Nate from Doctor Fix It! came out yesterday to repair our kitchen faucet. It was 10 years old so I expected that a new faucet would be the best solution. Nate very quickly dissembled our faucet and replaced some parts. He was going to have to order another replacement part when the problem was not solved. I asked him for the costs of repair vs replacement. Neither were inexpensive options. I decided to go with a new faucet. Nate went out and purchased a standard faucet as I had requested. He professionally removed our old faucet. In no time at all, he had the new faucet installed. It works so much better than our old faucet that I knew I had made the best decision. On a personal note, I was very late in answering the door when Nate first arrived. He was in his rights to leave and have me reschedule the appointment. Nate told me that he sensed I was at home so he called the office and they called me. I apologized to Nate and thanked him for waiting me to answer the door. I highly recommend Nate as a great man and a great plumber. Thank you Doctor Fix It!

I’ve had Dr Fixit clean my sewer line several times and also a major repair on my tap connection to the city lines, and I have always found them to be punctual and more importantly very straightforward about what’s needed and the costs involved. Most recently this crew replaced 50+feet of sewer line.

D&N had our furnace up and running 3 hours after my call for service.
Robert was on time , assessed the problem, resolved the problem and was off to another call within an hour.

Justin‘s name is not in the list to choose from. He came out today and called me with specific details of what needed to be replaced. He was just awesome.

Superb business all the way around! Furnace went out on a Saturday. The owner personally helped walk me through solutions over the phone. Then 36 hours later they fit me in that Monday for a tune up to bring peace of mind that my heat wouldn't go out again. Robert and Santiago came out and were exceptional. They showed me where the problems were. They fixed it for a fair price, And they even showed me what needed fixing in the future and educated me, in lamens terms, on what I could do make the furnace stay operable. I love everything about these guys. Will use again, and definitely recommending to friends and family. Thanks guys

Mike was great. I had options and we agreed on the best option to fix my A/C problem. So far so good, very pleased with the results. 😊

We gave Day & Night a second chance and we do not regret it. We had our AC newly-installed by them in August 2022. A little less than a year after install it wasn't doing it's job on hot summer days.

We called in to have the AC fixed under the one-year warranty, and the technicians that came out tried to fix the problem and thought they had fixed the problem. We were billed because it didn't look like a warranty issue (this makes sense to me).

But a few days later the AC was still malfunctioning.

We got in touch, wanting the AC fixed correctly without being billed again.

They came out, found the real issue (which was under warranty) and refunded us the first incorrect visit without any argument.

5 stars for a graceful recovery! A lot of businesses would have hidden behind uncertainty or weasel words in the warranty. Day and Night didn't.

Not only did they fix our A/C problems, they provided insights to keep our house at the perfect temperature. Highly recommend!

Andrew was very professional and just wouldn't give up until things got fixed. I believe I got good service and would recommend highly. They showed up in time window and called prior to arrival.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service we just received from Day and Night. They came out quickly and assess the situation, which was a bad install by another contractor, and they got us on the schedule right away. Everything is up and running the way it should’ve been, and the price was very good. Would use them again, and we recommend them to anyone who asks.

They sell technology they don't understand. I had a heat pump installed with advanced features - took over a month after initial install to get it functioning with the advertised features. Even now, it is parity efficiency with an entry level unit and the features work intermittently. Install crew is awesome, so they get stars for that. The guy who comes in after the install to "tune" the unit is disrespectful.

David came promptly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We were informed of things we need to know, but we weren’t given the used car sales pitch that is so common now days. We will certainly be calling again for our next fix or replace.
