I needed about 4oz of refrigerant added to a mini split system. Calling and making an appointment for the next day was easy. The tech showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. The problem with this place is the pricing; it’s ridiculous. They charged me $99 trip fee, $90 for 1 lb of refrigerant (despite only receiving 4-5oz, also keep in mind that 1 lb of r410a costs them <$10), and a $450 fee for one hour of “investigation and diagnostics”. Ridiculous. Also it didn’t resolve my issue. I had a different company come by the next week, he said their minimum was two hours at $110/hr. Had the issue resolved within the hour and I happily paid the $220.

Idk why Rogers thinks their time is worth 4x the cost of the other guy I found, but if you care about how you spend your money I’d avoid this place like the plague. They’re going to screw you on pricing, I guarantee it.

Marco was polite, professional, and courteous when he needed extra help with diagnosing he contacted the company and they were also very helpful. I haven’t received the bill yet but I’ll let you know if the work completed was a reasonable price. Rogers and Sons replaced and installed 7 new air conditioners in our office building. The work performed was outstanding and we are very happy with their service. They have also serviced our rental properties over the years and the service has always been exceptional. We highly recommend using them.

We contacted Rogers & Sons to inspect the HVAC equipment in our condo apartment. They sent out Certified HVAC Technician Jesse Elder, and he and his assistant did a really great job. He inspected the system, which is a hydronic system (somewhat less common), and told us a lot we didn't know! He showed us how to clean the reusable filter, repaired and augmented some of the pipe insulation, then fully tested the system. Well worth the price!

I am happy to say that Ramiro at rogers and sons provided excellent service to help keep my 25 year old HVAC in great working conditions, Naturally, Im a curious person, so he took the time to tell me how the thermostat an HVAC worked together. He showed me the pipes in the system, where they led and how the heat and water worked in conjunction with this special HVAC. I GOTA bit of a free education. Please feel free to have him come back i 6 months for an another inspection. He’s very quiet, calm and professional. Very nice and easy to work with. Respect his business acumen and helpful advice. This was our first time using Rogers & Sons to service our HVACs. The company was recommended by several friends. Francisco was the service tech, and he was both professional and personable. Very pleased with his being on time and letting us know what he did. Signed up for an annual maintenance agreement.

Very impressed. Our A/C went out on a 90 degree day. Rogers & Sons was at our house within an hour. The service tech, Pawel, was incredibly competent and was able to get everything back up and running quickly. Thankfully we didn’t have to sleep in an oven that night.

Vicente is simply terrific! He did the job in the time promised, he was super neat and clean, and he made a very difficult project seem simple. I would rate him higher that exceptional if there was such a rating! He is a pro!!

Alan was extremely capable and competent and patiently explained how all of the AC and heating units work! He assessed all the units and made sure they are in good working order. He is excellent and I hope he will be the one who does my future service calls!
