Exceptional work and experience from start to finish. My wife and I purchased a home from Tony in August 2016 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The attention to detail and quality of the construction far surpassed anything else we saw while we were shopping for a home. I would highly recommend Sunnyside Builders and, if/when the time comes for us to look for a new place, Tony will be our first phone call.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Sunnyside Builders for the last 3 years, as their Realtor, on some of their developments. Sunnyside has built numerous projects for me on spec in the Denver Metro area from the ground up over the last few years. Of all the subs I have interacted with and dealt with, they are one of the only ones who understand the level of professionalism and communication required for long‐term success in this business. They are great with communication, and do a good job in helping the customer balance quality vs cost with their knowledge of materials. I'd gladly recommend them to others and will continue to use them on our projects moving forward.

I bought a new build from Sunnyside/echo in 2020 that I still live in, and they have been a hard to reach and dishonest company. They did not honor their warranty and strung me along with delays for 4 years until one of the owners - Tony Zangoglia - ghosted me and stopped responding to texts, calls, and voicemails. This left me with a price tag of over $4000 to fix what they did a bad job of from the start. I have a whole e-paper trail of them promising to fix things and then they ended up just showing they don't care about their product or customer after they sell.

The day we decided to buy our first home we drove around to check out open-houses. The first-open house that we walked into was featured by Sunnyside Builders. It's the one where we've lived for almost two years. We fell in love with everything. The finishes are fantastic. We get many compliments on the design, use of space and quality of everything.

Also, the Sunnyside Team is amazing to work with. We, as small business owners, partnered with them to help with their pre & post constructions cleanings.

We worked with Tony, Brian, Carter and team on a ground up quadplex new spec build in the West Colfax area and we could not be more excited to recommend them to other developers. It was our first project and they provided the perfect balance of mentorship and taking care not to involve me in the minutia throughout the project. They coached us on how to value engineer without compromising the quality of our project and took responsibility for issues that arose throughout the project (as they always do). We completed a beatuful project and according to our agent, set precedence in our neighborhood for our sales prices. We credit a great part of this success to our relationship with Sunnyside, their professionalism, attention to detail, and "get it done" positive attitudes. We will certainly work with them on future projects.

Great company with good people! As someone who works in the industry I know how hard it can be to find contractors that know what they’re doing and won’t try to rip you off. Guess that makes it easier for these guys to stand out. Robert especially has been incredibly helpful!

I cannot say enough good things about this remodel. The workers were professional, clean, kind and on time.

We had an emergency sewer repair needed with a very restricted timeline due to the closing of our home. I took the situation to Ian and he took care of every single detail, from working with the city, meeting all timelines and requests imposed upon by the buyer and delivered quality work. During the project, more issues arose that he was quick to jump on with his numerous contacts and professional subs in the area. We greatly leaned on his knowledge and experience in the industry, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone - any project big or small.
