The professional team at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic performed an outstanding job of cleaning and restoring three wool rugs saturated with gray water in a home flood, adding integrated backing to eliminate the need for a pad. The finished rugs smell good, have luster, looking better than new.
I also appreciate that the entire restoration process was explained up front, which enhanced my experience as a science geek.

I am so appreciative of their help at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. I had bought a 5' circular nursery rug on FB marketplace which was majorly dirty and they let me know that it was a wool tufted rug from India and shared their knowledge about how it was made and what treatment would be best to clean and stain remove without damaging the wool. They worked with me to spot clean a few of the tougher stains and now the rug looks nearly brand new. I highly recommend and will be going back as needed for any rug cleaning needs.

My basement flooded and I used Oriental Rug to clean a large 8x10 rug. I did a local dry cleaner drop off and pick up since I'm in Parker. It was all very easy, communication with the owner was super fast, and the rug came out beautifully. Reasonably priced and overall a great experience

Hi. I brought an old runner that I acquired from my parents to Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. I wanted to turn it into 3 smaller rugs. When I brought it to Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic I was pleasantly surprised at the care Uzair took in planning the cuts to be made in my rug. The entire process from cleaning to cutting and restoring was explained to me in detail. After receiving notice that my rugs were finished I noted that the time estimate for completion was almost to the day. I picked up my “new” rugs and found them to be like new. The colours are vibrant and the rug is soft and clean.
Working with these folks is a pleasure, they do great work, and I won’t hesitate to take my area Persian rugs to them for their cleaning and restoration.

This company is fantastic. I had them clean five large, relatively expensive oriental rugs that I picked up overseas. They had not been cleaned for years. Udair and his crew made those rugs look like new again, and even trimmed the fringe for me. Highly recommend!

I recently moved and thought it would be a good time to get my Turkish rug cleaned. I bought it in Istanbul in 1999 and it had never been cleaned before! Uzair was incredibly helpful and explained lots of things about my rug that I either didn't know or had forgotten. He offered some repair, but when I explained that I didn't have a lot of money to spend, he understood and promised to clean it thoroughly. About a month later my rug was ready and it was amazingly vibrant! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out! Everyone at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic was friendly and professional. They even shared where I could buy the best vacuum cleaner for my newly-cleaned rug. I decided to buy another small rug from them because they are a wonderful company and their prices are the absolute best (I know because I called around to several other local places). You won't be disappointed with their excellent service!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I have a few kilim rugs I really love, and they've cleaned one of my larger ones multiple times thanks to my elderly dog. I will continue to consult them for cleanings for as long as I live in the area: they are very thorough, communicative and accommodating and they do beautiful work. They are very honest and will not tell you your rug needs to be cleaned if it doesn't. They also went above and beyond to explore options for a second repair when one of my smaller rugs was damaged. They do absolutely beautiful work that's worth every penny if you love your rugs.

Great service! They gave us an estimate, then picked up the rugs , cleaned and brought them back when they were supposed to, no delays. Rugs came back like new, one that was badly soiled by machine oil looked great after the cleaning. They got rid of the fringes after consulting with us, the fringes were collecting dust and dirt, and were always getting sucked in when vacuuming. Very pleased with their work, definitely will go with them again in the future. Oriental rugs cleaning is not cheap anywhere, for sure, but I feel it was worth it. They also provide education if you are seeking information on your rugs, like the country of origin, quality and price.

Uzair Ibrahim was incredibly helpful in cleaning my Bokharah area rug. I didn’t like his first attempt; the nap was flat.
He took the time to explain how the rug was made and how the fibers naturally lay. He did a different clean with a rotary brush and I love the result!
The price is very reasonable and the drop off locations make using Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic a no-brainer.

I can't say enough about the service we received from Uzair Ibrahim and Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. I brought in a small Turkish Prayer Rug that was extremely damaged. Uzair took the time to give us the background on the rug itself as well as to explain clearly how he would be able to restore it to its original grandeur.

My mother had purchased the rug while visiting Turkey. It was one of her treasured possessions. Unfortunately as her health deteriorated, the caregiving staff had no idea of the value of this rug, nor how precious it was to her and used it as an outdoor mat. When she passed away, it was a memento I truly wanted.

You will see in the first photo how badly the rug was damaged. It was not only filthy, but the fringes were ruined and parts of it unraveling.

The second photo shows it completely restored. I'm absolutely stunned at the rich colors and beauty of this work of art.

I had a large tribal persian kilim rug that I almost threw away as so damaged. Many rips in seams and some pet stains. I so love this rug so decided to look into repairing it.Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic beautifully restored this carpet and we are so happy to have this back in our living room. They did a fabulous job at restored and cleaning the rug. A special touch was the weaver went to Turkey in the fall and even sourced the wool used in the orginal rug for the repair! We had a variety of rugs that needed cleaning and restoration work, some that were almost 60 years old. These were hand made works of art, so naturally I had some trepidation about who I selected to work on them. Hamza came to our house to evaluate them and recommend care and cleaning. His knowledge of fine rugs put me at ease. The cleaning brightened the rugs without changing the colors and I’m really pleased with the restoration work. It kept the integrity of the original rugs intact and will keep them in good shape for years to come. Their pick up and delivery service is handy and reasonable.

Hamza was amazing to work with! My carpets look brand new! He got out extremely difficult stains and totally revived my carpet!
