From beginning to end dealing with CD Jones on the phone is a lesson in patience. Every time I call I'm put on an unreasonably long hold. Last time I called I was put on hold four times by the same person. The person I eventually talked to was impolite and insistent. I always receive poor service here.

Place is a joke. Called and spoke with Josh. Told me to bring cash and quoted me prices. I drive all the way there for a vacuum pump and some gauges and they wouldn’t sell me the product at the price they quoted on the phone and tried to rip me off for double what I was quoted. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO JOHNSTONE SUPPLY. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Jones is great, I've been working in the industry for 16 years. I've traveled for work to multiple other states and I've found that the Denver CD Jones is by far the best supply store in the country, state, and city of Denver. The knowledge at the counter is the best in town!
