this. I am one to give ample chances and forgive.

I just don't know what to do at this point for my home to be restored.

Bella Restoration Services were great to work with! Matt was extremely responsive and was able to answer every question we had. Allin and his crew from Bella could not have been better. Quick, polite, respectful of our stuff. Accommodating with our schedule. Even when we thought there might have been a concern (there wasn’t ultimately) Allin was ready to overturn every option to make sure we were satisfied. Allin is what every home owner should want from their experience. 5 stars would recommend to everyone.

Allin and Mike did a wonderful job!!!! They have a huge show room with a ton of carpet and other flooring. They were so helpful helping me pick out carpet. The crews were so great, they treated my house as if the were doing work on there own home.
