We had an excellent experience with Professional at our house in Scottsdale. The scheduling process was very efficient and customer-oriented. The team arrived on time. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked quickly and did an excellent job.

These guys were great! They were very prompt and responding and getting my appointment set up, they were right on time, in fact early. And they were super quick getting the windows cleaned, and they look great!

As a Realtor and Property Manager , I frequently use vendors for cleaning and maintenance services. I recently had Pine Country clean the windows at a 2-level townhouse with high out-of-reach windows that had been neglected for many years. They made those dingy old windows look brand new again! I was pleased with their prompt and professional service at a reasonable price! I will definitely use them again on my other properties!

Utilized Pine Country Window Cleaning for our place in Flagstaff. They were very kind, professional, and did a great job! I had them do the exterior windows and an interior mirror I just could NOT get truly clean....they were spotless! Next time I'll have them do the inside as well!

I am extremely pleased with the work of Pine Country Window Cleaning. They cleaned our gutters, washed the windows and cleaned the ceiling fan in our family room which is at least 10 feet above the floor. They were just what the house needed. They cleaned up after themselves, charged a very reasonable price and gained me as a future customer. I highly recommend them.

Pine Country Window Cleaning was happy to reschedule when winter conditions required postponement of the work. They arrived promptly on the new day, and completed the work quickly. They were very thorough and careful about cleaning the windows inside and out. I was impressed with the hand work they did in removing spots and cleaning the edges. After cleaning the gutters, they picked up the clumps of pine needles they had tossed to the ground. Everybody I dealt with both in the office and in person was very courteous. I just wish I had realized they apparently clean skylights too! I will definitely recommend this company.

Easy to make appointment requests -- and they get back to you quickly! Often have the same staff come out to my house, but when it's someone new they always do an excellent job - including screens, sliding doors. I've used them for years and will continue to do so.

Matthew was here today to clean our windows, inside & out. His sidekicks apparently had a car issue and a one called in sick this morning, so he was on his own for our 3,800 sqft home. Great job, professional and very reasonably priced! Alex came to our home at 7 am but it was pouring rain so he called in the evening after finishing another home and offered to complete the service. So glad he did because the windows and our glass pool fence look amazing!

Professional Window Cleaning came to our neighborhood and washed about 20 homes' windows. The young guys worked hard and long. They were very responsive and our neighbors are really happy with their work. Coordinating the work and confirming arrivals went smoothly. We definitely would recommend.

Great crew! Excellent finished work and provided above and beyond service in not only clearing the window areas of pesky cobwebs, but also the balcony rails. The screens are not the newest either but goodness, they look new now! Wonderful proactive communications start to finish from the office too!

David and Sabrina were very responsive and polite. When they arrived, David climbed to the roof to take pictures. When he showed them to me, he said that I didn't need to have the gutters cleaned since there wasn't much debris accumulated especially on the uppermost part of the roof. I was taken aback. In the past, no one ever showed me pictures, and did the job anyway, and charged as if the gutters were filled to the rim. I REALLY appreciated their honesty - it is very hard to find. Since there was some debris on the lower part of the roof, David went ahead and cleaned that area by hand (didn't use the blower). Then he run the water hose, and left the gutters spotless.

We have used PCS for several years now and they continue to do an excellent job cleaning our carpet. I particularly appreciate their willingness to answer any of my questions or concerns.

I had a relatively small leak and called to ask about their service and explained that my schedule was tight due to planned travel. They told me a manager would call back to discuss. After 24 hours, I hadn't heard from them so I called back just to confirm that they had the right number. They said sorry and assured me I would receive a call soon. Many days later and still no call. This wasted valuable time in my constrained schedule. It would have been helpful if they had called back even just to say they weren't interested.
