A great experience every time. They come, are swift, and the place looks great every time. My kids LOVE the turndown service. They work around the dogs with ease.

Where I cannot speak on previous reviews talking about tardiness or unresponsiveness, I hired this company and the people I interacted with were professional and hard at work for every minute they were in my apartment. Shoutout specifically to Evelyn, Shelly, and Jenny. Honestly might be contracting this server for a monthly or bi-weekly cleaning given how good things went.

I needed an urgent cleaning last minute notification for my STR business and First Class saved the day. They were very professional and understanding. Showed up very quickly and the cleaners did an excellent job.

Very satisfied today with my deep cleaning. Yesterday was unacceptable and the owner Stacy understood. The A team showed up next day and resolved everything. Company is doing their best to run a good business. They called me immediately after my bad review and did everything in their power to correct it. Greatly appreciated.

I was referred to First Class by a friend who is super picky and runs the operations of a real estate agency. I knew they would be good and they didn’t disappoint, even though expensive ($82/hr for 2 people). I recently had a bed bug issue from the neighbor next door and I just wanted it done so I could move back in. They cranked out in 2.5 hours what would have taken me all day. I was super impressed. I’m so grateful to Stacy and my ladies Lucia and Rita. They’ve helped put an end to a horrible chapter of my life.

EDIT: Changing my review to ONE star. They STILL have not followed up with me THREE WEEKS LATER. *STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*

I’ve used this service twice. The first time was great. The second time was challenging. When I booked the second time, they asked me to call them to confirm - I couldn’t do that so they got my details over email (they also asked me for my email address over email which was bizarre?).

I got my confirmation…and then they didn’t show up. 20 minutes after the arrival window was up, they still hadn’t arrived. I called countless times. Emailed. Nothing. It’s 24 hours later and I still haven’t heard back. They did eventually come, but if I hadn’t left the door open - which I wasn’t thrilled about doing - they wouldn’t have been able to get in. What is the point of an arrival window when you are arriving well outside of it and no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails?

The cleaning was fine, but the customer service (or lack there of) was so comedically bad that I can’t see myself using their services again.

The entire team at First Class is amazing! They do such a wonderful, thorough job! Sandra and Monica are my favorite and always bring chocolates for me or treats for my pups. I never review on google, but they are that good that I had to! I use them for my birthday-weekly cleans and my deep clean when I Sold my house. Use them!! You will NOT be disappointed

I hired first class cleaners for 3 months. The cleaners were ok. All the other reviews are correct, the pricing and communication is horrible. You will be told one price and billed a different amount. Every week the price would be incorrect, extra hours added on to the time they actually cleaned(we have cameras so we can see when they come and go), Incorrect pricing for the amount of cleaners. The final straw for us was when they told us they would bill us for two cleaners since that is what we requested going forward but on the day of the cleaning they showed up with three cleaners. I called and asked why they sent three cleaners they stated it was a mistake and we would only be charge us for two cleanings. But of course we received a bill for three cleaners! Stay far away for this company. Stacy and the business side for the company are awful.

This was cleaning for the move-out of an apartment. I was not there, but according to the manager the apartment was spotless. They were very happy with how clean the apartment was after First Class was finished. Since they were happy, I am happy!

Without a doubt, this has been the most exceptional housecleaning service I have ever used. I needed help with a last minute, "move-out" cleaning after my original housekeeper didn't show up (scheduled with another company). The 2 ladies who cleaned my home were absolute professionals, EXTREMLY detailed cleaners, and went above and beyond my expectations. Please do not hesitate when booking services at this company, you will be absolutely satisfied!

I have been using First Class Housekeeping for more than 6 months. They do a great job, and the ladies who come to my apartment are wonderfully pleasant, kind, and attentive.

Early on, I had one issue where a ceramic teapot was dropped and broken by accident. They left me a note and quickly responded to credit me the cost.

The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I had to make a last minute (day before) appointment but they were totally able to accommodate me. The office was always able to answer my calls and I called many times because I didn't know how it all worked. The 2 ladies were friendly and worked hard! The cleaning itself was phenomenal. They were finished with my 780 sq feet in less than 3 hours, which is impressive considering all the cat hair and cat litter and how gross and dirty it was! I will rehire in a heartbeat!

