We had such a great experience with Pure Construction when we renovated our basement that we decided to use them again to renovate our kitchen & 2 upstairs bathrooms. They are professional, considerate, punctual, and very detail oriented. And they are fast! They completed our full kitchen renovation & 2 bathroom renovations in less a month. And the quality of work is outstanding. Justin Esmael & Chris Dassaro are exceptional contractors & I highly recommend them!

They poured concrete for a gazebo and added edging and breeze around it and for a fire pit area. They did the work very quickly and were very responsive. I’m pleased with the job and will use them again for future projects.

We hired Faros Construction to renovate our garage: adding/replacing the drywall and painting. We are very pleased with the results and are so happy to have a beautiful and functional garage.

Faros Construction did nearly my entire backyard (east side fence and full landscaping w/patio) on a new build home, and I cannot say enough great things about Ricardo and his team. Hugo and the rest of the crew were super friendly and helpful and made sure any questions I had were answered. I’m also ecstatic that I can have the same team come and winterize the sprinklers for me (saving me the anxiety of having to navigate the landscaping contractor world again)! Very highly recommended — Ricardo will absolutely be my first call for any and all projects in the future. Thank you guys again for the great work!

Faros was great to work with. I had them install an extra layer of wall on a partition wall in my older duplex, and they made the project smooth. At the beginning the proposal had a bunch of line items each of which I could say yes or no to, and I said yes to everything other than paint which saved me some money. I had them make sure to go through the city to see if any permitting was required, which the city said no after evaluating the project. They had a recommendation for an engineer to see if we needed blueprints for the project by getting into the attic, analyzing the structure of the house, and making sure everything would be structurally sound, and their engineer didn't recommend any blueprints given that everything looked simple enough so there was no upsell here. They had a recommendation for an asbestos and lead mitigation company that I went with who came and collected samples to ensure nothing needed to be done there, and that was negative and a straight forward process. After this I gave them my availability to get started, and they came in on time, and at the expected budget. They did great work, and I would be glad to partner with them on a project in the future. They were very patient and understanding of my questions, and I had confidence that I was getting quality work.

We've worked with Ricardo and his team on two home improvement projects, most recently regrading concrete and installing a french drain along one side of our home. They are easy to work with, professional, seem to be competitively priced, and accommodated some specific requests/needs of ours.

We have done three backyard projects of varying scope with Faros Construction and have enjoyed working with them each time. They are professionals and do fantastic work. Our backyard looks great, and we will definitely continue to use them for future projects!

Ricardo and his team did a great job on my project. The team cared about what they were doing and helping me improve my property. I was having some work done on my home in Denver, although I live in Seattle. The long distance provided some challenges, but we were able to do the project without me spending too much time away from home. It was a big project with a lot of grading and drainage work, but it was executed well. I would recommend for your landscaping needs.

We used Faros Construction to install a French drain at my home. Our basement had gotten water in it with the very heavy rain. The team showed up when they said they would, were friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job. And our landscaping was placed back perfectly. In the next heavy rain we had, no water in the basement! We are so glad we can rest easier because of their help.

Ricardo was great at listening to my goals and helping me come up with a plan that fit our very unique project and problem--repairing our water damaged garage brick and roof and installing two exterior doors. I appreciated the communication, patience and problem solving up front.

The only slight frustration I had was the duration of time between work on the various parts of the project. The nature of the project was somewhat piecemeal, and commenced just before the holidays, so that may have been the primary reason the project lasted as long as it did.

I feel compelled to speak about one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had with a contractor! I needed some help adding a French drain and changing the grading around the exterior of my house. I've had my fair share of bad experiences as a homeowner and a Realtor. Ricardo and his team were highly communicative, wonderful to have around my home, kept everything tidy, completed the work in half the time, and blew me away with their professionalism. I will refer them to any client looking for a quality contractor with a skilled crew willing to work until everything is done perfectly. I wish I were able to give them more than five stars.

We had a great experience with Faros. We contracted with them to build two custom mailbox posts, made of stone masonry. The workmanship was outstanding. They were professional, very courteous, and did the work in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with them, highly recommended.

Faros Construction did a limited bathroom remodel for us in November- December 2024. The Faros team completed the project as agreed in the contract and the results met our expectations. We identified a few issues with the initial installation, and Ricardo fully resolved them for us – we appreciated his commitment to address our concerns.

One observation related to scheduling and communication. Our project took about 7 weeks, from initial demo to final acceptance. The bathroom was functional/usable after 3 weeks, then the follow-up issues were resolved over the course of the next 4 weeks. This timeline was a function of contractor availability, changes in project scope and sourcing of materials (some of which were no longer available).

Our project was fairly small, and we realize company resources have to be prioritized. But we felt the project timeline should have been shorter (or more clearly communicated over the course of the 7-week period).

Overall, we’re pleased with the work Ricardo’s team did for us, and his commitment to customer satisfaction.

I could not have had a better experience with Faros Construction. They redid both of my side yards. Clearing out an overgrown yard filled with weeds, junk trees and stumps; and replacing it with a decorative walkway of flagstone and crushed rock, replacing a falling down fence, and planting bushes on one side. On the other side they removed a crumbling pebble and epoxy covered patio and installed a gorgeous flagstone patio. Ricardo and his crew were without exception responsive, professional, and took pride in their work.

We had an outstanding experience with Faros Construction on completing our roof replacement, the process of dealing with insurance was made seamless with Ricardo walking us through the process and providing excellent communication from start to finish. We had Faros Construction regrade some areas around the house, replace 3 window wells, install french drains and complete some landscaping . It was actually quite a large job for a residential project. Overall, the work was done extremely well with a high level of professionalism. They were able to adapt to changing requests and the overall communication was impressive.
