Service is terrific. Dominic keeps me informed, sets up appointments, and reminds me when service person will be arriving. My service representative was prompt and courteous, he explained what he was going to do, and then took care of a minor billing error before he left. Called Shining Heating And Air Conditioning early this morning when our heat went out over the night and had same day service. Have used other companies in the area over the years but nobody as quick and polite as Dominic. He explained everything to me so I had a good understanding on what was going on. I will be using them for all of my heating and ac needs in the future.

Had Shining Heating And Air Conditioning replace our heating and air unit not even a yr ago. Heating system began making loud sound under home so we called and requested a technician come out. We were called one minute, 20 minutes later, Mike was knocking at our door. He promptly went under the house and corrected the problem, did not charge anything since it had not even been a year yet. I found this guy very competent, with a great attitude and glad he was the one who arrived. Great job!

My old furnace was making a loud, intermittent banging sound. They diagnosed a failing inducer motor and replaced it quickly. No more worrying about breakdowns!

Lorenzo and Julian did a great job doing a full replacement of my HVAC system. We got a heat pump with a gas furnace backup as well as a whole house humidifier. The whole job took about 8 hours, including testing and walking us through how the system works. They were very thorough and very communicative at every part of the process, it couldn't have gone better.

Nathan came out early on a Sunday to fix our leaking water heater. He got it working again in just a few minutes good as new! It was a great experience.

Been using Dr. Fix It for a while, for a number of services. Disappointing to pay for a membership that includes services only to have to wait a month for an appointment, only to have it canceled the day of, and pushed out another month. Ask to have my A/C tuneup in June, and now I can't get it done until late August.

Update, Appt made June 18th for July 29th, rescheduled to Aug 20th due to overbooking.

Update. Canceled that, but had them out for furnace repair when it wasn't working. Elijah was wonderful and was patient with me while we discussed promises made at installation. Once I found it in writing, they upheld the promises made which was nice. A little disappointing that they didn't have records.

Needed help resetting the furnace/AC thermostat after changing the filter. Enrique's help was much appreciated, though the solution could easily have been done through a phone conversation with a product-knowledgeable technician.

I found Dr. fix it to be extremely reasonable and they responded and we’re at the property the very next morning after I called. (Their competitor in town has rescheduled me for the past three weeks)

The technician Bobby, was impressive, personable, and very knowledgeable. He made it up my treacherous driveway without any hesitation. My problem was fixed and I am happy with the price and service level.

Don't let your elderly parents use this service. . .Every quote was 4 times the other quotes we received, and the work was done wrong. In this case, 6 years ago, when the toilet backed up, they determined that the concrete needed to be jacked out, and a new pipe run. Then, a few months ago, they said it needed to be done again. And it was done badly, with the pipe installed so high, and unevenly, that they needed to add a bunch of unstable plastic shims. All that costing $6000. They refused to make it right. We got it fixed for $750. Additionally, they quoted some electrical fixes at $16,000. . .which we eventually go done for $3,000. . .insane.
