Stellar Jay Carpet Clean truly lives up to its name! With three kids and three pets, my carpets were in rough shape, but Jay, the owner, was so kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and never made me feel embarrassed about the state of my carpets. The results are incredible—my carpets look fresh, clean, and like new! Jay knows carpet! And he excels at communicating what he is doing and why. He has every piece of proper, professional gear he needs and knows how to operate it.

The process was simple and surprisingly unobtrusive. If you are delaying having your carpet cleaned because you think it is a complicated inconvenience, don’t! Jay makes it easy.

He even deftly removed a big glob of candle wax. You can’t even tell it was ever there!

We had several pet stains that are now gone with no evidence of ever having existed. Our carpets look and feel brand new again.

Jay did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet at our house. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining what some of the products he used were. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently had our home carpets cleaned by Stellar Jay and are so happy to find such a great local carpet cleaning service. Jay (owner) was incredibly responsive and accommodating and did an amazing job. We rescued a puppy a year ago and I’m impressed at how well the puppy-training pet stains came out! We’ll absolutely use Stellar Jay again for the quality, affordability, and customer service we received.

Jay cleaned all of our upstairs carpet, the carpet on our stairs to the basement ( which gets notoriously dirty) and 2 area rugs. He did an extremely thorough job at cleaning but also explaining the process that he uses which is very eco-friendly, pet safe and also removes deep, ingrained pet hair, dander and dirt. We have 2 large dogs so our floors get really dirty!
Jay was punctual, polite and communicative! I strongly recommend Stellar Jay Carpet cleaning and we will be referring him and using him again in the future!

Jay did an excellent job deep cleaning my basement carpet. After having foundation work done, there was a lot of concrete dust embedded in the carpet, and he completely removed it. He also took care of the pet dander and got rid of the stale smell that had been there for a long time. The carpet looks and smells fresh again. Very professional, thorough, and worth every penny. Highly recommend Jay if you need a deep carpet cleaning done right.

Gave me a price on the phone, confirmed it at the door, then charged me 25 percent more. Part of the job was done ok, but Ronnie didn't get my stairs as clean as I expected, probably because he to tried to clean them while standing in the hall above.

They do an amazing job for an extremely reasonable price. I had a high traffic area that was soiled from my dog and he made it look like my normal carpet again. I highly recommend this company.

Was very impressed with everything from start to finish. From scheduling the appointment, to getting heads ups to remind me, to just getting it done. The gentleman who did ours was the only one who worked on Saturday's and made sure to get ours done on that day i needed it. He was super sweet and honest. The carpets mind you were also cream/white colored and they looked GREAT afterwards compared to before with the stains.

Ronnie does a very good job. He has come over twice in the past six months to clean up after my old dog has had accidents. He is often available same day or next day for these kinds of issues. I would have him do my whole townhouse and not just the one spot, and he has been very thorough and his prices are reasonable.

I booked last week, and Ronnie came the following week and cleaned and stretched my carpets (badly needed). What a beautiful job he did! Very professional, polite and what a great job! Thanks! I'll be calling back when needed again! Thank you!
