I highly recommend First Class Housekeeping service! The cleaning crew was prompt and arrived exactly as scheduled. They were incredibly friendly and got to work right away! The kitchen and bathroom sinks sparkled! They did a great job with the stainless steel appliances. I was also very impressed with how quickly Stacy responded to my emails. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely contact them again!

I have never had better service than I receive with First Class Housekeeping. I have lived in multiple places and used many different companies but the service here is top of the line. We have a brand new baby and needed help so that we can spend special time with the baby. The ladies are always on time, thorough, thoughtful, kind and respectful. They do an impeccable job and the fact that we can customize our services is a bonus! Our house is in impeccable shape. It being cleaned adds so much peace of mind. Both Sandra and Victoria’s teams are fantastic and just so sweet to us!

best service ever! they took care of my house when my wife was pregnant and Ariana went the extra mile for me and my family!!. they are very reasonable on pricing as well especially if you get them out weekly that’s why i will only and always use first class housekeeping and maid service because they really are first class.

We have been using First Class Housekeeping for several months now and we are very happy with them. Our home in Denver is our second home and we often have friends and family stay. We have a cleaning at least once a month and then schedule additional ones as needed. They are so easy to work with and they are extremely flexible with our schedule. We are able to plan them several weeks in advance and I really appreciate how easy the scheduling is - we just text what we need and they quickly respond and let us know if that works or if we need to adjust. The cleaners do a really excellent job. At first it made us a little nervous since we are not there, but after having a clean before we arrived, and after using them for several months, we are very comfortable and happy with their service. They do general housekeeping a including ensuring there are clean sheets on the beds between visitors and the refrigerator and everything is ready for a new visitor. We will continue to use them and recommend them. They charge our credit card each time so it is very easy for us.

First Class Housekeeping & Maid Service does a wonderful job cleaning my house. They are professional, reliable and friendly. The house always looks amazing and smells great when they are done. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.

The overall cleaning was ok, though a little pricey. However, there were 2 issues that cause me to give it a rating of 2.

The first, more serious, issue is that they knocked down the shower curtain, didn't put it back in place, and didn't tell me about it. They merely placed the rod on a ledge and left (pictures below).

The second issue is that they did a really bad job washing the dishes. It's hard to imagine someone doing a worse job of it.

Friendly and efficient, they were above and beyond! I’m pretty sure they refilled my empty tissue box cover with a new box, my daughters bunk bed was even made (other cleaning services have left this out), general organization and depth of clean was wonderful.

Wanted to update this as we’ve used them for awhile now, and are even more satisfied with all that they do. Can’t recommend these ladies enough!

Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience because 1. It took too long. I needed a quick clean but took 3 hrs. 2. A. Two things were broken - my kitchen light fell when cleaning and now it has a dint. B. My stove is now making a clicking sound that won't stop. I now need to get a stove service in to fix. Not ideal.

First Class Housekeeping was incredible! Our house has never looked cleaner. They made our rugs and couches look brand new. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any cleaning needs!

The attention to detail is wonderful! Professional, courteous and reasonably priced! I love these guys! Don’t listen to the few bad reviews, they are overwhelmed by the 5 star positive reviews. I’ve used these folks for over a year and every clean has been outstanding. The tiniest details are not overlooked and each visit has their unique touch. Check out the photo of one of their tiny touches- little gifts for me and the artfully crafted TP decoration.

It’s always a treat when they clean our house, leaving a delicate smell of clean and fresh. The way they arrange my kid’s stuffies is really entertaining each time!

The carpet is more than 15 years old. It’s a Berber carpet in light color and the difference was incredible after cleaning! I would recommend and use in the future. 100%

I was told that Jay performs miracles with carpet cleaning and it turns out that wasn't an exaggeration.
