Great service - thorough, professional, reasonably priced. Jesus has serviced our evaporative cooler and boiler a couple times now and he’s great to work with. He explains everything well, lets us know the options and, if there’s a problem, how it came about. I will continue to use them.

I had a very disappointing experience with a company driver on the highway recently. The driver was flashing their lights aggressively at me, which felt intimidating and unnecessary. Instead of signaling or passing safely, they continued to use flashing lights in a way that seemed rude and rather aggressive. It created a tense and uncomfortable situation, making me worry about safety and road decorum. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the driver but also on the company they represent. I hope the company addresses such conduct to ensure safer and more respectful interactions on the road.

Alan & Jake were absolutely fantastic this morning. They quickly troubleshot and resolved our heating and cooling issues with professionalism, knowledge, and great attention to detail. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I manage a large office building with a very complicated computerized controls system that frequently has issues. Romero has worked on the system a number 0f times and has always been able to identify and correct the problem. He is very diligent; professional and his communication is very prompt and clear. We were thrilled with Alan! He came out to our house and diagnosed a tricky issue with our furnace and then went out of his way to come back 2 days later with a new part that needed replacement. He was friendly and clearly explained everything that was (and wasn’t) going on with our furnace. She works very hard to accommodate any needs your business has and her customer service skills are beyond excellent!

For maintenance, Marco and Jesus are the two technicians we can always count on and they make one hell of a team! They are hard working and very thorough, and they clean up after they’re done with maintenance. Always on time and they keep us updated if they see any issues.

As far as service goes, we always ask for Alan since he’s been super helpful figuring out and fixing everything on our older-dated system. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and finds solutions to keep things working and keep us happy.

It’s great to have a whole team who is familiar with our building and knows our preferences. This Roger’s & Sons crew is the best and we appreciate them so much!

We hired this company to evaluate our current HVAC system and determine whether it was operating as designed, as we had been experiencing a few ongoing issues. Allan handled the visit and was excellent to work with. He was very thorough in his evaluation, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and how the system was functioning.

Beyond the technical side, Allan also had great customer skills—professional, patient, and easy to talk with. I never felt rushed, and he made sure my questions were answered.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I appreciated the careful assessment and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable HVAC evaluation.

Wow...the company charged me $175 to start up my evap cooler and DIDN'T ACTUALLY START IT UP. The copper line was not connected to the water source! The tech, Andre, told me to turn on the cooler, so it was running for hours with no water going to the cooler. That may have DAMAGED MY COOLER. Also, specifically say you DO NOT want Andre for your technician. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!

Everyone I interacted with, from the office managers to technical consultant and service technicians, immediately put me at ease. They were courteous, responsive to my many questions, and highly efficient in their respective positions. At the end of the installation, these interactions assured me that I made the right choice. Hector runs a tight and streamlined crew, quality work in less time – I recommend you ask for this team! Vents were installed in three rooms: beautiful placement, clean cutouts. Team was on time and took 3-4 hours. All messes were cleaned up. Quality product too. My house no longer feels like I’m in a brick oven. Thank you!

We had an evaporative cooler installed, by this company, back in July. Things went well and they were supposed to return to fix the concrete roof tiles that they had broken. They never came back to fix it leaving our roof exposed for months. They were difficult to get hold of. There was no communication as to what was happening, when things would be fixed. We would call multiple times and they would not respond. When ever we called, the receptionist would act annoyed. Our roof finally got repaired on Dec 17. Do not use this company.

Our cooler is getting a bit old and have called 4 different times now and all 4 those times were told someone would call back. This time to have our cooler thermostat checked. Was told someone would call back twice and no returned call. I really can't understand why a company that one bought a cooler seems not to care about the service they give one after it's installed. One call even explained that we were thinking of a updated one and no returned call. We will use someone else

I gave this company 5 stars four years ago when I had a new swamp cooler installed. The last two years have been very disappointing. Last year, the technician who started my system back up failed to connect a wire so the swamp cooler was draining continuously for a week. He came back a second time and still couldn't figure it out. A second technician came out and told me he replaced all the internal parts before he noticed the 2nd wire hadn't been attached. He told me I wouldn't be charged for the new parts, but he did charge me $235 for "labor". I really didn't have a choice at that point so I paid the $235 and let it go. This year, a different technician came out to start the system up and told me I needed a new motor belt and new pads, which would cost $1,200. When I mentioned that all the parts had been replaced last year, he told me there was "nothing in the notes" saying I had received any new parts last year. Obviously, one of the technicians was not being honest with me. As a result, I have been overcharged $235 for "labor" and another $200 for a "new belt". I chose not to purchase the new $1,000 pads as I feel like this company is just trying to get as much money from me as they can.

Tanya with the Cooler Company is fantastic! My wife and I were looking to replace our evaporative cooler as they all tend to rust out every 5 to 7 years. This was our third one and decided we were tired of replacing them. We found the Cooler Company through a good friend as she highly recommend them. Tanya came out and did a thorough inspection of our attic and old evaporative cooler. She recommended places to run ductwork and the benefits. To make a long story short, we are having the Breezair system installed. Lori at the front desk taking care of scheduling has been great as well! Give them a try as you will not be disappointed.

I have had great experiences with the Cooler company. In 2018, we had them install a swamp cooler and all the duct work for it -- they did such a great job at a great price that we called them out to do the full HVAC system install for a renovation in 2023. Everyone - but particularly Grayson - has gone above and beyond on a really complicated project. They've shown up at the last minute to help with ducting issues, everything has been reasonably priced, and Grayson and his whole crew are just incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Can't say thank you enough to Grayson and the whole team -- highly recommend you work with these folks!

Just had our start up service for summer 2025. The technician, Cameron, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all our questions and went the extra mile to take care of us. Excellent service.

I can't say enough about how awesome this company is! Family owned and operated. The process of purchasing the swamp cooler was awesome. Laura the estimator was so thorough and informative. The installation process was awesome! I know I got a really fine product. Had my shutdown done today by yet another great technician of the company! Friendly and totally reasonable in price. I can't recommend them enough!

I had The Cooler Company install an Evaporative Cooler 6/2020. Before choosing them, I shopped around a lot of different installers and they clearly were the most professional and experienced and knew the most about evaporative coolers/swamp coolers. And the price was equal to or lower than all the other quotes I got. They have their own certified, insured electricians and installers included in the price, installed a high quality Breeze Air system with ductwork, and were able to get the utility rebate included in the price upfront, which made going with them a no brainer. The installation itself was very professional, the installers took the time to talk through their work and consult me on decisions, and walked me through how to use the system and how it works (both in the house and with the equipment up on the roof too). The system works really well, too, and cools my house quickly (and I rarely turn the fan speed higher than 3 out of 10 to cool my 850 sqft with the 5000 cfm unit). Overall I'm very happy with my decision and with the system they installed and fully recommend them.

I just got my evaporative cooler installed and I have had wonderful service with the Cooler Company. I had a very strange set up with a steep peaked roof and they worked with me to get the cooler I wanted on my garage. The office staff was always very pleasant when I called to work out payment options. The installation team was the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this company.
