Great local company. Heather Marrs was awesome to work with! Highly recommend.

We had half a dozen puppy pee stains on our carpet. I hired two other cleaning companies who each came out more than once and the stains would come back after a week. Professional Cleaning Specialists spent time to actually get out the stains for good and the house smelled really clean, not gross like with the other companies. I am so pleased. I thought I would have to replaced the carpet but now it's in great shape again. Professional Cleaning Specialists actually charged me less than the other two companies that didn't actually work. Love it!

We had 2 large room size oriental rugs cleaned and repaired. Our beautiful rugs had been damaged by our pets, and I was not sure that they would ever be the same. These guys were amazing! Customer service was outstanding! They picked up my rugs, checked in with me on costs, sent me updates and photos to progress, and even shipped them out of state after we moved. They are honest and trustworthy. I was so afraid that we might not ever see our rugs again when we moved. They stayed in contact with me, and reassured me that they were taking care of everything.

Punctual, professional, and produce amazing results! I own an older Persian rug with lots of reds and whites, and they took extra care to do the proper testing to ensure there was no color bleed. Hasan was a pleasure to work with, very reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable about this service. Highly recommend Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic for getting impossible stains out of rugs. I brought in a rug that had coffee stains on it. I had tried to get the stains out myself, but because of the material of the rug (some viscose), my attempts made the small stain into a huge stain that had completely ruined the rug. I did not think it was salvageable. They gave me a quote when I dropped it off, and they told me they weren't 100% sure they could get it out, but that they'd try. If I wasn't satisfied or if they couldn't get it out, they were willing to apply part of the cleaning cost to a purchase of a new rug. They are very honest about what they believe they can do, and what they are going to charge. The cleaning costs seem fair. Definitely more economical than purchasing a new rug.

When I saw the cleaned rug, I was amazed. It looked like new. They also cleaned a dining room viscose rug for me, that had pet stains on it. Came out beautifully. I will trust them with all of my future rug needs. Not only do they do the cleaning very well, they are trustworthy, kind and easy to work with.

The Clinic team were responsive and professional, and service was both much faster than expected and incredibly thorough. My rug was looking fairly long in the tooth -- it's now back to its original glory! Highly, highly recommend for any specialty rug services.

They were amazing!! Came and picked up our rugs. They came back beautifully cleaned. He even explained the history, artists signarure,and other interesting details about our rare antique parlor runner! We'll be back, had a great experience.

The owners were more than accommodating to our needs. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding carpets, how and where they were made , and how to care for them. I highly recommend this company when you need an oriental carpet cleaned. They were also extremely helpful in assisting us to hang our carpet on the wall.

Oriental Rug Care saved two of my Persian rugs from being ruined of pet urine odor. Our elderly dog became incontinent and unfortunately had urinated on our very expensive rugs and I thought they were ruined. It did take three months to get them back but they returned odor free. Oriental Rug Care kept on working until they were cleaned! The price was very reasonable, customer service was great and I got my beautiful rugs back! I would highly recommend this business!

The people at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic are wonderful! My beloved Turkmen carpet was being devoured by moths. I took it to them in miserable tatters, begging them to fix it as much as possible - and they did! Wonderful work, wonderful people! Ia am so grateful.

Great people to work with. They were available for any questions and/or problems, & did a wonderful job of cleaning my soiled rug. When I was in a serious accident and hospitalized shortly before the job was done, they returned my rug and placed it in my house exactly where it was supposed to go. I really loved how caring and professional they were. I have used them again since, and the customer service and quality of work was still as great as I remembered. Highly Recommended!

This was my 2nd time to bring a rug to this business. From start to finish the process was easy. As requested I set the cleaning up in advance, dropped the rug off and picked it up at the same location. It was clean and like new! Very happy with their service. They even offered to make a pad to go under the rug. Great service!

I got this Pottery Barn 8x10 Gray and White Scroll Design Handtufted Wool Rug on Facebook Marketplace for free. I got a few quotes on getting it cleaned. $600. $520. $450 but $30 for pick up and delivery.

Oriental Rug & Carpet Clinic picked it up, cleaned it, and delivered it back to my house for $280. This rug retails at $1400!!! It looks brand new! Uzair is amazing, prompt, and communicates throughout the whole process to let you know how they're doing with the rug, when you can expect it back, and delivery. I am ELATED.
