The general customer service of this company leaves much to be desired. Communication is lacking. One of many instances, Travis never asked for our paint colors until 1 day before painting and at that time insurance was already billed. However, when Bella found out we previously used a premium paint they would not match our paint unless they could either delay the project by a week to submit to insurance or make me pay for it. Instead, this company should have said, "Our mistake, we should have covered this during the bidding process, we will take care of our mistake." I run a business, if we make a mistake, we fix it, simple as that. We don't not answer calls, use belittling phrases, not read entire emails or texts that ask questions that go unanswered ect... My hope in writing this review is that this company will work to improve it's customer service as their subcontractors do good work and are very respectable. Juan and his crew of drywallers and installers were great and many of the employees were outstanding. I only wish management could accept responsibility and do their jobs in a professional manner. Realize, homeowners (customers) should be listened to, not belittled and ignored.

Bella came in to fix my house after a washing machine flood. They had great communication throughout the entire process. Allin was very flexible working around our schedules and addressing any concerns that come up during the restoration.

Bella Restoration has done two different jobs for me; one being a damage repair job due to a leak I had and another being an extra job we got a quote from them to do because they do such excellent work! Price was very fair and the work the crew did on both jobs was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing floor work! They put new hardwood floors for me twice and I loved the results of both. Thank you!!!

We were connected with Bella through our homeowner's insurance regarding a claim. From the very beginning, they were amazing. They were always on time, very professional and extremely helpful and friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Matt. He went above and beyond with every interaction we had with him. He explained every step to us and made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. When we needed help locating a plumber to help with our claim, he took it upon himself to find one and get it scheduled for us! Bella Restoration was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. They spent time providing me with options to restore my basement movie theater room which had been destroyed from a pin hole leak in a copper water pipe. We had a house fire 10 days before my scheduled c-section. The Bella team got out and assessed ASAP and hustled hard to get started and finished. They even mowed our lawn while we weren’t living at our house. Paul and Allin were the absolute BEST. Once the house was done, they made sure to ensure everything was in order and anything that needed corrected was prioritized. Allin was super diligent about responding to my emails SO FAST. We recommend the Bella team to anyone in need. They are a phenomenal company and we would pick them 100 times over!

Matt and his team were great at helping us out in a bind. We had hired a GC for a remodel who told us he "didn't have time" to do the carpet, the day before it was set to be installed. Bella was able to get us taken care of really quickly in a bad situation. They matched the carpet color quickly, got it faster than any other stores, and had it installed in time for the inspection.

Why did we call Bella? Bella had handled a flood for us a few years ago and did such an awesome job that when we were left in a lurch, we needed a quality followup to make sure the carpet was in before the inspection and Bella came to mind as a company we could trust.

The team at Bella was absolutely wonderful to work with.
I unfortunately had water damage to my home. While the remediation company removed the water & did the demo, that left needing someone to put back the pieces. My insurance company didn’t offer any referrals and I had no idea where to start. Luckily, I was referred to Bella from a GC.
Matt was extremely prompt to respond and access the damage. He worked with my insurance company to get everything I needed covered.
I stopped by their showroom to look at samples and both Matt and Reagan made sure I was taken care of. They offered to bring a bunch of samples over to my house so I wouldn’t have to lug them along. They also made sure to give me multiple options and were transparent about pricing if something was out of budget.
Reagan oversaw the project as the crew worked their magic and provided me updates as they were fixing things up. She is very detail-oriented and does her job extremely well.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would certainly recommend Bella and would definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!

My experience with Bella was excellent! I had a pipe break creating a flood in my downstairs family room. I needed insulation and drywall replacement, baseboards, paint and carpet. I worked with Matt and team who were professional and extremely responsive. They completed all of the work in a matter of a few days. It was remarkable. Additionally, I had an insurance company that originally denied the claim. Matt worked with me through the entire process to get the claim approved. I highly recommend Matt and his team.

Mike and his team at Bella Restoration Services are professional, kind, and efficient in their work. The job was finished on time, and the space was left clean and organized. They were able to move furniture to install the replacement flooring and put the furniture back exactly as it was prior to beginning the job. I would not hesitate to use Bella Restoration again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Bella put new floors in my place about a year and a half ago. In the process they removed and reseated a toilet in a bathroom they were doing floors in. They installed the toilet improperly and at some point since then the seal broke on the toilet and started flooding into my downstairs neighbors apartment. Now I'm on the hook for thousands of dollars of damages they caused. I called Mike about this but have not gotten a call back about how they will rectify the situation.

Bella Restoration was excellent! Their service was prompt and professional. They worked directly with my insurance company to get payment for damage. They worked around my schedule and went above and beyond when it came to restoration of my house. The cleaning ladies were amazing. I highly recommend them. They were easy to contact as the agent gave me his cell phone number and answered every time I called. I was never put on hold or waited to get a call back. They were careful with my property not to damage it, and will use them in the future if needed. I give them 5 enthusiastic stars!

House a kitchen fire and the back and insurance hired Bella. I would never ever but was not my decision. Was told what they were going to do and what would be fixed and how long. It of course took way longer than expected they then blamed me and my family for the delays. Then when they told us two weeks was all they needed it then took three more months. Keep in mind we left the house and lived elsewhere so they had access to the house any time they wanted and still wouldn’t get it done in time. They never locked the doors ever, everytime I would head over to my place doors wide open or completely unlocked why does this matter we were robbed while they had possession of my place. Police were pretty certain what had happened given the fact there was no forced entry and tools were used on my safe. But then Bella blamed me for leaving my stuff in my house in my safe and then told it was not their fault and of course insurance refused to pay for anything. Even after I was robbed they still left my house unlocked everytime. They turned off the power to my refrigerator and freezer for days causing the house to smell which they did clean. When they “cleaned” the house they left trash they left sawdust all over the cabinet we had to ask them repeatedly to install the shelves in the new cabinets. So if I was you and you have a choice find anyone else.

Flooded basement. Mike came to estimate repairs and started work quickly and Bella’s crews were excellent! They work hard and fast and do a phenomenal job! My basement looks so much better than before the flood. This company deserves an A+ rating for sure. I have and will continue to recommend Bella!

Paul and Allin went above and beyond the expected service today. They are extremely courteous and professional and so good at what they do. I would heartily recommend them and Bella Restoration. I do not know another organization which consistently gives such high level service.

Bella Restoration Services made an unexpected major repair to my home very easy. I wouldn't have known where to start after my teen drove a car through my garage! They did all of the work with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered and reimbursed. Service was timely and sensitive to my schedule. Turned out great. Better than new!
