We had a fantastic experience with NGL! They built a retaining wall to level out our backyard and we couldn't be happier. Ramiro was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. They worked closely with us to make sure the quote fit our budget. We hired Ramiro and his crew to install a 700 sq. ft. patio and walkway, and also replace a small section of our fence and gate. We were so impressed with the great communication, customer service, excellent value and hard work by everyone who worked on this project. I needed a sagging double gate repaired. NGL was the right company to select. Ramiro came out and gave me an estimate on site right away, worked around my schedule, and came out and fixed it the next week. He never tried to upsell me anything I didn't need and both gates now work perfectly for an amazing price. Highly recommended!

I’ve used Colopar for several years, they redid my kitchen, counter tops, back splash, and cabinets. We moved to new house and installed new flooring (wood), carpet in bedrooms, painted the entire house all done on schedule prior to moving on. I would highly recommend, very professional.

Michael has done numerous work for me in multiple homes. He has remodeled bathrooms, painted both the interior and exterior of my homes, installed tile, and installed hardwood floors. All of the work was fantastic. He was great at communicating with us and patient while we decided which floors to go with!

Quite honestly the worst experience in home ownership to date. Michael “Mikey” is an absolute thief, a poorly trained tradesman and a liar. We hired him for a bathroom as we were renovating an entire home. Even after dealing with many shady characters for our kitchen renovation a year later the work that Mikey did stands alone as the absolute worst. For a small bathroom, 45 sq feet he tried to charge me 15k. The toilet was moved three inches and one more sink was added. Because of this Mikey decided he could do the plumbing and not hire it out and caused three subsequent leaks. One due to just not capping off the end of a pipe. Way to go Mikey!

He told us it would be extra to install a fan in the bathroom and that most don’t come with one! Every single plumbing fixture is installed wrong, crooked or was never completed in the first place leading to water getting into places it should not. The bathtub is a disaster and the lights constantly fall out of the ceiling allowing for insulation to come raining down.

His attitude towards us might have been the very worst about it all however. He was in our house for about six days total. That of course was spread out over weeks but he was only in our house for about six days. The guy who laid the tile took about three days. I asked Mikey to justify his bid (the same bid we weren’t given until work was complete) and asked how much he charges per hour. He said $65. Given that I paid for the vanity, tile, plumbing fixtures and under floor heat myself as well as hired out the electrical separately I could
Not come to the same math and him and only agreed to pay him 12k because we weee friends with his wife. I am still trying to get this bathroom into useable condition

Excellent work by this contractor. They were organized, punctual, and very detail-oriented. The team kept the site clean and finished the project on time. Communication was easy, and the quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend their services.

We had Empirical Construction renovate our kitchen and living area. We are thrilled with the results! All of the contractors working on this project were professional and courteous. Empirical Construction kept to the original schedule in light of some structural setbacks. We highly recommend Empirical Construction and will use them for any future projects.

I shopped around for a quote on a kitchen and master bathroom remodel. I picked Josh because of his responsiveness and I liked that his quote included architectural drawings so I could envision what we discussed. He spent the most time on a quote for a project he was not guaranteed to win, so that's what drew me in. He was also super nice and patient so that helped too :).

I'll be honest- the process started off a little bit rocky and we had a roller coaster ride throughout the project but none of it was a major problem or anything. Most were minor things due to simple miscommunication. I believe this type of stuff happens with any contractor you go with on any type of construction process.

Our project manager, Chuck, was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and has a really big heart. He was extremely patient with us, never said no, never made us feel bad for asking him to do anything (even the tiniest little request), and most of all, he cared so much about doing whatever it took to make us happy. He worked his butt off to get every tiny detail the way we wanted it to be. He also loves dogs so we loved watching him interact with our pup. I can't say enough about how hard Chuck worked to make us happy. He is super down to earth and overall just a fantastic person to know- just a really good guy. He also has a super cute kid. ;)

Fast forward to the end- Chuck, Josh, and their team did an absolutely fantastic job making our dream kitchen and bathroom come true. The results are just stunning. I look forward to getting ready in the bathroom and spending time in the kitchen now because everything is just so gosh darn beautiful! I have attached my pictures to my review, please take a look at what a great job they did! They were also on time and within the agreed upon budget.
