Nothing but the highest praise for Faros Construction! I contracted with them to build a new deck and from design to completion they were professional, courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for other projects.

I needed some help to redo our back patio as well as pour new concrete on our driveway and it was a pleasure working with Faros Construction on these projects. They made sure everything was done up to the highest standard and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Emilio, who did most of the work on the patio, takes a lot of pride on his work and it shows. Ricardo, Kevin and Team did a great job of patching, resurfacing and painting our pantry, linen and bedroom closets as well as filling in the void left by the existing cabinets.
Kevin was communicative about time and work scope each day.
The price was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend them for any project.

We worked with Faros Construction on a full kitchen remodel and would HIGHLY recommend them! They are wonderful. We had the following done:

-wall torn down
-floors replaced
-cabinets, countertops, appliances replaced
-new water heater

Everything was perfect from start to finish. They were incredibly quick to answer any questions we had, and showed up early each day to get the work done. I’m really really happy with how everything turned out and would recommend Faros Construction for any project, large or small. We have many projects in mind for our home and will be continuing to use Faros in the future!

We had absolutely no issues with Faros. Even when we needed them to move their vehicles, it happened very quickly. Faros was great to deal with and did a great job on our project. Even with a few unexpected things that came up, they were great with communication with solving it with us and finding solutions right away. They checked in with us a few times to make sure things were going to be done the way we wanted them. The workers were very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

Faros Construction was exceptional, from initial quote to project completion…even when we ran into hidden surprises on our balcony and deck! At every phase, the team was courteous and thorough. Faros brought in experts for each phase, so although new crew members were coming to the house, they were the best at what they did! All overseen by our excellent project manager, Leo, who made sure all the work was seamless. We had 4 quotes done for the project and are so happy we chose to go with Faros…reasonable price, quality craftsmanship!

We renovated almost our entire first floor with Ascent, doing a complete layout overhaul, not just cosmetic updates. We moved the fireplace and entire kitchen, and added new walk-in pantry, mudroom, and bar. The best decision of our renovation was going with the Ascent team! We wanted to do it once, and do it right, and now that it’s complete, we couldn’t be happier. The team is organized and communicative, and we moved back into our house right on time with their estimates, just in time to host a 25-person holiday week. Justin and Alison were creative with our layout hopes and dreams, and Tanner and Lou were always on the ball with organizing contractors and timing. I wish I could upload a video so you could see the amazing details like the hidden appliance garage, magic corner, spice drawers, and more. We have been extremely satisfied with the design talent and professional work ethics of Ascent and their team. We provide cabinetry for their clients and we were impressed with their communication every step of the way. Rare for today when most people want to hide behind emails and text. This builder is super involved with the detailed management of their sub-contractors. A lot of builders stay involved until the point that the scope of work is approved for their subs. Many then stand back and let them manage their portion of the trade. This is not Ascent. They work to ensure that the scope of work is managed and completed to meet or exceed expectations, and all of that detailed management makes for a great outcome in a build.

Ascent Contracting did the buildout of my wine shop Cask and Craft in 2014. They worked harder and more thoroughly than any builder I've ever come across turning an old leaky building into a beautiful retail space. It's been over 10 years and I've had zero issues with any of their craftsmanship. I recommend them to anyone who asks about our space, and would definitely recommend them for larger jobs that require design help, attention to detail, and an expert level of communication. Justin is the best!

As owner and principal designer at London Blue Design, I was incredibly impressed by the work and attention to detail Ascent completed of my sister's kitchen and great room renovation .. there were multiple challenges in the project from supporting walls needing to be taken out, floors raised for the stairs, etc but the end result is a stunning chefs kitchen which now opens into the great room with beautiful cohesion.

Ascent Contracting, Inc. "PART 2"
Approximately 3 years ago we began working with the Ascent Contracting Group to remodel the kitchen and some other areas of our new home. We had previously used Ascent to remodel our kitchen and Master Bath at our old home. So it was a simple decision as to who we would go with this time around.

I bring this up, almost two and one-half years after completing our project because I was standing in our kitchen this morning and as I looked out remembered what we started with and where we are today thanks to Justin and the great group he has working for him.

They did a phenomenal job transforming the main floor of our home, moving the kitchen and opening up this part of our home. The pictures below do not do it justice!!

Thank you Ascent for providing us such a warm and open living space that we get to call home and where we plan on spending a very long time in!!

Ascent Contracting renovated our master bathroom in our Observatory Park house several years ago. We found their team to be highly communicative and excellent at executing the details we and our interior designer laid out. We lived at home during the renovation, and our kids looked forward to the "visits from the contractors" because the supervisor and his team were so incredibly kind and respectful. We've been through several renovation projects in our lives, and the Ascent team's was by far the highest-quality, most timely, and cleanest.

We were so pleased with our experience with Ascent Contracting. Justin and his team are amazing! They design and craft with top quality. I cannot emphasize enough how beautiful and thoughtful their craftsmanship is. They were great to work with... they communicated well, arrived when they said they would, thoroughly cleaned up each day, and were transparent with the budget along the way. They came back through and double checked their work and would correct it with their expert eye before I had to point it out. They continue to be a company I will return to for any future work. This owner of this company is deeply inconsiderate, they are unprofessional and not worth your time. Go with someone else, trust me.
