We had a LARGE deck replacement at our home. I cannot say enough good things about Trio. It was relieving working with a company that could communicate so well and provide such good quality work. Pricing was great and our deck is massive and beautiful.

On top of that, I wanted various changes as construction progressed. It couldn’t have been easy to work around those changes while staying on schedule and not sacrificing quality of work, but they did a great job working hard and late to make sure we got our dream deck. We ended up adding full weatherproofing underneath the deck + replaced a second deck because the primary deck was looking so good.

Great company, great people, highly recommend.

Jason, Mario, and their team did incredible work on our deck. From beginning to end they were great to work with. They started a group chat with me and my wife which made communication very easy and I always felt in the loop. They worked ahead of schedule for most of the project, and the only delays were due to inspector scheduling which was out of their control. The final product looks terrific, we are very excited to use our new deck this summer! Before and after pics included.

We were having a very bad experience with a local contractor. We hired Trio construction to redo the work and finish our deck and we are very, very pleased. I wish we had known about them in the beginning! We highly recommend Trio construction for any construction job you may have.

I recently had the pleasure of working with trio construction who finished my basement. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Their pricing was also very competitive, and they only slightly exceeded the initial estimate due to some unexpected challenges. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They even designed a unique layout for my basement that includes both a family room and a bedroom. If you’re looking for a team to handle any kind of work, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic company! They added a three-seasons room onto my new home while I was doing extensive remodeling with another company and I really wish I’d hired them for both. Tyler was very helpful in choosing a size and design that would flow well with the house and his careful review of the site once we were ready to start caught an issue that could have led to a lot of problems later on. He talked me through my options and made sure I understood the pros and cons of all decisions I had to make as well as what they would mean financially. He has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had, from the beginning to the end of the project, and made sure that the inevitable “hiccups” in the process were handled quickly and efficiently. It was such a wonderful experience that I used them to get my previous home ready to go on the market. Their attention to detail and beautiful work had my real estate agent gushing over the end result when she saw it and was instrumental in getting me a full asking price offer for the home.
There were numerous issues with the company that did the remodel so I’ve hired Trio Construction again to handle the additional changes I’d like to make to my new home: adding additional cabinets, doing some additional work to the finished basement and a number of other smaller projects. I know it’s typical for contractors to make a lot of promises and have first hand experience with how many don’t follow through. Trio Construction has done an excellent job on both the big and small projects I’ve needed done and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their home.

We were in a bind with a house sale pending and a tight deadline in which to deliver a new roof. Not only did Russ come out to do an inspection on the roof of the house we were purchasing, he also worked with us to ensure that we understood what was needed for the roof of the house we were selling. He went out of his way to secure materials and a crew to replace our roof quickly so that we could adhere to the terms of our contract. I can't say enough good things about Russ and his crew. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future!

It isn't every company that will step in and finish something someone else started, and we sincerely thank Trio, and Tyler and Andrea, for not only their willingness to pick up and finish an unfinished job, but also for giving us the peace of mind that we made the right choice.

Our project was not big, but it was important and both Tyler and Andrea knew that from the first time they came to the house. They noticed the little things, paid attention when we talked to them, and it showed up in their bid. Trio was not the lowest bid we received, but Trio's bid included details that the others didn't and showed us that Tyler and Andrea were truly engaged and listening when we told them our needs. You can find companies that will do the work for less, but you'll be hard pressed to find a company that cares more and delivers what they promised.

We had a bad experience that left us without a functioning deck for more than 3 months. After we accepted Trio's bid, it was only two weeks until the deck was basically finished. We received regular updates on the status of our project, when materials were to be delivered, when to expect the work crews, and when the city would be here for the final inspection--everything we needed to know when we needed to know it.

We truly love the new deck and especially the stairs and new cement pad. If we have one regret it's that we didn't have a bigger project. We genuinely love the new deck and look forward to the next time we can call Trio to help us with whatever we need--because we will!

Jon is reliable , professional , great communication skills and high end craftsmanship. He is also my property manager , so glad I found Jon . Jon has worked on several projects at my house installing new doors , painting , problem solving appliances and closet space + shed space . Constructed a new patio from stone , fixed privacy fence , leaves in gutters the list is endless . Highly recommend Jon and his company Craftworks !

Starwood renovation redid my kitchen and floors. Michael and his crew was easy to work with, communicative and reliable. Their work was great & reasonably priced. Would use again and would absolutely recommend.

Mike and Randy remodeled two bathrooms for us. One was an update, the other a complete redesign. They are very competent, professional, responsive and flexible. They worked with us on the redesign making great suggestions along the way. They were also very patient with us throughout the decision making process. It was a joy to work with them. They enjoy their work and work well together which shows in the quality of their work. We highly recommed Starwood Renovation.

I appreciate Mike and Randy's efforts. They quoted us one month for a bathroom renovation, it took 4. We've had to hire separate plumbing, tile and electric contractors to repair what they messed up. I had high hopes for them and was excited to help a friends family out in the process. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. One issue was there was a part installed backwards *shower dial was cold when turned to hot and hot when turned to cold (would have taken an hour or less to fix) what was Mike's solution - "you could just get used to it" Seems like other people had better luck though.

We had originally hired Starwood renovation to re-pipe our house. We learned of them through a referral from a friend.
Their timeline as well as cost of our project were accurate and the quality of the work was so impressive decided to ask them give us an estimate on creating a extra bedroom for our daughter.
I was very pleased to see them not just throwing up some walls and drywall. The work was done in compliance with county codes and everything was plumb and true.
They built the room as well as installed engineered flooring, the doors are set perfectly and, the trim was all cut and installed with a great fit.
I have to give Mike and Randy a huge shout out for being able to work around my limitations on times they could start their day and they're willingness to do so.
We will be utilizing this company for more projects in the future!
