It was clear from the early stages of the project, during bidding against other area builders that Ian and his team were for us. From the get go his bid was the most realistic, complete, and honest. The team was excellent and courteous and willing to think outside the box and go the extra mile when we wanted to preserve existing landscape and a recently updated kitchen. Ian and Jon took our calls on weekends, holidays, when they were out of town with their families. That meant the world to us through such a stressful and exciting time in our lives. Forest St. remodeled two full bathrooms for us, master and guest. The master was a complete demo and remodel involving plumbing, electrical, shower recreation, flooring, drywall, etc....I highly recommend them -- the work is very well done and the professionalism of the team is incredible. Team members were in and out of our home for about 4 weeks and we were completely comfortable with them.

Forrest St. Builders did a fantastic job. The project manager was always in contact with us and kept us updated throughout the process. Whenever we were in doubt about choices we were asked to make, the team explained the options, pros, and cons very clearly.

We also had some specific considerations due to our special needs daughter for which Ian (owner) and the team worked diligently with us to find a great solution. They work with top-notch contractors who do the work great.

John, Ian and the whole team at Forest Street Builders did an incredible job remodeling our primary bathroom! Arrived late, went over budget, and ruined the roof by the end. I had to bring out a second contractor to replace all the work they had done. Definitely don't even consider this garbage company.