Sandra and Victoria are a really good working team. They perform miracles. I have never had a cleaner apartment. My previous cleaner took eight hours to do what these ladies do in two hours. I am impressed with their thoroughness and their trustworthiness. I have much artwork and works of art that mean a lot to me. I have no worries about them being careful as they have shown me every time that they respect my things. They pick up everything dust it and underneath it and put it back in the same place. Many cleaners put things back in different places to show they cleaned it. I can tell when something has been cleaned and appreciate their care. I feel they are trustworthy and would recommend them and this company to anyone wanting good reliable service.

I hired First Class for a deep clean. They were two hours late. My house was very messy and I had made that very clear .when I came back ,after two hours ,I found garbage bags outside, filled with personal belongings that were not garbage. other personal belongings were thrown away without my knowledge and now lost so I have to buy new things. My child’s wallet was missing. They had been saving up their allowance to buy a toy (35$) I found the wallet, but the money was gone. Maybe they threw that in the garbage too. Even after all of this the staff told me they would make this right. They never picked up my phone calls, and I even went to their physical address and that was different. They are now located in the same building, but not in the same suite I even spoke to the landlord because I could not get a hold of these people. This business is not good. Please do not use it. I should have looked at the reviews before I even requested them. It is not worth the money you will end up spending more. This has been a traumatic experience for me. Losing personal items and having to sift through garbage to retrieve them making constant phone calls and not receiving any answers back and even having $35 gone missing from your child’s wallet and two hours late, so yeah there it is,my experience. I hope you don’t use them at all.

I've been using several maid services for over the course of 3 years. I can honestly say won't use anyone but this company ever again. They are prompt, exceptionally respectful of belongings, and nothing ever comes up "missing" as I've had that issue in the past with other house cleaning services. I loved them so much I had them clean my mothers home for the summer as she prepared to move out of state to keep up to tidiness with showings of her home. Anyone you call in the office is always so friendly and helpful. I love coming home to a clean house with chocolates on my bed, fresh linens, and flowers left for me to feel as if a friend came and left a gift to let me know they care. They feel like family to me and I am privileged to have them assist me with keeping my place clean. Thank you guys ever so much!

This will be our 4th year with First Class and I am still so very
pleased with the work they do in my home. They often will
pick up and clean areas I don't expect, (a teenagers room) what a treat! They are professional, so pleasant and very thorough. My kitchen, floors and bathrooms sparkle. I love coming home when they have been there and having everything look so good. I am very touched frequently by the little personal touches they leave for us when they've been there. First class housekeeping.....has the right name.... because..... Everything they did was first class........the ladies that clean my apartment........made me feel like I had just moved into a new place......... please forgive me....I forgot the lead or the supervisor name that was running the show...... however
they were all accommodating along with respect of what needed to be done.......I would definitely use them or recommend them for future use

Very professional and extremely efficient!! My house was really dirty… not messy but needed a thorough once-over. 3 women cleaned half my house in 2 hours! Looked beautiful!!

I've tried four different housekeeping services over the past 10 years and First Class is the absolute best, hands down. My place is so fresh and clean. I love the smell of the cleaning products they use and my place looks fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about this company! As my move-in date (an early Saturday morning) was approaching, I told myself I'd just clean my unit myself. Fast forward to Friday night and I was overwhelmed, tired, and drained from packing all week - cleaning the next day was the last thing I wanted to do.

Around 8PM Friday I sent a last minute email and Leilah promptly responded saying she had a crew who could do it. The quote was a bit more than I initially thought it'd be, but she was super understanding and able to be flexible.

The cleaners themselves were fabulous, super friendly and right on time! Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend!

I’ve used First Class Housekeeping for a number of years now and have been very impressed with the service they provide. I’m now preparing to move and I asked the ladies to help me clean extra well for showing and they also offered to help me stage my house for photos. When I was away I received a call from the company asking if the ladies could stay longer than originally scheduled. They had asked the company to call me so that they could spend extra time on each room and preparing the whole house for photographs. Of course I welcomed that. When I returned I was very impressed with the detail they had paid to each room and the house was very well done overall. They exceeded what I consider even their normal impressive services.
