PCS' Kristian is fantastic! He put in a lot of careful effort to bring the fabric of our long-neglected microfiber sofas back to a like-new condition! He also did a great job cleaning the fabric of our kitchen chairs. Thank you Shawn for your outstanding team!

Jake was my technician... he was very thorough, removing spots from my white carpet (which I was foolish to purchase in the first place!) and body oils from my white sofas. He even came back the next week, without question, to work on some tough spots which showed back up a few days later. Their prices are quite a bit higher than other companies, but worth it for the quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism. I will only use PCS in the future for all my cleaning needs.

We always use Professional Carpet Systems for our business and home carpet cleaning. Scheduling is super convenient right on the website. They are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Best carpet cleaners I have found near Boulder. We’ve relied on them for multiple years now. For our most recent visit Kristian cleaned our couch as well as most of our carpets. He is so knowledgeable about wool carpets and is quite efficient, hard working, and pleasant. Thank you, Kristian & PCS!

We have white furniture, 2 yrs since we bought and the couch, loveseat and 2 chairs were starting to show some wear. Jake came and did a wonderful job but there were a few areas that still looked like they weren’t quite cleaned. I emailed Heather and she called and said that Jake would be happy to come back. We recently used PCS for both air duct and carpet cleaning and we couldn't have been happier. Sean and his team worked around our very tight/complicated schedule (the furnace decided to die that very morning...) and they did a great job. They were very thorough, respectful and professional. This company is amazing: professional, communicative, reasonably priced. But most of all, they are the best at what they do. I had severe pet urine issues in some carpets and rugs and they RESOLVED THEM! Unbelievable what they were able to accomplish. Five stars just isn’t a high enough recommendation.

Our 5 year old threw up in the middle of the night in the middle of our hallway right at the top of the stairs. The most highly trafficked spot of all carpeted areas in our house. It was a good sized mess. I called the carpet cleaner that I normally use and he was booked more than a week out but said that with something like that you don't want that to sit and need to get it out of the carpet ASAP. He referred me to Shawn and PCS. I called immediately and Shawn was out of town doing some training but whomever I spoke to got my info and an overview of my situation. They were able to track down a team that were able to make it to my house by noon and they did a fantastic job. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an incredible job and left my place much better than they found it. I couldn't even stay till they were done so they let themselves out and I found the place in perfect order when I returned. Could not be happier with the service provided and even with an "emergency call" the cost was totally reasonable. I will never hesitate to trust PCS with caring for my carpet. I'm super grateful for being referred to them and their excellent work. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs help in their house with no reservations whatsoever.

Getting my carpets cleaned by Professional Cleaning Specialists was a wonderful experience. From scheduling, to cleaning, to billing, everyone was helpful, efficient, and friendly. And the results were beautiful - with their attention to detail and persistence, they were able to get out stains that other cleaning companies weren't able to clean and when they left, our matted down carpets looked new!

This company is amazing! The best company - their professionalism, their expertise, and the wonderful service workers. We just had 6 rooms, a set of stairs, a hallway and a couch cleaned and it was the best experience. The techs stayed most of the day, worked hard, and really took extra care to help get up pet stains and smells. Shawn, the owner, came out and walked out entire house and gave me a lot of advice on what TO do and NOT TO do. I so appreciated the honestly. I thought we would be getting our entire basement done and he said that it probably was not worth the money b/c of the wear and tear by our two golden retrievers - talked himself out of a big piece of business. He also followed up on some of my questions, got me the quote immediately, and even personally touched base about scheduling and was extremely accommodating. And the bottom line is - our carpets look and smell amazing and the 7-year old couch looks like new. And to boot, I think it was very reasonably priced for what we got. You cannot go wrong with PCS. Thank you very much, PCS! Jake was our technician and I feel badly I cannot remember his partner's name. I really appreciated their hard work and kindness the entire time. And our dog loved them also :)

Professional Cleaning Specialists cleaned carpets, an area rug, and also deep steam cleaned and sealed floor tile. They were prompt, friendly, and did an exceptional job. I don't think the floors have ever been so clean.

PCS cleaned our whole house carpeting and our sofa. Both turned out amazing! The sofa looks brand new and it’s 20 years old! Carpets look great! The young man that did the work was friendly professional, and accommodating. It was clear he wanted to do a good job. We even had a visit from one of the owners! Best in Denver, I recently invested in some good couches and had a baby so you can imagine after a year they needed some love. A bunch of friends recommended Pro Carpet Systems and they did not disappoint! They two guys that came to the house were so polite and communicated on their arrival. They were so professional and were SO respectful of my home and were so quick and thorough. Worth every cent my couches look brand new and no stains resurfaced.
