Tried calling them for very preliminary exploration on costs and couldn't get any numbers over the phone. Tried to ask for a general range of budgets for a new build they typically work with to see if it's even something I want to pursue, but they said "let me be clear, we do not give any numbers over the phone". The call was 5 minutes but they wanted me to schedule a consult on their website and I didn't get useful information beyond that. The consult requires name, phone number, email, and mailing address. Not about to give that info. Left a 1 star review because I think companies should have projects and general costs, budget ranges, and such info freely available on their website and over the phone without having to go through extra hoops, and I haven't seen this info posted here.

I hired Ian to do an addition on my house last summer. Wow. I was very nervous going in considering the amount of money at stake and some bad experiences I've had in the past with other contractors but he made me feel so at ease and confident I was getting a solid product. He's easy to work with, calm, likable and you really feel like he's advocating for you in the job. Uses some pretty nifty software too. Best of all, he's on time and on budget. Will absolutely hire again when it's time for another project!

We had a good experience with Ian and his team. Overall, the project had its highs and lows, but we are very pleased with the outcome. Our home has been transformed from a dated 90’s wash park pop-top to a modern fully functional home that we love.
