Ricardo and his team did an outstanding job, throughout the whole time he was very responsive and his team was reliable. They rebuilt my front porch, replaced the siding above it, and painted it. They also replaced the flooring in the kitchen, an office, and stairs. Priced reasonably and worked with me as stuff inevitably came up but still came within budget. Really happy with the quality, for example the area around the window in the exterior picture had to be rebuilt and they took the time to do it right.

I can and would recommend Faros Construction after using them for a project on our house in Denver. Ricardo and all of his teams were easy to communicate with and everyone did very professional work as efficiently as I could hope and expect.

Our project involved primarily concrete work on a front porch with several steps of various widths and also some masonry work and railings. All the work Is of excellent quality and will add value to the property overall.

I look forward to using the company again for future projects.

We hired Faros Construction after receiving 5 estimates on a 700 square foot paver patio. The job included running a gas line to a new fire pit and electrical to multiple locations. Ricardo's quote was equivalent to the lowest we received, and his willingness to subcontract out the electrical and gas made our choice clear. Communication was always professional and timely.

We expected that the work would be high quality, but we were super impressed with the result. The crew took their time, listened to our requests, and the final product is superb. It is clear that we benefitted from years of hardscaping experience.

I do not write many online reviews, but give my highest recommendation to this family business. We would utilize Faros again for future projects without hesitation.

I am so pleased with the work Faros Construction has done for us! We had work done to our backyard patio since it was separated into 2 different levels and just wasn't that useful for us. They leveled out and expanded our patio so it's a beautiful outdoor space for us. Ricardo was great in communicating throughout the project, helping us figure out how to utilize the flagstone already on site to save money while still creating a great looking surface and ensuring we were happy with the plan as it changed or things came up. I highly recommend using them for any of your construction projects!

They graded the side of house, installed pavers in backyard, and installed a new mailbox. They did excellent and timely work.

We hired Faros Construction to do a full tear down and replacement of our home's first floor, ripping out the 30 year old tile/carpeting and replacing it with hardwoods throughout.

We recently had Faros come and do a construction project on our bathroom. It was supposed to just be a wall replacement because there was some bubbling plaster, but when mold was found, we needed to gut and redo the entire thing. They were transparent, reasonable, and timely in getting the space cleaned up to where it needed to be. The end result made me so happy that we found the mold because the entire bathroom looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result and the way in which the team worked. They replaced a window, installed a new vent fan, installed a new toilet, shower, closet, and all of the tiling and vanity as well as painting. They do it all! Highly recommend and 100% plan to use them for future projects.

Our old fireplace was a DIY job from previous owners with some plywood thrown together so we were in desperate need of a new look. I turned to Ricardo as I have done with previous projects and could not be more impressed with the craftsmanship of his father and uncle. They were also very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. We are in awe over our new brick fireplace and think it’s changed the feel of our house entirely.

Went through Yelp to reach out to multiple companies to get a patio installed at our new house and Faros Construction came back with the best pricing. Ricardo actually worked with us on tweaking the design a couple of times to really make this project the most cost-effective for us. Faros was efficient and timely in their completion of our patio and Ricardo was great to work with always responsive and asking for our input through the whole process. He even reached out directly to our HOA company to explain what we were trying to do. Highly recommend this company and would absolutely work with them again.

We used Faros for a 2 phased backyard patio project and are really pleased with the results! We had a general blueprint that we worked from and did all the legwork with selecting the plantings but Faros executed the plan and did so at a great price.

Phase 1 involved a creating a concrete patio, putting in a privacy fence and rough landscaping.

Phase 2 involved creating a fire pit area, building the firepit, finishing the landscaping and plantings and, adjustments to our irrigation system.

If you can do the design work, Faros can definitely execute whatever plan you have.
